They tried to charge me rates above the negotiated rate they had agreed upon with my insurance company United Health Care. I contacted my insurance company they had to write a letter to the practice stating that had over charged me and finally months later I got refunded close to $1,000. After that another charge came thru for a $350.00 consult bill dated pre-surgery. I refused to pay, and they turned over to collections I had to pay it along with collections service fees to avoid effecting my credit. Do NOT trust. I had a simple surgery that ended up costing me a lot of money out of pocket that I was not aware I would have to pay. Surgeon fee, use of a facility fee ($14,000.00) anesthesia fees , lab fees, this should have been explained up front along with consult fee that should have been paid or at least told to me on the day of service not after my surgery when they could not over change me because I contacted and involved my insurance company. Just another way of trying to get money out of it. SAD, you would think the doctor and the associate group would care more for their patients NOT just about money!

After waiting patiently for three weeks, my mother came in for her appointment after being referred by her primary care physician. Her primary gave x rays on disk. The Office Manager stated she needed printed x rays and that they did not have the ability to review the disk . Wow, really, in 2013? She was overbearing, dismissive of the pain my mother was in and flatly said that the doctor would not see her without X-rays on film, not even for an initial look or even to retake X-rays. Not a quality I look for in my healthcare provider. I certainly hope they didn't bill back insurance for this 'visit'. Shame on you, Dr. France, for promoting such an unacceptable atmosphere in your practice.
