This place sets an example for all businesses to follow, Truly amazed by the customer service…read more Nadira was very prompt and accurate when providing my quote and communications during the repair process. Service was a in house rebuild on a 2006 F150 transmission. Mike takes care of the rebuilds and his expertise shows. Oh I guess now is a good time to mention that this vehicle has 439,000 plus miles on it. And the transmission had never been touched as far as repairs, just fluid and filter changes when I remembered they were due. They stand behind the work and do understand the customers needs. Had a slight issue after picking the truck up that was promptly addressed even though it was actually not related to the rebuild. My shift cable was so old that it would not retain adjustment. It was 20 years old at least. Mike found the issue and actually walked me out so I could see what was happening. Part was ordered, wrong part was shipped over to there shop twice due to it not matching the vin number. When they found the part number after removal. Nadira actually ran and picked it up to help expedite the repair. Mike took care of the labor to install and I just paid for the cable. They didn't have to do this, this was above and beyond since this was not related to the actual work preformed or quoted. Transmission has about 350 miles on it now and wow its working way better than I could have dreamed of shifts are on point and smoother than I would have ever dreamed off. Way to go, This shop is on my highly recommend list and I will be taking all my business here if the need ever arises. Shop has my vote for business of the year, way to go to the whole crew involved. Thanks Again--

Told me to come in to check it out and Mike went out to diagnose the issue and he advised it's not a trans issue, but an electrical issue based on the codes that were coming up. He suggested I find a place specializing in electrical. They didn't try to nickel and dime me and charge an inspection fee. For a Saturday they were pretty busy and the parking lot was full. Based on this one experience, will plan to bring our vehicles here when the need arises and will update the review accordingly. Thanks Mike...

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

Well, I was right in the middle of a job needing it for a long haul when it began acting up really bad. It would chug at stop lights and it was behaving like it wasn't getting fuel... and it finally even died on me. Well, thank god I was able to get it to a local mechanic and when calling all my friends on who they would use, many of them cited the same place and it was Scott Repmans off Bell. Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. Well, not only was I expecting the bill to be much higher but I honestly wasn't expecting to get it back until Thursday or even Friday. Turns out it was a sensor for the accelerator and they had it ready for pickup on Monday by 3pm! It drives BETTER than even before the problems began and I now know where to take it for my tune-up and maintenance like oil changes. Super thrilled with this place and will recommend them along with my buddies now.

The company was sending their customer home paying for the Uber ride since the car was staying overnight. The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.

The friendly staff told me that the gas tank had to be replaced but they would have to try and source a gas tank. A couple of hours later they found a gas tank in a different state and had it shipped over. After the tank was replaced, about a day later or so I noticed a small gas leak in my driveway and called them back up. I told them what I noticed and they said more than likely one of the fittings came loose. They immediately said they would send a tow truck to my house to pick up to take back to the shop to repair at no additional charge. Within an hour a tow truck was and I had my vehicle back that afternoon. Quick response and resolution! Professional staff! I went here for several years and several thousand dollars in repairs. I waited to leave this…read morereview until my warranty on all work expired. Unfortunately, these guys are not Christian and they will take advantage of you, especially if you are a young woman. Everyone works on commission so they have no reason to help you. They'll find out how much you feel comfortable paying and every time you go in it'll be close to that amount unfortunately for me my first work that I had done was almost 2 grand so every time I went in after that they were after me for 2K. After my radiator was replaced they forgot to "hook up a hose properly" and the car rapidly accelerated while I was driving it without any gas and wouldn't stop. I had to put it in neutral while driving and it continued to redline until I turned off the car while driving over 30 miles an hour with all brakes deployed.. It was handled as a whoopsie like many other's experiences here. There were lots of suspicious billing things done. They would charge labor for a temperature sensor that belong to a thermostat which was probably three or four more hours work. They marked up parts almost 200% or 300%. When I got diagnosed as needing fuel injectors, they told me each fuel injector would cost $400. They then told me I was stupid for not thinking that parts wouldn't have a markup. That's a 400% up charge. That was the last straw for me. I ended up leaving permanently. After reviewing all my service records, I realize that they did some work twice AND never mentioned it was under warranty. When I requested a refund because they didn't honor their warranty, I was returned the lesser amount that I paid the first time instead of the large larger amount when they redid the work of the second time. I had to request my refund weekly for 6 to 8 weeks before I got it. I've uploaded a few invoices for you all to have a look at, so make your own conclusions. I thought about trying to find some recourse here, but I'll just leave room for the wrath of the Lord.
