She did not try to alleviate my concerns AT ALL. Dr. Ilic arrived at my side, no mask on. We continued talking about vaccination status, he disappeared and reappeared with a mask. I am the one at highest risk here with my mouth wide open breathing in the air. I feel I am not wrong wanting to know if my healthcare providers are vaccinated (or not). I will not be returning to this practice. As long as we are in a pandemic, I would recommend you do not patronize this practice either. Dental work is anxiety laden as it is. They took x-rays and Dr. Benjamin Wachter was very friendly and cordial while he reviewed my x-rays and discussed my options. Then Abraham, the hygienist came in to assess what needed to be done. He also was very personable and listened to me as he discussed my teeth. Both Tiffany and Michelle were very nice as assistants and doing c-rays. The only problem that I encountered was with the receptionist who seemed to take a long time coming up with a copay amount using my insurance. The amount she came up with was not the amount Abraham had estimated- or even close. I said it wasn't what I had been quoted and left without making the next appointment. Abraham must have discussed it with her, because she called back with his estimate. So I made another appointment to have the work done. Overall- a good experience once everything was fixed.
