Well, its very disappointing to share that few days back when I was at salon, I saw two punjabi ladies discussing bad and harsh things about customers. They were constantly talking bad things about the customer that they shouldn't have taken her for eyebrows. Also meanwhile a very decent lady who doesn't know Hindi or English was there for haircut with her husband(her husband went home after dropping her). I saw that they told her that they will be able to do haircut. After that those two punjabi ladies were talking that they don't know how to do haircut and all.. I mean it's ridiculous to call someone in also not knowing how to cut hair. Another thing, waxing is just bad. NEVER GO. THEY TREAT HUMAN SKIN BADLY. THEY TALK BAD ABOUT COSTUMERS. read more

Colorism is a real problem in the Indian society. And I'm not even surprised I faced it while being at an Indian salon. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threading and I was asked if I wanted a detan mask since I am of a darker skin tone. And when I filed a complaint the OWNER said the intention of the mask is to only remove dead skin cells. If you are going to say something wrong the least you can do is take ownership of it and not do it again. But instead she gave me an excuse that didn't even make any sense. I know what detan means and please don't tell me otherwise. These salons need to stop defining beauty as being light skinned and need to learn to at least take responsibility for their poor behavior towards customers. I am going to go to a salon with good service but that is also conscious of social issues. Colorism is an important issue and it is important that we empower woman and make them feel beautiful regardless of what skin tone they are. I hope the owner takes responsibility for her words and the actions of her employees instead of defending them with illogical statements. read more

This is the most hopeless salon I have ever visited. First the lady Anjali spoiled my forehead in treading by cutting my hair on the top of my forehead. Secondly after taking the appointment the Parlour always make you wait more than 20 min. When asked, the women there makes faces and talks in Punjabi. They don't even clean properly after waxing. And then once they start threading they will complain that hair growth is too much and do it with all their pressure and anger. Eyebrow threading is fantastic here. Owner is so friendly and nice. She spent more than two hours doing my hair because she wanted it to come out nice and declined a few walk in customers so she could focus on me. Just went there for haircut today. And I HATED it. But I had gone there earlier for same kind haircut and Amber did it. I HAD LOVED IT. Today, the lady who did it..... felt like didn't know what she's doing. She was in rush and I had to ask her many things to fix at the end. Was there 2 days ago, Kashish herself did the waxing and was very accommodating in scheduling me. When she said "ok, you're done" I was shocked.... it was waxing, she used the chocolate was which according to her reduces the pain. And heck yes, it DII REDUCE THE PAIN. Having multiple locations is helpful too and you just make sure to call ahead to see at which location she is. If there is a negative rating I would have opted for that option for this salon.One of the worst Salon that I haven been so far. The staff is unprofessional and do not know how to talk or how to do their job. They charged 120$ for basic make up and hair styling they have done it in a worst possible way .Though I told the staff multiple times that I needed a light make they did a heavy make up and it was all patchy.They do not know how to do blow dry for hair styling , with out removing the hair knots they started doing hair styling.I am really disappointed with their service and I would not recommend this salon to any one. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR THREADING. Waited 15 minutes because there was one employee working. Then, the lady agreed to charge me $5 because it was my first time so I sat down. While doing my eyebrows, she asked me how much I pay usually and I said $8 so she said "okay, pay me $8 then." WTF. AND, she didn't even do the cleanup I wanted and left a bunch of hairs. Kashish is the worst for eyebrows threading. She just cannot make both eyebrows of same size. Cannot even properly clean it. I would never go here again. Beware - Some workers would ask you personal questions and pass comments! 1. Waxing : its cheap to go here and I usually get an appointment alway but that's all.. nothing very great about this place. 2. Eyebrow threading - step 1. Comb existing eyebrows so that they are all evened out - they just omit this step. Only after I pointed to her that my edges were not trimmed with scissors she trimmed them! 3. Sometimes the place smells of food, it's pungent! Will go again but they they need to get a little more professional. read more

Worst experience ever. If any one is looking for good and professional service, don't go here. I had a visit today to get my eyebrows, upper lip and underarm wax done. A lady started with my eyebrow and got diverted as soon as another customer stepped in and moment later when she saw more customers coming, she left my threading half way and went away, didn't even care to show or ask how it looks and I had unfinished upper lip and hair left all over. Icing on the cake was underarms, they didn't provide any gown for change over and while I was in the process of getting the wax done, some other staff barged in and started chatting to my beautician. That is heights of unprofessionalism and no privacy. Hate this place. Owner, do yourself a favor and keep an eye on your facility, this has been a horrible experience. read more
