First let me say that I have no fear of dentistry at all so you can read the review with that in mind and imagine how it would be for someone who does have these issues. Recently I had something ,other than my usual every six month cleaning year after year, occur and I needed it handled as soon as possible. I called my usual Amherst office and explained the situation to the office staff who were very nice and had me speak to Dr Laura Littman. Dr Littman was absolutely wonderful. She understood my concern and wanted to get me in the correct situation as soon as possible. She was so very helpful in getting me in to the Orchard Park office that day. When I arrived at the Orchard Park office their staff was so welcoming. Nikki ( assistant) and Dr Fallon never made me feel like I disrupted their schedule. Dr Fallon asked questions and listened to the answers. Asked if the angle of the chair was comfortable for me, generally was very conscious of me as a patient my comfort and any possible concerns. He resolved the issue and gave me all the information I needed. His chair side manner was above and beyond doctors in any science. The checkout staff was equally thoughtful and helpful topping off the whole experience with kindness. I can't express my thanks enough and how impressed I was by everyone from my first phone call to the Amherst office to checking out at the Orchard Park office, by everyone.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone beginning their orthodontic journey. My kids actually begged me to switch them here after their visit -- the prize wheel and candy wall definitely caught their attention! Beyond the fun atmosphere, I was especially impressed by how informative and well-equipped the team is. They provided very thorough explanations and instructions, and it was clear they truly know their craft. An outstanding experience all around!

The staff is welcoming, professional, and they do amazing work at an affordable price. My daughter recently needed a new set of retainers. When we went to pick them up, there was a small mishap and they didn't fit. Mistakes happen -- it's not the end of the world -- but what matters is how a business handles it. Dr. Manzella felt so bad that he didn't even count the retainers under our warranty and gave them to us completely free. On top of that, he included a whitening kit as well. I'm so happy we found Dr. Manzella. He gave my daughter her confidence back and a beautiful smile she can truly be proud of. That kind of care goes beyond orthodontics -- it changes how a child sees themselves. If that doesn't say exceptional service, I don't know what does. Thank you for always going above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciate you!
