Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service. She texted when she was on her way, she accommodated credit cards, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I will also say that I called 3 other places to get a quote and nobody bothered to call me back or reply or even take the time to come to the office. I asked her to come and visit for a trial and very happy with the service she provided. It took her about two and half hours to clean a three bed house. Didn't need the beds doing so the time was spent on doing a good clean and she even did the internal windows which I wasn't expecting! Pleasantly surprised Now have set up a biweekly clean with her. She also said she would do the oven once a month too when visiting. We do keep a clean house anyway but Agnes gave it the deeper clean and took her time making sure everything was smelling clean and fresh. They worked hard I gotta give them that. Once they were done and we went to the new apartment (keep in mind was 3 minutes down the road) we got there and was told that my wife's real marble table that I specifically said please be careful fell over and broke. My wife and I are very understanding people as the guys felt bad and stuff happens. So they told how to file a claim and get our money back or they might even replace it. Filed the claim. Got an email that they were sorry and because of some insurance thing they offer it only goes by the weight of the item and even though that marble table was heavy they only gave us 70$ and a crappy apology. I told them that it was a 900$ table and got a "well that's how we do things here sorry not sorry response. Well after another year we needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom in the SAME apartment complex. So my wife and I being probably too nice of people said the guys were really good and we can't control the crappy management let's give them another chance. 2 more guys showed up. Went straight to work. Worked hard. I was keeping a close eye on them but obviously can't watch everything. Load up and drive 30 seconds over to the new building and they start unloading. Well they ended up breaking a nightstand, bed frame and stained the side of our couch. My wife ended up cleaning the side of the couch herself. We got a new nightstand and our bed frame is still cracked but holding up. The guys felt bad again and apologized but at this point my wife and I were just over it. No point to file a claim. We'd be lucky to get probably 20$. Stay away guys. Pay the extra 50-100$ and go with a quality company who cares about your stuff. We definitely will next time. We tried to save some money and it cost us in the end. Don't make the same mistake me made TWICE. My wife and I understand that you have to run a business and we weren't looking for 900$, but 70$ and half hearted apology is unacceptable.

My sales person Franz was wonderful and helped me tremendously both with selection and follow up…read more My reason for only 3 stars is the fault of the phone system and issues with the final installation. During the life of this project I've been unable to call scheduling. The phone rings, you get a recorded voice telling you no one is available, and the call disconnects. When you call customer service, you're on hold for several minutes and then you get to leave a message (but no one ever returns the call.) The sales service is great! Especially Franz; I was able to reach scheduling by going through him. I hated putting him in the middle but he always came through. During installation they had to disconnect the plumbing (obviously) but apparently it's not part of the service to reconnect it. I was unaware of this little glitch and Franz scheduled a plumber for the next day to re-connect everything. Unfortunately, during installation the installers did not leave us all the faucet parts and the plumber had to make a surprise trip to Home Depot for parts that should have been left on site. It seemed like one problem after another. I don't know what I would have done without Franz to make things right. So... sales team 5+ stars, phone system and installation, maybe 2 if we stretch it. Make sure to ask for Franz and make sure you have a full and complete understanding of what is and isn't included.
