Although they were busy, we were seated right away and greeted with friendly service from the moment we walked in. We were offered water, soda, or even mimosas while we relaxed. The salon was clean, quiet, and calming, with soft music creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I chose the Classic Pedicure at $35 and was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of hot stones, which felt amazing and added a nice touch to the service. My husband opted for the Deluxe Pedicure at $50 and was very happy with his experience as well. Both our technicians, Tracy and Hannah, were thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. The staff including the manager were genuinely friendly and helpful, and we also learned they offer a rewards program for repeat visits, which is a great perk. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and thoughtful extras. We left refreshed and happy and will definitely be back!

They also used a nail drill on my cuticles instead of cuticle nippers which was not comfortable. For $25 + tip, this place was not worth it at all. I also surprised my boyfriend and got him a manicure too and his nails are uneven and were cut with cuticle nippers instead of nail clippers. Don't waste your time or money here.

If only the places in my howntown of Chicago were as wonderful as this one. I was on vacation in…read moreCocoa Beach when I stopped here, and it was by far the best pedicure experience I've had. Cleanliness: This place was clean enough to put any germophobe at ease. The pedicure basins were thoroughly scrubbed after each use, and the tools were taken out of sterile single-use bags (you know, like at the dentist.) The decor was lovely too - tile instead of carpet (like some places will use to try to disguise errant nail clippings), lots of spa chairs, very bright. Quality.Longevity of Pedicure - I was surprised at how much attention I got. The mssage was nice and long, and they're really spot-on with what they're doing. I have a bit of a problem with heel calluses (I stand all day at my job) and he recognized this right away. My feet felt like I was a kid again. My nails are pretty short to begin with, so he offered to round the corners to make them look a little longer, rather than square them off like some places do automatically. The polish job was impeccable, too. Friendliness: The pedicurist who took care of me was great; if I could fly out there and kidnap him and bring him to Chicago I would (and this is saying a lot; out here, nail salons are a dime a dozen, and it's hard to find a pedicurist you really like). He was funny and talked to you rather than with the other pedicurists, The other people here are great, too. Everyone was nice, even the other customers! There was no wait, either; it seemed like a bit of a slow day for them. Overall, this is a great place with great people. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular. A few tips: loads of parking, they're in a little strip mall. They do take cards, but most nail salons prefer tips in cash, so bring some.

I don't usually give advise for free. But I will this time. Invest in fly strips. Out of courtesy…read moreto your clients please please please speak English. Or atleast pay attention when the customer speaks in English. Make it a pleasure not a burden to go there. Such anxiety with the way all your staff treats people who come in. It is snobby. And stop giving clients a hard time when they ask for something specific that is part of your job like not so hot water for a pedicure or an extra coat of pain for the nails because it looks faint. Also if you have a cough you shouldnt be working. And if you are you should wear a mask. That was disgusting. Lastly, maybe close down for a few months and re model. This place has been the same for 10 years. It is giving crypt. Maybe while you take a sabbatical you can reconsider how to treat customers and how to run the business. It is always a ghost town in there. I blame the vibe. Maybe burn some sage. Hopefully you heed my warnings.
