Dr. Hatami has Superior cosmetic and general dentistry skills and a kind personable and efficient staff. An excellent cosmetic dentist who preserves and rejuvenates natural teeth while also improving smile aesthetics located in San Bernardino County was what I was looking for. The third time was a charm with Dr. Hatami. I came to Dr. Hatami in rough condition after decades of moving around the country, and settling for HMO covered municipal dentists. I had ongoing problems with a molar crown which was ill fitting, oversized and improperly attached for almost a decade. The crown had been replaced twice before, had damaged the adjacent bottom tooth, was not functional for chewing and the gum underneath was chronically irritated with hematoma-like tissue and bleeding. I had just been told by another pro Loma Linda educated dentist and former professor, I needed 4 crowns with two of those being gold. I couldn't bear the thought destroying my beautiful natural teeth which work so well for chewing with more dysfunctional and uncomfortable crowns at a several thousand dollar price tag. The second opinion from another downtown dentist was $4k and 2 full crowns a partial and a filling. Dr. Hatami was able to restore my smile with only 2 crowns and 2 large fillings (((thank you thank you thank you))) for less than $600 after insurance. Dr Hatami rejuvenated my dental heath and pride in my smile. I am now water picking flossing and electric tooth brushing more and more because I really want to preserve this masterpiece. The office uses a few really cool pieces of technology. They use a special camera to display pictures of your mouth on a monitor clearly illustrating him issues. Dr Hatami mentioned the device they have to scan your mouth's contours which made my temporary crown is in use by 16% of practices. The doctor herself is a precise, gentle and skilled artist. She personally designed and custom fit my crowns to align perfectly alongside my natural teeth. She saved two of my molars - practically sculpting one out of dental material and shaped it to my natural bite. My heart sings with joy. My teeth work great for eating steak. The hospitality and kindness of this practice also stands out. The Dr. herself is kind with quite and gentle mannerisms. She works with the precision of an artistic technician. She identifies with the patients and fully addresses all concerns. This is prett At the start of my visits, I was preparing to switch jobs and dental insurance, needing to get work done asap. Once they had my confidence, I paid them the ultimate compliment- I brought in my family. Our awesome hygienist Dallas prioritized our care, fitting us in for cancellations all while the office manager was OOTO for a bit during the pandemic. They helped us maximize the work we could do. I would only bring my beautiful husband to a top cosmetic dentist. My son is the most amazing "handful" of 14 year old enthusiasm and energy who delights in instigating weird and awkward conversations. Dallas helped him through a very deep cleaning and straight talk about teeth brushing. Overall, I couldn't be happier you have dental problems plaguing you and do yourself a favor and get another dentist's opinion. I found her on Yelp about a year ago and decided to give her and her office a try after reading all the amazing reviews. I went into her office almost in tears because of what I have been through in the past. I needed some cosmetic work done along with other things. I recently started going to Dr. Hatami's office and have been absolutely blown away by this office. I know it's a weird thing to say about a dentist, but the whole office is outstanding. I had been going to another dentist for years, and had a tooth that had been bugging me that my previous dentist had been telling me for years was fine. After explaining this to my hygienist Heidi she took a look and immediately noted some cracks, which Dr. Hatami confirmed. Dr. Hatami laid out a whole plan to take care of it, and a bad filling next to it and after my cleaning I was on my way with my appointment. Three days later a significant chunk of tooth broke off while eating dinner. I sent a text and left a message explaining the issue and received a prompt reply offering me times to come in, they got me in ASAP, and Dr. Hatami was able to clean up, and place a crown on the broken tooth within an hour. Dr. Hatami is by far the best dentist I've had. Her grasp of the problem and resolution were fantastic. My front tooth which gets the maximum views when you smile, had a crack in my crown that I had had done many years ago. She took meticulous care in it's removal, doing a root canal and matching it to the other teeth color, to perfection. Love her bedside manner and dental skills. The is no one else I'd go to! The front office staff are excellent and extremely professional at all times. Reminders for appointments and other issues are dealt with on time. Dr Hatami is the absolute best dentist! I have been her patient for about 20 years now and she really cares about her patients. Anytime I have tooth pain she immediately calls in medicine for me and will try to see me as soon as she can. Last week I was having a severe toothache. My daughter was seen recently and had a pretty bad experience. She said Madonna was not very gentle at all, and also said the doctor was rude to her. Overall she was not feeling the team and asked that I find her another dentist. Please be a little more compassionate with your patients. If this dentist tells you that you need to have something done, take it from me. Make sure that you get a second opinion. When I first moved back to Redlands, I made the mistake of seeing Dr. Hatami, who told me that I needed three crowns, a root canal, and possibly a new bridge. She also claimed that there was some inflammation surrounding my bridge, which turned out not to be true. She sent me to a Dr. Christopher Sechrist for the root canal, but Dr. Sechrist was so flaky that he never even bothered to show up for my appointment! Luckily for me, I found Dr. Mee at State Street Dental. I texted him and he responded immediately. He told me that he would examine my mouth right away and that he could do both the root canal and the crowns. He ended up doing all the procedures in the same session in order to make it easier for me, and for much less than Dr. Hatami's estimated charges. He also told me that I only needed two crowns, NOT three, and that my bridge was solid, with no sign of any inflammation. So the moral of my story is clear: Stay away from Dr. Hatami's office at all costs!! Do yourself, your teeth, and your pocketbook a huge favor. Go see Dr. Mee at State Street Dental for ALL your dental needs, including root canals. Dr. Mee has proven himself to be honest to a fault, so reliable, and so worthy of our trust. On top of everything else, he let me have my nightguard for half the regular price! His prices in general are so much lower than Dr. Hatami's! So glad now that Dr. Sechrist flaked on me, because if he hadn't, I never would've found the magnificent Dr. Mee! read more

Signs leading to her office dark hallway opens to a very bright and cheery waiting room. Greeted kindly and asked to fill in ONE form on the Ipad. Cleaning was done right away and efficiently by Chrystal. Crystal is obviously very experienced, she went over my film and pretty much previewed what the Dr was going to say. Dr came right away. Shook hands, sat down and looked me in the eyes. 1st question she asked ,"What are you looking for in a dentist? Someone who will use a lot of Novocain, someone who will make your teeth look good?" Dentist very thorough , gentle found a lot of little things the other dentist overlooked. Prioritizing the work. She said her passion is sculpting the enamel like substance over the teeth to look good. Crystal handed me a printed sheet of work and prices that was easy to understand. Everyone there makes you feel so at ease and fully explains what is going on to you. I get what I call dentist anxiety and I totally feel at ease coming this office. I love Dr. Hatami. She is so personable and friendly. It is because of her that I have straight white teeth as she referred me to her own orthodontist, Dr. Wise in Calimesa who straightened only my lower teeth with braces in 9 months. I go to Dr. Hatami's office for my cleanings and she just started including whitening sessions with 45% bleach for her patients. Her staff are all awesome as well. I needed a crown replaced and she manufactured it in the office right on the spot with her new high tech 3D CAD Printer, so no temporary was put on, didn't have to come back, just a perfect overlay on top of my tooth same day. One of my lower teeth was worn/ground down before braces, after I got braces off, Dr. Hatami bonded the worn tooth where it looks like new, matched up the color perfectly. Two things to remember to become satisfied first visit to Dr Hatami's office. 1.Difficult to find a parking space.Her office does not have own parking lot.Only street parking and CVS parking lot.No public parking building or lot.It would be nice if her office tell patients in advance,"you may not find available parking space as you wish. 2.Do not be discouraged when you find it is not easy to to fill out Patient Health History Form in advance to save both her and your time. There are almost 130 questions asking whether you are allergic to each of 130 drugs,yes or not type. There are also almost 80 questions regarding your medical conditions including questions of "Yellow", "Scarlet". Wish they start with simple questions, then follow up questions. Are you allergic to any medication? If yes, list the drugs. Did you or do you have any medical conditions such as heart ,lung disease,diabetes, bleeding disorder, surgical history,family medical history with supplemental questions to follow if necessary. 3.If my memory is correct, there was $20 cancellation penalty in the past but I did not see it now. read more

This review is based on my experience as a first time patient. I'm new to the area and needed to find a new dentist so I turned to google and Yelp for reviews. Dr Hatami seemed to have a very good reputation so I decided to schedule an appointment to establish care. The entire experience has been great so far. From scheduling the appointment, having my initial exam with the hygienist, Lindy and Dr Hatami, and scheduling follow up appointments for the treatment plan that we agreed on - I felt comfortable the entire time. The staff here is extremely welcoming and approachable. Lindy and Dr Hatami were thorough in explaining their findings and coming up with a treatment plan. I've been to dental offices that will try to upsell you with an aggressive treatment plan and make recommendations that might not actually be necessary. I did not have that experience here. Dr Hatami provided a conservative approach and explained the pros and cons and why she made her recommendations. Her approach and demeanor immediately put me at ease. Granted, I have not had any treatment completed just yet, But i trust that my experience will be a positive one. read more
