We called our former dentist on call and they said "our offices are closed today but we spoke to our dentist on call and they said to get her seen right away but it might be hard to find one since it's the weekend. Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time. At the end of the visit, we switched the entire family over to this dentist.

The only person who took care of me and is human (unlike the others) is Veronica (the dental hygienist). The receptionist had to do my X-ray of my teeth and kept saying " I think this is right" "I hope this is right" WTF you're literally shooting an X-ray at my face without even knowing what you're doing. Then the dentist herself kept poking at my teeth and then, without even examining my fills said "yeah so you need 3 crowns because the fillings are cracking" When I told the dentist no to scheduling a crown and how I don't want that, she started cleaning my teeth and was SO AGGRESSIVE! My teeth have never been through an experience like that, neither have I! She kept yelling at me when I told her that I have ear buds in and to just do what they needed to do~ yelling won't help you out hun! Again, such an aggressive dentist. I hope her clients are doing ok!! Thank you Veronica for taking care of me, you deserve a better job! Please look into other places that will take care of you as well! Also! I was lied too before the appointment (saying how they are new and only have a certain days/times open.)

When my wife and I decided to "level up" with our dental care, we were referred to Dr. Michelle…read moreWang by our fabulous endodontist, Dr. Debra Meadows. Well, "level up" barely describes the experience we have had so far with Dr. Wang and her associates! First and foremost, Dr. Wang is a passionate dental educator at heart and incredibly professional and knowledgable! My new patient visit included x-rays, a thorough cleaning, MANY photos of what my teeth actually look like (yikes, the plaque!), a tooth-brushing demonstration, and guidance about how to use a Water Pik. The treatment plan she formulated for me was conservative, fair, and reasonable, and there was not one attempt to try to upsell me. She taught me so much about my teeth and oral hygiene care in that initial visit. And like any good educator, she was transparent about the work she was doing and what she plans to do with my teeth. I found her to be so motivating and encouraging. As someone who has never been a consistently good dental patient, I really appreciated her approach. I went back a month later for a few fillings and she showed me (via before and after photos) how much I've improved in my oral hygiene and a few areas where I need to be more diligent. That was really helpful and I will look forward to this monitoring in subsequent visits. The vibe in the office? Welcoming, friendly, and completely patient-centered. Heather, Natalia, and Sarah, along with Dr. Wang, are all so personable, sweet, and relaxed. If you are looking for a dental professional of this caliber, Dr. Michelle Wang is the one!

Exceptional Care and Professionalism…read more I was referred to Dr. Hatami by a coworker, and as a new patient, I was eager to find a dentist I could trust. From the very first interaction, she and her team exceeded my expectations. I called the day after a holiday weekend with a cracked molar and was able to get an appointment quickly. From that initial call through my office visit and cleaning, the team was not only attentive and professional, but genuinely compassionate--they understood my nervousness about returning to a dentist. When Dr. Hatami recommended tooth extraction, they referred me to a specialist facility that was just as amazing as they were. The extraction was performed the very next morning--an impressive turnaround that showed how seamlessly they coordinated my care. What made this experience meaningful is the context: my last dental visit was so traumatic that I didn't see a dentist for 15 years. But Dr. Hatami's compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable returning. Thankfully, my consistent at-home care kept major issues at bay, and with her help, I've now addressed the cracked molar. I can't recommend Dr. Hatami and her team highly enough. They restored my confidence in dental care--and validated my coworker's referral completely.
