From the moment I walked in, the whole team was welcoming and friendly. Short wait time and they took me right back. The doctor was informative and thoughtful. Right from the start everyone was very friendly. All employees were smiling. I was just in for an evaluation because I was considering change to Embury for my dental care. They took X-rays and Dr. Embury went over every one of my challenging teeth and told me what to expect. One tooth has "gone through fillingville and is headed to crown town." He spent a lot of time with me and really got to know me. It was really just an evaluation so they did not do much to my teeth. But all the equipment seemed up to date, they played my favorite music and made me feel comfortable. This was the best dentist appointment I've ever had. I am very happy and please to say they are my new dentist.

What an amazing touch! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, bright, and welcoming the office felt. The décor is cheerful, and the entire staff -- from the front desk to the providers -- is incredibly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone beginning their orthodontic journey. My kids actually begged me to switch them here after their visit -- the prize wheel and candy wall definitely caught their attention! If we hadn't already completed payments with our current orthodontist, we would have made the change without hesitation. Beyond the fun atmosphere, I was especially impressed by how informative and well-equipped the team is. They provided very thorough explanations and instructions, and it was clear they truly know their craft. An outstanding experience all around!

The staff is welcoming, professional, and they do amazing work at an affordable price. My daughter recently needed a new set of retainers. When we went to pick them up, there was a small mishap and they didn't fit. Mistakes happen -- it's not the end of the world -- but what matters is how a business handles it. Dr. Manzella felt so bad that he didn't even count the retainers under our warranty and gave them to us completely free. On top of that, he included a whitening kit as well. I'm so happy we found Dr. Manzella. He gave my daughter her confidence back and a beautiful smile she can truly be proud of. That kind of care goes beyond orthodontics -- it changes how a child sees themselves. If that doesn't say exceptional service, I don't know what does. Thank you for always going above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciate you!

First let me say that I have no fear of dentistry at all so you can read the review with that in mind and imagine how it would be for someone who does have these issues. Recently I had something ,other than my usual every six month cleaning year after year, occur and I needed it handled as soon as possible. I called my usual Amherst office and explained the situation to the office staff who were very nice and had me speak to Dr Laura Littman. Dr Littman was absolutely wonderful. She understood my concern and wanted to get me in the correct situation as soon as possible. She was so very helpful in getting me in to the Orchard Park office that day. When I arrived at the Orchard Park office their staff was so welcoming. Nikki ( assistant) and Dr Fallon never made me feel like I disrupted their schedule. Dr Fallon asked questions and listened to the answers. Asked if the angle of the chair was comfortable for me, generally was very conscious of me as a patient my comfort and any possible concerns. He resolved the issue and gave me all the information I needed. His chair side manner was above and beyond doctors in any science. The checkout staff was equally thoughtful and helpful topping off the whole experience with kindness. I can't express my thanks enough and how impressed I was by everyone from my first phone call to the Amherst office to checking out at the Orchard Park office, by everyone.

However, they did the full work up for my Invisalign - but the orthodontist himself didn't even take the time to physically look at my teeth and insisted that I could not only do the top teeth (that's the only part I wanted moved) and had to do the bottom retainer too. Price: $7,500! I thought more about it as that was a hefty price tag. I went to another orthodontist for a second opinion, who took the time to look at my teeth and do a full work up showing what my teeth would look like at the end. No bottom retainer needed. Price: $2,800. While the staff was great at Askler, they crazy over charge and would recommend getting a second opinion before signing at the dotted line.
