As soon as she rinsed off the color, I said, "Oh no! it's red! I told you, I am a blonde& if you don't mix the color right it will turn red." "That's not red, it's your scalp that's pink." Then, they won't style your hair, but have you leave with it wet. "If we style it, it will frizz." Then use product! "No, I can't style it, it's frizzing." Of course, it's frizzy, you didn't use any product & you just barely dried it!! Then when you go to check out, thoroughly disgusted, they will charge you DOUBLE what they quoted when you came in. I am a blonde, not a red head. After she rinsed it, I could see that it was RED. She said, "No, it's just your scalp is red." Come on woman, I can see it with my own eyes!! Afterward I went to another salon & asked them, is this auburn? They all agreed it was. If you look at a horse, but tell everyone it's a butterfly, it's still going to be a horse. Then I go to pay & it's bait & switch. Instead of the $65 color quoted, suddenly it's $110. Then when you talk to the owner Angela and ask her to fix it, she will make it obvious that she DOES NOT CARE!!! "You didn't make clear what you wanted.". Lies, deception, rip off !!!! Now I have to go to my mother's funeral with dark auburn hair Level 5 when I am a blonde Level 8!!! I will have to have color correction & that is another $200.
