I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!

Not only did he deliver exactly what he promised -- he finished in 6 days -- but the real reason I'm writing this review is the quality of the workmanship.
