Maybe it was a chaotic day, and maybe they were overwhelmed with buys, but I felt bad for the person who was snapped at. Very rude and unprofessional! Given how busy they were, and given the very few items that were bought (only 4 for under $10!), more than enough workers could help (4 or 5?) and the buyback seemed rushed and arbitrary. I've sold and bought here multiple times and every time I sell I'm getting ripped off. I came in earlier today to sell. I had two full bags of clothes with five items that were new with tags. They took all five items +5 other items and only gave me $31. I genuinely was very surprised when she told me that she was giving me $31 for 10 items. When half of those were brand new with tags then she has the audacity to tell me that I had great items and should consider them when selling again, when I know they're going to sell these items for 5x the amount that they gave me for. Not to mention the clothes that I had sold to them were popular, namebrand clothing items that were worth more than $3 per item. I understand that stores need to make a profit, but there is no reason to be profiting 5x the amount that you are getting these items for and stores like these need to rely on others to sell and if they're ripping people off like this people aren't going to sell anymore.
