Let me start out by…read moresaying that I take phenomenal care of my teeth & oral hygiene. 2-3 years ago I had a dental implant done by Dr. Sindoni. The entire experience was a nightmare!! The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. She's rude, bitchy & knows there will be zero repercussion as the doctor is her husband. There is no more $$$ to be made on me. They already robbed me and now won't follow through on THEIR workmanship. STEPHANIE informed me that this was an "investment" and it was up to me to "protect my investment"=we're not taking responsibility for any issues in the future. Tread carefully! Surgeon is extremely rude and does not answer any questions you may have prior to the surgery. I have a heart condition so it was important for me to go in and ask questions as i needed clearance from the cardiologist to even get my wisdom teeth out. However the surgeon ignored them and pushed me out of the constellation. When getting my wisdom teeth removed i had anxiety- as any one does getting them out. He threaten to not do them for me and began packing his things out of the room to leave. LESS THAN 3 minutes of even taking me back there. I am only 23 and expressed multiple times i have anxiety which none of them seemed to believe. Every person there looked at me like i was crazy. I am so beyond relieved i will never have to go back to this place and I highly suggest looking elsewhere before booking with them!! It was not worth it at all.

Kendra, Hannah, Leah, Dr Nigalye.. etc. The office is beautiful and clean. Modern and homey. Bathroom is clean and comfortable as well. A menu with choice of Refreshments are even available. The exam chairs were shaped/designed to support your back when lying down. I thought about bringing a pillow for under the knee support for day of surgery but of course I forgot.... good thing I didn't have to. As soon as I saw the chair and sat back in it, I was relieved knowing I wouldn't wake up with my mouth AND back in pain. After surgery, I was sent home with a care package that included: ice cream, a wrap around the head ice pack (life saver and is typically $15 on amazon), chapstick, electrolyte water packets, hand lotion, tea, oatmeal, applesauce, syringes of aftercare gel, several papers with instructions to get you through recovery and I think a few more items Im probably forgetting. My friends & family all said they have never received a care package from where they went for the same procedure.... i was also safely walked all the way out to my husbands truck by a staff member. This office truly goes above and beyond. 2 days after my surgery, the office called to check on me and I thought that was very nice, too. Overall, I cant say enough good about my experience here. My last visit was right when the Pandemic hit in 2020! I've always liked the really clean feeling you get after the hygienist appointment- yeah I'm weird! I don't mind going to the dentist! I take good care of my teeth. If home, brushing after most meals. Use a good electronic spin brush, they are the best! Flossing almost daily. Very important to floss! Having had braces as a child, I feel comfortable with dental care and visits to the dentist. Every hygienist I've had at Inspire has done a great job, gentle and thorough cleaning. Easy to get appointments. Plenty of parking. Welcoming and bright waiting area. Friendly and easy service. Bill your insurance carrier if you have dental coverage. I've only had regular cleanings here and maybe once a cavity filling years ago. I cannot speak to what the dental surgery is like here, never had any. The dentists at Inspire are nice and professional in my experience.

I will also be looking for a new practice since they seem to think it's ok for doctors to behave so disgustingly to their patients.
