If you like racing go karts then look no further…read more Wait - Went here with a group of 4 Saturday afternoon at around 4pm and waited about 1.5 hours. It is first come, first serve so you can't call to reserve. Unless you go weekdays and in the morning, expect a wait. Karts and Track - the karts go up to 50mph which was super fun. The track is also quiet long with the fastest recorded time at 77 seconds. It has a lot of great turns and a nice long straightway. Experience - you sign up for 15 minute sessions and I recommend more than 1 because you'll spend the first session just feeling out the track. They do print out your time sheet after so you can see your performance. The crew was friendly and quick to help. Price - compared to other karting places I've been, prices are more than reasonable. They do charge you for head sock if you don't have one. They have plenty of sitting area and lockers to keep your belonging. Bring a lock if you want it locked. I highly recommend bringing water if it's warm out and just in general to keep you hydrated. What's really neat is the other side of the karting area is an actual track for car/drag racing and you can go check it out while you're waiting. Plus there are better bathrooms on that side.

I was outside working in the yard one weekend when I heard this thunderous noise. It kept repeating itself and I asked one of the neighbors what was going on. He just laughed and said oh that's NHRA nationals going on over at Pacific Raceways. After that, I had to go see it. As luck would have it I worked for a local staffing business that worked with the raceway. We were responsible for flagging on motocross days and cleanup at the venue during big events like the NHRA nationals. The internal staff was great to work with. These folks work tirelessly to make sure that the people who came to these events got their moneys worth. The track was well maintained, and there was quite adequate parking for everyone that showed up. What was great to see was between races. The NHRA teams would be tearing down an engine and rebuilding it in less than an hour. You could stand there a few feet from the crew as they were working on it and see it up close and personal. Even if you're not erasing enthusiast, this is a great time for the entire family. I highly recommend it.

When you arrive, you check in and sign some waivers. You get suited up in a jumpsuit and they take you through some basics of what to expect. While you're waiting, you can observe and hear the instructions so you know what to expect. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for the thrill of skydiving and also for group events.

From…read morefront desk to fan operator they have an exceptional team of people that make you feel comfortable, and getting set up did feel pretty seamless. I noticed in the group before mine they were very gentle when flying the young kids which was good to see. A helpful thing to know: 1 flight = 1 minute. They can slice and dice, so if you have 3 flights, you and your friend could each get a 1.5 minute flight. I just wish the sales model didn't feel so gimmicky. First, all the sticker prices are marked up. After you fly, they'll offer you 50% off the 4, 6, and 10 flight packages to get you to come back. Pass on it? You've broken the cycle and you're back to paying full price. Or you've escaped the matrix--frame it as you please. Next, they're going to offer you a $25 "high flight" before each turn. It's cool. The instructor takes you up high in the tube. It doesn't seem to cost them anything extra though--it just eats into your precious 1 minute of flying and takes away from time you'd otherwise use to improve your flying skills. Finally, they'll hit you with the media purchases. They'll snap about 4 photos ($4 each) and a video ($8). This means they spend a bit of your flying time placing you in frame to ensure they have media to sell you. Between my squinting eyes from the camera flashes and the high winds on my face, I looked wasted in all photos lol. So, if you max out the add-ons, you're looking at an additional $49 on top of whatever your 1 minute flight cost. Just for fun, if you made $49/minute full-time, you'd rake in $6 million a year (pre-tax, of course)! And you probably wouldn't think twice about buying the photo package for the lols. At the end, the instructor goes in the tube for a demo flight full of elaborate tricks. Honestly, that was one of the coolest parts. So, it's a neat thing--do it once! I did indulge in the 50% off deal to share the experience with my gf, but I probably won't seek it out much beyond that. In this economy, I can respect their hustle if it's the only thing keeping the lights on.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

Over the years the technology they use doesn't seem to be keeping up, where things will glitch causing lots of time and effort to get the tickets earned reflected on your card. Luckily we took a picture of the ticket rings that were won at the claw machine prior to adding them onto the card, but even after that, it was still a big hassle where management seemed suspicious that we were trying to dupe them out of tickets that were earned properly. What was surprising is that they didn't even bring the staff member over that scanned the ticket rings initially to confirm she had added the tickets. After adjusting the tickets, my card account was still active on the board, so I went back and checked to make sure it was closed out properly to avoid any further ticket issues. I asked the original staff member if she remembers adding my tickets, and she said she did but we should be good now as this was a system glitch. I accepted the explanation and took that as issue closure. Later when we went to pick prizes, another "lead" employee approached me (wish I would've taken her name), and immediately accused me of being rude and aggressive towards the staff member that added my original tickets. As a lead, I would have expected her to ask me if there was any issues with the employee, instead of outright accusing the customer. I asked her to clarify what was taken as rude or threatening, as I never raised my voice or said anything out of line even though this issue took some time to resolve. She wouldn't give me any specifics but just warned me to not be rude. Instead of getting into any further back and forth with her, I decided to just pick a few prizes and leave. I found it very unprofessional for the lead to approach me in that manner, while the Manager Tabitha didn't step in, even being close by. If something was said that was perceived as rude, let's bring everyone together and hash it out. I can guarantee *God as my witness* that I never said anything offensive, threatening, or rude to any of the staff members. All I did was provide details and proof that there was a system glitch and the tickets that had previously been added were not on the card. At no point did I ever blame or fault anyone at FFC for this issue. Rich Yee, if you'd like to discuss this matter with me directly please reach out.

I remember when they use to be like $40 and for both of my kids to get a Dizzy Pass it was $140 which is crazy work. I will say it's worth it to make sure they can do a ton of rides, but still. I feel like they added some rides to Sillyville this year which is always a bonus. My kids had such a blast and they did basically every ride. We were smart in terms of food and packed them lunches because they never end up wanting to eat any actual food from the fair so when we do buy them a $20 meal, it goes to waste. So pro tip - pack your kiddos their own food and cut that cost! My husband and I went back for a date night a week or so after taking the kids so that we could check out the new 1900 Food Hall and Rooftop Bar. The new food choices are good additions - we tried the sandwich spot and the new Asian spot. Both were decent, but next year I definitely want to try the Seattle Dog style corndog. The rooftop bar is a VIBE! Especially at night. They did an awesome job with the space. It's pretty big, with lots of different seating options. Bartenders were nice and tried their best to get through the very long line. Prices were shockingly not bad for the fair and were comparable to a regular bar's prices. Overall it was another great year at the fair and we'll be excited when it rolls around next year!
