Service is awesome during weekdays. But on weekends, the workers are overworked because of so many walk ins. I took an appointment well before time, so that I get served right. But the staff was tired and doing everything halfheartedly. The owner "Kashish" needs to take care of this and not overwork her staff. Very very poor service. I went there for eyebrows and one of the lady started doing it but she was continuously talking to the other lady and was doing my eyebrows without looking she really messed my eyebrows. Also she was in rush of going somewhere she didn't even care about i was not happy with my eyebrows said I cannot do anything now and went off. will never go there again. read more

I like it rough just not on my face! The job got done, I don't see any left over, unwanted facial hair. And my eyebrows are still awesome. At some point, I could feel the tension of the thread as if it would cut through my flesh. It didn't, but it irritated around m jaw line. Then came what reminded me of washing clothes at the river over a rock, the "lotion" massage.i was the rock, the lotion was the cloth. Went all over... and when done, I was a shiny shiny goddess. If I had a negative review I would love to give it, first of all whatever the philosophy written in the description doesn't match with service provided by you people, don't mislead the customers with your so called philosophy. I had gone there last week with a friend of mine to do threading. There was a staff named ANJALI. The moment we entered in, she did not welcome or even smile at us. I myself went and sat down. She did not do the threading well, each of my eyebrows were in a different shape. When my friend questioned her about it, she spoke so rudely and with so much of attitude. We were shocked at the way she treated a customer. She got angry and showed rude faces at my friend and she just walked off to the next customer without completing the service for me. I myself had to wipe off my face with the facial tissue and I applied the moisturizer myself. This was the first bitter experience for us in a saloon. My friend called the owner and complained to him about such an experience we had. Initially, he spoke well since he had the audio and video of the incident as a proof. But later he started supporting her saying that she is the current business girl in the saloon etc. The owner seems to be more interested in getting business out of her rather than teaching his staff to treat customers in a polite way. Went there for full waxing and had a worst experience. No professionalism, no good manners and they talk a lotttttt with their colleagues when they are waxing or threading or anything. Worst thing is they speak only Hindi. Only one girl speaks English.. Had a hard time explaining things. Had a bad experience. Only good thing is it's cheap. I haven't been feeling well so I thought I needed a ME time. I have sensitive skin so I normally get threading done. I hate going to the mall and don't feel like driving across town so I yelp threading this place came up. I was willing to give a new place a try. I was greeted by Amber. The place looked clean. I got full face threading & a facial. I caught myself snoring a couple of times. It was so relaxing. I barely had any redness in my face. I felt fantastic. I'm now ready for Happy Hour. They just reopened and the place is 100% clean, all the staff are wearing masks and there are plastic dividers between every chair, I got my eyebrows threaded and it was completely safe. They also offer many other services like haircuts and facials. read more

Worst experience EVER!!! I went to get my eyebrows done. When I went I asked if the store is open - she said it's open but she did it in hurry as if she wanted to leave as soon as she can. If she wanted to leave she could have said we are closed and I would have left. So I went in to get my eyebrows done - but she didn't apply powder and didn't even shape it well. Also, with the disatisfaction I paid with square which counted the tip that I had not given - when I asked about it she was rude and didn't even make a refund. This was my second time at Kashish Salon, and I liked their service. The place is neat and clean and they take care of hygiene as well. Kashish herself is sweet and friendly in nature. I got full waxing done. The only thing which is not convenient is that they only accept cash or venmo. They should mention this on their website since everyone does not carry cash. read more

Best place that I've gone to in a while for eyebrow threading. I have very light eyebrows, so It is hard for me to go somewhere new since a lot of people thread them very thin. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. Love my brows now. Ps it was only $5! I don't know if it was a deal only for today or not but either way very cheap. read more

We came here to do threading. That is not why we are giving 2 stars... First thing regarding pricing, on the wall they have a price sheet that says 5 dollars for eyebrows. While waiting for the lady to help us, I was looking around and noticed a small sign behind some stuff on a desk saying that it is 8 dollars for eyebrows and charge you the 8 no matter what. Second, my wife has been wanting to get Henna done for a while and found out that they do Henna at this location. She talks to a girl and tells her she wants a cuff (meaning a design on her wrist area, nothing on the fingers)which I will include the picture of what she wanted. The girl tells her they can do it and that it would be 10 dollars. We thought oh wow that is not bad for price because the whole time she made it seem like the lady doing it was amazing at henna. The person doing it now comes in and looks at the design and says that she can do it with no problem. First thing we should have thought was wrong is she was using some pre-mixed commercial paste that was a bit watery and making a mess everywhere. After she is done, which she did the whole thing in less then 5 minutes, my wife complains that it was burning a little. They tell her thats normal and that if it goes longer than 10 minutes to take it off. When she rings me up she quotes me 25 dollars for the design. We explain that is not what the other girl said and they replied by saying "she is new and doesn't know". Personally if that is the case they should not have her giving quotes. After running errands we get home, we proceeded to take off the hardened application from my wife's hand. I noticed after removing the henna application, which is a hard shell, my wife's skin was really irritated and sensitive, very lumpy to the touch. We look at the final result, noticing that some areas were darker than other area's. The design is not centered, there are blotches through out the design, and some lines are thicker than others and looks super messy. For something that stains your skin for 2 weeks I would think the design should have been better executed with alot more attention to details. They did reduce the price to 20 but personally for something so poorly done and that looks nothing like what was requested it should have been free. We are looking to see how to remove the stain now less than 24 hours later. read more

I come here to do my eyebrows. They charge only $8 for threading and its done very well. I call each time to make an appointment (usually 30 min before) to make sure I don't have to wait. They have a few employees so if they are busy with nails, makeup, facial, etc...your eyebrow wait time might be a little high. read more

i've come here numerous times but the last time i went, i was utterly shocked by how much home girl charged me for my eyebrows. it's usually $8 or even less sometimes (depends on if the person is nice) but home girl really charged me $13! there is nothing on their price chart that says that mens eyebrow threading is a different price from women. my brows are on fleek but my wallet ain't!!! will i come back? idk maybe but if i do, i won't be getting them done by the same person who did them last time. read more

I went here to get my eyebrows made sexy via threading. I second guessed their work at first, but I later realized that I was wrong. They did my eyebrows better than where I normally get them. Firstly, the threading was very painful. She was doing it very slowly. And then she didn't do it well. I came home and looked at it. Lot of extras weren't removed. If I can give this place a Zero i would do it! I used to come here before with another lady but i did not see her there today,l. anyway, as soon as I get in NONE of the lady that works there ever said Hi or Can we help you... so i sat down and noticed that both of them were helping costumers then i saw another lady was also sitting waiting for her turn. As I was waiting one lady came in and the worker said Hello to her then another 2 came in and workers both greeted them. So i just sat down and thinking am I gonna be help? Then after one of the worker who is doing threading with one costumer is done she asked one of the costumers to go in her chair then another worker asked another costumer to sit in her chair also, I was left wandering why do they asked them to sit down already coz i came before them? So i finally stood up and asked the worker if I need to make an appointment and she responded " for threading you don't need an appointment" and I said " i came before those 2 ladies sitting in those chairs" and the worker just looked at me and just shrugged her shoulder did not even say a word. So disappointed! Do they only helped INDIAN Costumers? If so put it on your signed " ONLY INDIAN COSTUMERS ARE ALLOWED!!!" Or train your workers to treat costumers even not Indian right!!
