I needed to find a duplicate latch for several galley windows on our 30 year-old boat. The old latch had failed. I contacted an engineer in China prior to contacting many, many businesses here in the United States to try to find a latch replacement, but didn't have any luck. Chris is a true craftsman. He was able to take apart the latch, remove the spring, and adapt the plastic latch so that it could be made into an aluminum one. The result was very, very impressive. The original fabrication didn't quite fit and Chris went out of his way to make the necessary adjustments so that the latch fit perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough for a project that most would not want to undertake. In my opinion, it was worth every penny that I paid. Thank you again!
