Is what it is, a simple miscommunication. An idea for this company - I'd like to see included in the sessions is artist bios...who's who?! i.e. who started the water color movement and what are some of their pieces? What are the types of mediums we can use - what is a medium? Maybe a 10 minute lesson before each class representing a specific artist or subject.

I contacted their offices and was told I would be receiving a refund (amount $60). After a year and a half of back and forth phone calls and being strung along, I am finally writing this review. I understand that they were closed and everything got delayed or pushed back. However, their finance team kept assuring me I'd receive a refund. I normally wouldn't have pursued this for so long but they kept telling me "next week... next week" I am officially giving up on the refund (maybe they'll surprise me) and writing this review so others are warned regarding their lack of follow through on their end. Apart from all of this, the two classes that my teen completed were fine. Wish this location the best and hope they can communicate with their finance office about their lack of integrity and completion on promised they've made.

Her drawing got the principal Award at the OUSD Through My Eyes Exposition of the Arts. We were very proud of her accomplishment. I chose a Tangled inspired image with a silhouette of a couple on a boat and the night sky filled with floating lanterns. I would be lying if I took all the credit for my masterpiece. I asked June to help me paint the silhouettes of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask - which turned out the way I envisioned! June and Diana were very accommodating. I made sure I asked at least 2 months in advanced to schedule my paint night on a weekend. They were outgoing, energetic, and VERY patient with my party. The studio is overall a really cute space. A big plus that it's near a Starbucks and Ten Ren's. Props to the bright and cosy decor!
