Took photos and videos to send me since I live out of State. Positive reviews from realtors who showed my property. And best of all Juan had a positive attitude, enjoyed his work, and was a pleasure to work with.

Alex provided a very fair price, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Communication was superb, and the project was even completed two days ahead of schedule! Some of the holes were in the middle of large walls, and now it's completely unnoticeable that anything was ever there. The finish is seamless, no need to hang pictures to hide anything, it's perfection. I will definitely call A & E Construction again for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work.

Erion has painted every room in our apartment. We hired him to do one room initially, and liked him…read moreso much we had him come back several months later to paint the rest. He advised on the amount of paint, the type (eggshell vs semigloss etc), and accurately anticipated the time required to do it all. He offered to buy it, too, but we wanted to buy ourselves. His price was unbeatable when we were shopping around, and the workmanship is worth twice what he charges. He helped move furniture, laid down careful protection, and worked thoroughly (he even moved the stove away from the wall and painted behind it). The only thing preventing me from giving a 5-star review was that he would arrive late and was not great about communicating his ETA. Everything else A+ though.

He was able to come on a weekend date with relatively short notice. While he did arrive late, he did contact me with updates for when he would be arriving. The paint job itself was fantastic. Erion was extremely attentive to detail, painting just beyond the walls to cover up the many imperfections from the previous paint job, also taking care to paint within/around wires that had created some tight spaces. I was particularly shocked when he mentioned (in response to a question I had) that he does not use any tape (!!)-- I would have NEVER dreamed that he paints edges free hand given the quality of his lines, which were perfect. Beyond that, he treated my furniture and floors with extreme care and made zero mess, even when washing his materials in my very shallow sink where even basic hand washing leads to splatter. Overall I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call him again for a future job.
