I also became a member of RealSelf. This is where I came across Dr. Keith Neaman. After reading his reviews, my husband and I went to a consultation. BOOM! He was awesome and the consult went even better than expected. Dr. Neaman is kind, confident, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor, answered all my questions and concerns as well as explained the process and what outcome I could expect. Then after also looking at his before and after pictures of his work, I had no hesitation choosing Dr. Neaman. Done deal...on to surgery date, paid deposit and went through the required process. I was never nervous or anxious...just excited. I am currently 10 weeks out from my full TT/ Lipo surgery and have had such a wonderful experience. The surgical facility he uses was also beautiful, clean and amazing staff. I have been in good hands. I am still in the healing process and won't see the doctor again until I am nearing 6 most out. This is a process and you should be at a place that you are willing to do your part to have the best outcome possible. Be assured that Dr. Keith Neaman and his entire staff are caring, kind, and extremely professional and care about YOU one hundred percent. He is very talented and I highly recommend him. Extremely happy with the outcome! Thank You!

Colon was perforated during original surgery. Ended up calling 911 and spent 20 days in the hospital. Basically went septic. Glad to be alive. Had 6 surgeries in about 12 days to clean me up. Woke up from my emergency department surgery with a colonoscopy bag. Original surgery cost me $14k. Besides the cost of almost my life; $5k in expenses while in the hospital; haven't even begin to get all my hospital bills. Have a deformed side, lack of feeling in my lower back. Over all nice Dr. and beautiful office. Wasn't offered any compensation for my surgery. Suffering from pain and financial stress. Loss of work.. hundreds of miles and hours to numerous doctors appointments. Future surgery early 2024 to fix my colon. Just a sad situation. The surgeon had a bad shoulder and he himself needed surgery the day after performing my surgery. Would have been nice to have been aware of the surgeon's condition. So bummed at this outcome. Just make sure your doctors are fit for surgery and they EXPLAIN all the possible complications in detail. (They say in writing that they do) but they don't. Be your own advocate. Good luck.

No interaction as far as explaining why this was happening and was told i would have more pain having them removed. Due to past history with this doctor he is not empathetic with pain after surgery. He said i would have to have breast lift at a second surgery and would look flat and saggy after the first surgery. He was willing to set up surgery in 6 weeks. I asked for a second onion with Yonders and he had to o.k. this which i found strange! Yonders seemed unsure of why i was having pain and swelling in breast and told me to wait 2 months and see if they would heal. I was rescheduled to see Yonkers in 2 months. I ended up having more constriction and pain during the wait time and was getting worse. I had talked to Christine the head of the clinic after being rescheduled for 2 months and asked her if Yonkers did not want to do the surgery and was told on no that is not it! I received a call from Christine one month later saying Yonkers would not do my surgery because i had too many surgeries. What this is not true and just a shock, she had reviewed my records prior to seeing me. Dr Austin was going to do the surgery so to sum up" just a shit show" that they put me through. Austin wont do surgery also!! I now cant even wear a bra and have to pay out of pocket for this surgery because these are the only kaiser Permanente surgeons in Salem.

There was no empathy, respect, or concern for my health or well being, at a vulnerable, traumatic time. No consideration to pre existing conditions. He assured me he could do an implant on a radiated masectomy breast with Lymphedema, I believed him as a professional. It was not possible, an ugly failure/experience. After the Surgery, he would not Answer my questions, and got angry . Poor communication and listening. The internal infected incision burst, I went to ER, had him remove implant. I asked for a no reconstruction closure, yet I was left with skin flaps, plus painful skin adhesions. No explaination or offer of solutions. I had repaired by another PS. Beware.

I will never return to his office again and certainly won't recommend Willamette ENT in Salem Oregon.

Why am I not surprised?…read more First up, a bit of review. A few months ago I called to make an appointment at the Woodburn, OR, facility. In doing so, I was very precise in my communication. I said I only wanted to be seen by a licensed dermatologist, not a physician's assistant (PA). I was assured that would be the case. However, after making the drive from Silverton, OR, and then entering the office immediately I noted the sole provider was a PA. I was not at all happy with that circumstance and politely made that known to the front desk receptionist. I then asked to make an appointment at the Salem, OR location, that time with an M.D. Although the Salem facility, I only later discovered, is staffed also by lots of in residence training D.O.'s . The aforesaid Woodburn receptionist, after some time obviously looking at booking schedules in Salem, said I could see on May 18, 2026, a one particular "doctor." I said OK. Too, based upon some earlier health care related experiences, I stated that when the May appointment date approached, I did not want to receive the usual bunch of texted repetitive appointment reminders. The receptionist's response was twofold. One, an affirmation I'd been removed from that text notification list. Two, that consequently thereafter I would be limited to receive one phone call?voice mail reminder. I replied that both actions were OK with me. I then sent emails of complaint, e.g., from within the Frontier Dermatology website. A while later a female representing Frontier Dermatology left me a voice mail apology for the Woodburn experience., I've retained it, but presently am not inclined to waste more of my time listening to it again. Friday, May 15, mid-afternoon. Still never having received the prior promised phone call/voice mail reminder, and understandably not keen on a repeat of the April 2026 experience, I phoned Frontier Dermatology. When I said I'd never received the prior promised phone/voice mail appointment reminder, in part affirming the prior one made had not been rescheduled as is knownto happen. The reps forthcoming response was: "We'd sent you a text. Did you receive it?" In turn, I replied: (1) Before I arranged to skip texts; (2) Regardless, I'd never received one; (3) Nor the April promised phone call?voice mail. Given how thoroughly disgusted by I am by Frontier Dermatology's manifest repeat scheduling-related ineptitude, by voice on that P.M. phone call officially I cancelled the May 18, 2026, 9:20 A M.prior made appointment. I was, subsequent to the aforementioned April 2026 endeavor at the Woodburn location, nonetheless despite my prior declaration last April in Woodburn, scheduled to be seen by a D.O. in residence training!

Moreover, they used an excessive amount of force when pressing the laser against my skin. At the time, I was ignorant of the process and did not know this was not how laser worked. Paul has responded saying that I did not complain at the time. This is a deliberate falsehood. I complained that he used too much force, then I complained that his wife used too much force, and eventually I gave up and allowed neither one of them near my breasts so they could not harm me that way anymore. Paul has also said I was abrasive, directly contradicting his remark that there were no complaints.
