Kate is amazing! What a blessing. She does so many extras that no other cleaning company does. She's even helped me organize. She has cleaned some of our windows inside and out without being asked or charging extra. I try to pay her extra and I have to twist her arm before she will take it. I tip her every time because she is stellar and I never want to lose her. But most of all I love her smile and her kindness. She's such a hard worker. Her favorite expression is, "no problem."
