I will request her from now on. The doctor who saw me was Dr. Mechtler. I found her to be matter of fact and efficient. I am very comfortable with her doing the dental work I will need done. First let me say that I have no fear of dentistry at all so you can read the review with that in mind and imagine how it would be for someone who does have these issues. Recently I had something ,other than my usual every six month cleaning year after year, occur and I needed it handled as soon as possible. I called my usual Amherst office and explained the situation to the office staff who were very nice and had me speak to Dr Laura Littman. Dr Littman was absolutely wonderful. She understood my concern and wanted to get me in the correct situation as soon as possible. She was so very helpful in getting me in to the Orchard Park office that day. When I arrived at the Orchard Park office their staff was so welcoming. Nikki ( assistant) and Dr Fallon never made me feel like I disrupted their schedule. Dr Fallon asked questions and listened to the answers. Asked if the angle of the chair was comfortable for me, generally was very conscious of me as a patient my comfort and any possible concerns. He resolved the issue and gave me all the information I needed. His chair side manner was above and beyond doctors in any science. The checkout staff was equally thoughtful and helpful topping off the whole experience with kindness. I can't express my thanks enough and how impressed I was by everyone from my first phone call to the Amherst office to checking out at the Orchard Park office, by everyone.

They were extremely patient and kind, and made what could have been 5 horrible appointments as bearable and pleasant as could be. Where UPD offered to option other than to fully sedate my 13 y/o, Winning Smiles was able to take care of him with a little nitrous and Novocain. The front staff is kind, friendly, thorough, and caring. We felt 100% comfortable utilizing the facility during the summer with their restrictions in place. They took great care to ensure everyone's safety. We are so happy to have switched to WS Buffalo.

My kids dental X-rays were taken multiple times. And with my daughter it wasn't even working with the X-rays. I didnt even see them place an x-ray protection over my daughter or son. My daughter can't be seen for 3 cavities until February 2027. I am seriously considering leaving the practice. My favorite dentist Dr David has left the practice and so many other wonderful staff! We were there before Dr Mike bought the practice.
