Long story short I got a remote start placed once I picked up I noticed the left side buttons on my steering wheel where not working took it back to them they said "I double checked everything and our work is good it could be clock spring needs to be replaced. I didn't believe them so I posted here and 110 Customs commented they would help me take a look at it. In less than an hour they found indeed was not the clock spring but a bent wire and loose bolt. They delivered the car to the BNSF Metra station of my choice, and when I called John H and told him I fell in love with a used Infiniti (almost by accident, just stopping into another dealer to kick the tires--but the heart wants what it wants) they came to get the car where I was - at my sister's, about 1/2 hour from Oswego. This, after I used their car for almost 2 days. And I am almost ashamed to say, the last morning of which I shopped for other cars. If I was a Ford man, I would make a beeline to Riverview Ford.
