It would've been nice if they would have warned me that the pharmacy was closing in a few minutes... guess that's not in their system. Visit was efficient and now that we did the paperwork, will be back here anytime we need to do some simple tests for flu or strep or covid. A few years ago during the height of covid, they ran out of tests. So had to go elsewhere. Today, no issues.

I remember entering in the patient's room and seeing Dr. DeFronzo cleaning, rinsing pt's kidney basin she vomited in. I was so surprised to see a DOCTOR do that. That was one of the nicest act I've seen from a doctor. I had to make him my primary doctor even though his specialty is infectious disease. Fortunately *knock on wood* I don't need to see a doctor often. However annual check up is something that is recommended by our health insurance companies so I go see Dr.DeFronzo. He's VERY down to earth, not arrogant like many doctors have a reputation of. He motivates you to be a healthier person. He's SUPER knowledgeable holistically. I remind him every time I see him about the nice thing he did for my patient back in 2013. His response, "You have to be a good person. I am not going to let a patient sit in vomit, especially if I am right there and wait for her nurse to come and clean her up. Nurses are busy too." He's very humble and I respect him for that. He doesn't have a modern upscale office but his heart and bedside manners make up for it all! I wish him and his staff the best!

She takes "First, do no harm" seriously, and is careful not to prescribe unnecessarily. I have found the side-effects of medication and, unfortunately, surgery, are sometimes bad enough to avoid the treatment altogether. It's good to have a doctor that isn't so eager to do something that she does something ill-advised. I have seen Dr. Pride a couple of times when Dr. Schram hasn't been there. She is kind and caring and if Dr. Schram isn't available, I feel quite comfortable seeing her. I saw Dr. Snyder once. He is friendly and personable and was quite helpful. A response to people who love the doctors but rate the practice low because of wait times: If you want to see a really good doctor, expect to have to wait sometimes. I know it's hard to wait around when you're sick, but when lots of people are sick, you're going to have to wait. A doctor can only see one sick person at a time.

I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! Being a patient with 3 chronic conditions in need of continuous medications, this type of behavior should be ILLEGAL!! Doctors take an oath, to "DO NO HARM", these Doctors Harmed Me Terribly!! So…read moreI spent a lot of time reading online reviews and bios in an effort to find one who spends adequate time with his/her patients; who listens attentively and willingly answers patient questions; who's very thorough; and who is, of course, well-trained, extremely knowledgeable and very experienced as a practitioner of medical science. Dr. Kramer fits the bill. I was pleasantly surprised to find this learned, yet personable, considerate and UNhurried doctor to essentially become my new GP. Bless him. Additionally, Dr. Kramer's office staff is competent and pleasant. I was happy that their waiting room wasn't filled with people, meaning that they space-out their appointments so that patients don't have extended wait times and the doctor isn't rushed. This shows that they respect their patients' time. Wow! My only *slight* disappointment is that the cost of my extremely thorough and detailed annual physical exceeded my insurance coverage (ACA) by A LOT. But that was offset by the fact that, at least, they accept my insurance, which many (most?) suburban doctors do not. I'm grateful to this practice for that. She was always bragging about how efficient Dr Nahas was and how comfortable she always felt when she had to go there. I made an appointment and it turned out that Angela was still the receptionist and I instantly remembered her because my mom always said how kind and compassionate she was- not many receptionist in doctors office are as kind when you called. To me that's very important as the first line of contact. When I arrived today, I called the office from my car and Angela told me to come in. They took my temperature, brought me into a spotless examine room, had me wash my hands and take a seat. Dr Nahas spent a very long time with me taking all of my personal background then she gave me a complete physical, which is something I haven't had in years. When I left, I was so happy that I thought about Dr. Nahas and made the appointment. Now I have a primary care doctor to release me for surgery when it happens. Her office took extreme measures to make sure all COVID rules are in place. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I would recommend her, especially if you're looking for a caring and personable doctor. She takes as long as you need- she's not on the clock of a large group insisting she see 25 patients a day, so it's much different visiting her office. I was so impressed. The parking is very easy and convenient, it's all one level. No stairs at all. In addition, she is less than 100 yards from St Barnabas hospital in Livingson. I'm so glad I called her office. Initially, I saw Dr. Resciniti for different symptoms I was experiencing and felt heard. Unfortunately, by my second appointment, I got the response that my bloodwork was fine and I felt very dismissed. After several months (&visits) and several of their physicians/nurse practitioners just offering to do the same tests/same bloodwork, I decided to get a second opinion. Found out I had celiac after just one round of bloodwork from another doctor. I had all of the symptoms of celiac, yet they failed to test for it, let alone even mention it as a possibility, or even ASK about my diet. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on out of pocket expenses and 13 months of suffering because of that one oversight. More importantly, they wanted to prescribe me medication for anxiety that was unnecessary, because they misdiagnosed me. Also tried to schedule sick visits on numerous occasions since and found that they couldn't even do that for me, EVER, leaving me to visit urgent care centers and incur more out-of-pocket expenses. The most recent attempt to make a visit was my last straw. After calling 4 times, I finally got through to someone and asked to make an appointment. Their response was "We have one doctor in the office and no appointments, sorry." Don't waste your time or money here.
