The sole receptionist/ticket tender clearly doesn't care, is blatantly rude, and always in a rush which sucks at a spectator and a business standpoint. Watched contently through the gates though, roaring and American. Imagine working at McDonalds and the person taking your order knew nothing about the menu and could only tend cash. I come here every year for the biggest race of the season ! The FORCE family ! We have also raced here ourselves on two occasions. Love the organization when throwing events and love the layout. Seating is very visible for the everyone and staff has always been friendly! Perhaps if I could suggest one improvement it would be to have cooling stations located in more locations . The heat can beat and if a mister station was available through out the event would have been perfect! Looking forward to future events. read more

Went a second time this year. Brother had some tickets. Same parking problems. Same bad concessions. Bathrooms are very dirty. Some of the stands are made of wood and in need of repair. The races we were at for about an hour allowed us to cross the track. We were watching over by the 1/4 mile score board. There was a yellow jacket maybe a wasp nest the size of a cantaloupe on it. Some of the other guests mentioned it as well. That's where the people that work there had us all cross. I have a video and a photo of that part at least. A very big safety issue. Some people die if they get stung. I hope Yelp allows this post. They often censor posts I've made as well as posts of friends of mine. I hope this helps this business make some changes for the better. read more

Not sure if there's a separate page for the Performance Racing School at Pacific Raceways, but I had the time of my life doing a novice coarse and track day. I'm a much more confident and cautious driver all within one day...and like I said, I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE. My car's brakes is going to hate me for what it has to go through though. Before I took this coarse, I've been here for the go-karts and Toy Run at this track. Go-karts are outdoor so just keep that in mind if you want to freeze in the cold. There's also no real bathrooms at the go-kart section so bring hand sanitizers if you don't plan on holding in your pee. The address is Kent, but it's pretty deep closer to Auburn/Covington. I recommend you watch some Youtube videos before going on the track to get an idea of what you're going to deal with. I don't know why the low ratings just because of food, what the hell do you expect? Gourmet food on a racetrack? Are the food at sporting events ever good? WOW..Never gets old. My boys took me to the finals on Sunday for my birthday and we had a blast. If you have never been to see and FEEL the top fuel cars it's a must do. Everyone should go at least once. Do keep a eye out for people trying to sell tickets for cheap. They buy a ticket come back out and try to resale it. Its already been scanned and went work again for you. Scam.. bring lots of Ice water and good heating protection. read more

We came to Pacific Raceways expecting a huge turnout. According to their site "The largest gathering of sports car racers in the western states will be at Pacific Raceways May 26-28" Got to the gate, paid $10 each, the lady at the gate lied to us telling us how busy they were (she also informed us that she wasn't allowed back in the pit area). The place was empty, the pits were a ghost town. What a let down. Largest gathering of sports racers? Not even close. Largest gathering of sports car racers in the western states? Talk about a gross exaggeration. read more

I love this place I have gone twice and recently and the whole place was very close and community is nice I personally race at the go karting track for the league racing and love it the food is a little pricey but otherwise amazing just remember to bring earplugs if your watching the vintage cars race read more

We came up for the nhra races in the first week of August and it was a blast. This was my 4th time coming but for my girlfriend this was her first nhra race and she had an awesome time. Definitely coming back next year.. I'm amazed how much work they have done to this facility all the way from the bleachers and stands, the dragstrip, media facility, ammenities, and the Midway. Everything was within reach of where we were sitting. The only complaint I have is getting out of the field you park in.. i understand when you have thousands of people leaving at the same time it's gonna take over an hour to get out.. all in all it was an awesome weekend for the nhra. Can't wait to come back next august read more

1 star deducted because the pavement is rough. Otherwise this is a fun...fun track to ride. I'll admit its not the safest around. Going through the chute full tilt in the rain is scary. But T1's through T7 is just a blast. My goal is to get faster through 5~7 and T8 and the 'bus stop'. But it'll be fun getting better. Can't wait until the this season starts. read more

It seems that the track is finally getting some love that it has needed. The road course is better now that the huge pothole in T-2 is gone. The beer girl (Dana) is super nice. Restrooms are fair (about as good as you can ask for at a race track). I hope they keep spending some $$ here, we need this place! read more

Race Track: Cool Facilities (Bathrooms): Disgusting Vendors / Food people: Meh - OKay This place really needs to spend some of its entry fees on maintenance and/or updating its dilapidated restrooms. They sort-of have a monopoly on race tracks in the area, so I doubt if any good will come of this review. Racing is already STOOPID expensive - time to step up and clean up your venue! read more

I drive this track often with SOVREN vintage racing as well as track days. The facilities and track surface need attention & updating without a doubt, but the track layout is superb. My favorite feature about this track is the elevation change you get. A lot of tracks a relatively flat which tends to make them a less exciting drive. It's a bonus the track is so close to Seattle! read more

Largest and only big track in the area. NHRA in August, what more do you need to know. Decent food, good beer, lots of seat and tons of free parking. Best part for me is how close it is to the highway (hwy-18). Makes for easy departure when my day is done. I highly recommend catching one of the many events they host. read more

It's hard to enjoy the drags when the announcers speakers are echoing everything horribly. Perhaps you should fix it.

I paid 65$ to participate in the pumpkin bash dash last October and part of the deal was that upon finishing the race you will receive a t-shirt and finishers medal. it's February (three full months later) and still have not received what was guaranteed in writing! for the first month they lied and gave me the run around and now have completely stopped replying to my emails. the ownership at this place is a joke and i encourage anyone reading this to not give them your business, they don't honor their word and feel no shame for doing so. read more

Strip is much nicer since the repaving got rid of that ski jump at 1,000-feet. Too bad the MX track is gone, but it was run very poorly.

Sometimes the views of the track on race days are limited and they started charging more money. Certain parts of the track need to be re-done, but it's better than not having a place to watch motorcycle races and get race instruction. read more

Good place to practice go karts, 7th visit 82s. 28dollars per race for member. I think it's 30 something for nonmember. Staff are friendly. But the motors race track is kinda dangerous, the ridge is a better place to go for motors. read more

Had a good time taking my father out for the NHRA weekend but the food was absurdly priced and quite frankly, was terrible. Worst burger I've ever had in my life ($9), took one bite and tossed it...and a $10 pulled pork sandwich which was barely bigger than a slider. If you're trying to get repeat business, this is not the way to go about it. read more

The good guy nostalgia drags should be called the good guy bracket racing event.the food vendors were disappointing and the beverage lines were way too long.won't go back again.if you want to sit on old bleachers and watch bracket cars run for hours it is your thing. read more
