Fun and the attendant was very helpful. The first race was too difficult for my son, so he put him on another that was easier

There's just so much to look at and play that it's easy to wander around and keep finding another game you want to try. I know Ground Kontrol is also a bar, but I haven't tried any of the drinks, so I can only speak to the arcade side of things! The game credits are also pretty reasonable. For $20, you get 310 credits, which can actually last a surprisingly long time depending on what you play. I definitely appreciate being able to spend a good chunk of time here without burning through everything immediately. I played Street Fighter, Mario Kart, and a bunch of other arcade games, plus several of the pinball machines. There are so many classics packed into the place that it really does feel like a giant nostalgia trip. Definitely a fun spot if you like old-school arcades, pinball, or just want to relive the feeling of walking into an arcade and being surrounded by like-minded folks who are there to also have fun!

So that we would just be around the corner and popping in here would be easy during our stay. Luckily I was able to come in on two different days, and at different times! We got both the night life experience and the day time experience. I think I preferred the day time because it wasn't as busy. Night means cover charge ($4) and bag check. And no kids. You might see some kids during the day. What a cool place, with yummy drinks (no food), and all my favorite arcade games, and then some! They operate on a card system, so no coins needed when you visit. My pinball wizard friend had been traveling arcade ready with coins in her bag, but it turns out they weren't needed. Ground Kontrol supplies free lockers to store your stuff; just follow the instructions and don't forget your code. I learned a lot about pinball during my visits here, and played more pinball than I usually do because of that. I mean, why not? I played one of the newest pinball games, released within weeks of my visit, which was Pokemon themed, and I played one of the more vintage pinball machines, Xenon. And everything in between! It was awesome. $20 loaded onto a card will get you 15ish games, but there is a different cost depending on which game you're playing. I was satisfied with the value and would, and did! come back again. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area! Make sure to check out the whole place, as it's bigger than you think and there are more games (mostly pinball) upstairs.

If you love arcade games - you're going to love Next Level Pinball Shop & Museum!…read more I'm Gen X and grew up plunking endless quarters into video games. Here you pay a one-time fee and can play as many games you want as long as you want! You can also leave and come back the same day. This place is massive and has all your favorite old-school games like Asteroids, Defender, Tempest, Centipede, Track & Field, Paper Boy, Punch Out and so many more! It has an amazing selection of pinball machines, as well as newer racing and shooter games. You won't be bored with the countless options to choose from. It's become a destination to take my out of town guests who grew up on playing arcade games. Check it out of you have a few hours to kill. You won't be disappointed!

This place is cool. All you can play pinball and video games for only 23 bucks? Yes, please!…read more The place is humongous! They have pinball machines and video games from the classics all the way up to the present. I actually prefer the more classic pinball machines, because the current ones that they come out with now, have so many different things going on, so many different features, I like the simplicity of the earlier machines. The machines are in immaculate condition, they do a very good job of keeping them up. They do have a few games that you have to pay for, those are the "ticket" type of games. Other than that, everything is pretty much fair game. With your wristband, you can come and go as you please. I got there when they opened at noon, and I stayed until about 4 PM, and then I came back at six and almost stayed till they closed at nine. That's a lot of pinball and video games for a very low price. They do get busier on the weekends, and also on Friday when they have tournaments, but with the massive number of machines, you will find something to play. This is definitely a place to come visit. They have food carts on the outside of the museum, with seating, then they also have a seating area inside the museum. You can have what you ordered on the outside, or they even let you bring your own food and drink. They just ask that you eat in the designated area. They do have cupholders on the machines for your drinks.. I had a blast. Thanks!

A solid 4. Man alive is it EXPENSIVE to bowl now a days. Oh lord - do I sound OLD AF saying that!!!…read moreHa! My daughter and I went to bowl as part of celebrating her birthday. She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. This trip was just bowling. No arcade! Still 4 stars.

It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!

There were multiple kiosks to buy chips and the power card. The chips had bonus for each purchase amount and there was an all day option available for $55, valid for only the day of purchase and a max 500 ticket limit. As we started going around the arcade/games zone, I realized it was not as big as some of the other D&Bs I had been before. Still there was a good variety of digital games, interactive games, and all familiar games like basketball, ski ball, and bowling. They also had a unique Human Forklift game where kids were lifted like a forklift in a pit where they grabbed plush dolls. It required a separate ticket. We also noticed so many of the games were out of order or the power card tap wasn't working. Though it was exciting in the beginning, it fizzled out as the evening progressed, our 6 year old ran out of games to play and wanted to leave.

She said let me get a manager. I then asked her if she could put it on one of the big screens and I would sit in front to watch the game. She informed there was not a server on in that section till 5pm. I told her the bar is empty except for one table. I said I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem for her to walk over and wait on me. She said it was up to the server. I told her I'm sure her manager would be fine with it. Boy was ai wrong. After waiting 10 minutes for a Manger I saw him him and approached him. He asked me what game I was looking for. I told him it was on a prime video. He said let me see if we could get it. I said thanks and could you put it on the big screen. I'll sit in front. Right then and there He snapped I cant sit there because we don't have a server till 5pm. Then he stormed off before ai could say anything. So I sat at the bar and waited to see if he could get the game. He couldn't so I left. Pretty disappointed in the bartenders attitude and managers attitude not letting me sit in front of the big screen. If you had the game I'm sure I would spend at least $100. I had friend joining me. But now I'll never step in there again, tell my friends and post all over social media. Here are some pictures of your empty bar.
