I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. What impressed me most was Lily's (and actually all the staffs) ability to completely maintain their composure and professionalism after having to endure all of that disrespect. Literally about 15 minutes later, Lily was doing my pedicure with the same kindness, patience, and professionalism she always shows. She didn't allow someone else's behavior to ruin the experience for me or affect the service she provided. People really need to remember that there are real people on the other side of the service who are working hard to take care of you. Compassion, patience, and kindness can go a very long way. Henry took great care of my nails! He took the gel and acrylic powder off without damaging my nails and made them feel amazing again! He used SNS and left them beautiful. He gave me a complimentary manicure, to help my nails and even though he had nothing to do with the other place- he apologized on their behalf and I will definitely be coming back here!! He took a simple picture of a Christmas bow and created a sparkling nail art with the help of Tina's purple gem. I can't speak enough about this shop.
