I told President Domenic Ieraci and he said "oh my I have kids I'm so sorry, call me tomorrow and we'll get this fixed". HE BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. I called him back from a blocked number. I started talking and he hung up on me. Yet! They promote helping sick kids hospital, but put my kids in harms way, along with many others in my unsafe vehicle. Tip Top was not my choice; I was referred here by my insurance company after I was T-boned by another driver. See photos of their work on my car. I was quoted $1,900+ to fix the back quarter dent and then to re-paint. When I got the car back, the paint job didn't look like it was completed and there was a definite line of demarcation between where they had polished and hadn't. It was as if they'd suddenly decided to stop polishing the paint job and weren't going to do anymore. The incomplete job looked like the car had a different back quarter, because of the difference in the paint job. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing further they would do; that was all they promised for $1,900+. When I took the car to another auto body shop for their opinion, the other owner just shook his head and said that this was a sloppy job that no professional in his field would have done. Oh, and there was a still a faint visibility of the dent. The sloppy return of the car also had yellow tape still attached to the underside, as if Tip Top couldn't be even be bothered to properly remove all the tape and markers before returning the car to its owner. And it came two days later than promised (and no phone call to explain--I had to call them and ask, "So, what's up?") No reason at all to recommend this place. None.

We had some scratches on a back door and a good scrape on the front bumper. I went in and Joe looked it over, and he gave me two prices, best case and worse case. He said 2 to 3 days to fix. They fixed it in 2 days -- closer to the best case price, cannot even tell there was anything ever done -- looks just like brand new again -- Thanks Joe! BTW they also fixed the car when some guy backed into our bumper and made a real mess. They are reasonable, up front and do a great job. Don't be afraid to come here -- they will look after you "right"!! (BTW they are recommended by a number of insurance companies included TD Insurance -- maybe for a good reason!!! :-) ).

(Lesson: never drive pre-coffee.) I was referred here and one other body shop. Directs quote was dramatically lower. They were kind enough to hang on to the quote for a few weeks until I could arrange to bring my car in and leave it there while I was on holidays. They were kind enough to keep it for the length of my holidays! When I returned to pick up my car I was remarkably impressed at the work. The running rail, the quarter panel, the passenger door, and the forward bumper which I requested to be repainted, were complete. The work was excellent and one could never tell if there had been a repair. The paint in finishing matched to a T. What made this experience even more pleasurable aside from quality work at a fair price, was the owner Dougie, and his daughter, were kindkind and professional. They both took great interest to ensure that I inspected the car thoroughly before payment and insisted that I was happy with every detail. This is one totally satisfied customer. I would highly recommend their services.
