I could go on that my wife is a resident, who is made to work an illegal amount of hrs, we sped over there to pick up gifts for her co-residents (basically free advertising). She avoided getting more and promptly left. It's no wonder why physical locations lose out to online, stores consistently closing, especially in Temple. She was in the car, by 8:03p. If you're a waiter, and your patron is still eating after the closing hour, you wait. If you're a resident, and you're involved in a hours long delivery after a 24hr shift, you stay.

The two options that the manager said I had were 1. To let my 6 year old go back alone with the stylist, and I could wait in the car with my son, or 2. I could go into the appointment with my daughter and let my son go wait in the car by himself. Both unsafe, neglectful options. There were 4 seats in the waiting room, all empty, so I asked if he could sit there? No, because it would "negatively affect the guest experience." Not sure what it is about my son's presence that is so offensive, but that's an incredibly rude thing to say especially after suggesting 2 unsafe options for my kids. I asked for a refund (because when you book they charge $20) and of course she said it's not refundable, but would refund me "just this once." As if I'll ever be booking there again. If you have kids, I wouldn't recommend booking there.
