CBC made sure all of our needs were met and did it much more quickly than I had anticipated. We were in Southern CA and they fixed our issue remotely (via the web and over the phone). I can't say enough good things about these guys! Jeff, Chad, Bill and the whole team are experts…read moreat IT issues! Whether its networking, installation, conversion from Dos to Windows (as was our case years ago when we first met), cable issues (also an issue back then) - they are tenacious about tracking down the problem and solving it. Whether its after hours, a weekend, a holiday - whatever - they will get the job done. They work with our many computers and various software companies to ensure that all runs smoothly; help with updates, and Jeff (the owner) is particularly picky about backups, security/firewalls and other security issues to keep our patient data safe and secure. We feel like we are in the best possible hands with them. I would trust my life and my family's with them - that's how much I trust them - and that's saying a lot. Their patience (with our staff, our patients, ourselves), integrity, persistence and determination result in a relationship that I expect to last the rest of our business lives. And we found them in the yellow pages all those years ago - who knew? We were desperate, trying to trouble shoot a problem ourselves when converting from one program to another, DOS to Windows, and it was a cable issue that we would have never figured out. Now my husband can concentrate on what he loves best - taking care of patients - and not computers! Thank you Jeff, Bill, Chad and John! You are truly gems!

Wow this is one amazing product for those of you who are really big into eBay! When my mother…read morepassed away she left us a huge garage full of her Christmas ornament collection and sea shell collection. Being the entrepreneur my nephew is, he decided that instead of doing one big yard sale he was going to make allot more money by selling the antiques and collectibles on eBay. There was just so much stuff it would take years to post everything! I was really doubting he would get it done. A few weeks later my nephew shows up with this really cool Ricoh camera. He had me take him out to the garage where all of my moms stuff was and he began to take pictures of each item. The camera had a cool display that posted the item directly to eBay without any work at all. He sat and snapped photos all day long, and by that night there was over 200 auctions going. 7 days later the sales from the first batch of auctions easily paid for the Auction Camera he purchased. I'm sure that my mom is glad we're finding a good home for all of her collectibles. I could not have been more impressed with this device! Check out their website and look into getting one of these cameras! This is the wave of the future!

Luckily I had seen the sign for Multiversal at a local shopping area and stopped by their store to see if they could help. Angelo told me to bring in the computer and he would recover her files asap, so I ran home, brought back the computer and a couple of hours later Angelo had the files ready for our daughter. The computer was also repaired in fast fashion, and it runs better now then it did before the virus! Not only did they fix the computer, but they also installed a new virus protection program and took the time to review what we needed to do in the future to avoid viruses. Their costs are reasonable, their service is amazing, and I can't say enough how lucky we are in Blossom Valley to have this wonderful company in our area! Multiversal also makes house calls, will set up networks and give 10 percent of their net profits back to local schools. Thank you to Angelo and Elliot, you saved our daughter and computer!
