This company charged more than I have ever paid in my life for house cleaners. I agreed to it…read morebecause it was for my mother's condo in Pelican Bay and figured that's the price of excellence. It was not excellent at all! And it was not "Quality" Cleaning. After they left I walked into the kitchen and the floor was sticky where they had mopped. The kitchen wastebasket had not been cleaned. The fruit bowl on the counter had a sponge and a rag sitting in it next to the fruit! The 2 women chattered incessantly and loudly. I asked them politely to keep their voices down and they didn't respond to me but kept chatting at a slightly reduced level. I found dust and drink rings on glass tables and dust balls on the carpet. This is one of these cleaners that makes fancy doo-dahs out of the toilet paper and kleenex rather than leave your home sparkling. I was astonished and am faced with an invoice that I will reluctantly pay. I wrote to Kathy, the owner. When she emailed me back, she was defensive and insulting and didn't even put a signature to her curt response. Just because some services charge more, don't expect to receive more in service and courtesy - at least not from this company!! NEVER AGAIN!

Shal is so amazing to deal with, extremely responsive, and makes you feel like a valued costumer and not just a number. As a working mother of three kids, 4 and under, cleaning has become impossible to keep up with and I'm grateful for the help. I walk into my house after a long day at work and just smile with the amazing smell of essential oils and they really do a magnificent job. They bring all the supplies (including vacuum) and I just come home to an entirely new house :)

Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service. She texted when she was on her way, she accommodated credit cards, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I will also say that I called 3 other places to get a quote and nobody bothered to call me back or reply or even take the time to come to the office. This was a no brainer and I'm so glad we hired her.

As you peruse the photos of damaged homes above, rest assured, one of them was mine. As I'm sure…read moreyou can imagine--and as a person who is looking for damage restoration and carpet cleaning--you must share my feelings of devastation, loss, and horror. Perhaps you are feeling those emotions right now. If you are, you've come to the right place. And there's only one name you need to know. That name is Brad. My wife and I discovered we had a serious water issue one day. I'm talking water up the walls, carpet destroyed, your basic nightmare scenario. Some might describe it as post-apocalyptic, like a scene out of a video game you might have heard of called Fallout 4. But you have no StimPaks and copper wiring is nowhere to be found. Don't even think about circuitry. Your settlement is f****d. It's the kind of scenario when you wake up in the middle of the night after a nightmare, but then you realize it's not a nightmare, it's your reality. A total water disaster. You are like Costner in the movie WaterWorld but it's not a movie. No, really. You are living it. Sure, you can blame the pipes, some intricacy of plumbing, but deep down, I knew. Oh, I knew OK. There was something I hadn't done. But it was too late to correct it now. It was totally my fault. But you know what? Even if it was somehow impossibly not my fault, there was still the reality: the house was totally trashed. So like you, we went to Yelp, and we found Brad and TST. Brad is a small business owner and cares deeply about doing the job right. He came over immediately and put together a plan which was both affordable, fast, and well-executed. The job took a few days to complete, but Brad was there every day, even postponing a class he had scheduled months in advance to do the job on our home right. God Bless Brad. I'm not even that religious but I'll say it again, with even more emphasis: Jesus Christ, God, and the Holy Ghost, bless Brad. Obviously, Brad fixed it all. I'm talking all of it. It's like it never happened. And now the house it back to normal, you'd never even have imagined something terrible had happened there. But my mental scars? Sure, they're still there. Probably will be there for awhile. I'm laughing to myself right now. You know. Awhile. Hell. A lifetime. I'll never forget what happened here. But the physical evidence, the nightmare itself? Completely dispelled. With just a name. You know that name. It's Brad. Calm the hell down and give TST a call. You can trust me. But can I trust myself?
