Rude, lazy, didn't complete job and tried to change the list of what she would do after receiving payment. BTW, she was paid at least 3x what a normal housekeeper would be paid because I wanted a deep clean. If you're into paying out the wazoo for a deep clean but instead getting bunch of excuses from the jump, with nothing done but some vacuuming with your own vacuum...Karen's your gal. Be ready for her to negotiate and negotiate and negotiate to do less after you pay her because she is charges crazy fees but shows up unwilling to work. And she doesn't bring help with her, either, when she knows she has a big job ahead. So basically she's too cheap to hire help but too lazy to do any actual work. read more

One thing I like about this cleaning company is she uses a Organic Peppermint Cleaning Spray and the house just smelt so clean and fresh when I went buy after. I used Karen's make ready to get my clients house ready to be put on the market. It was very dirty from previous tenants. Karen and her crew did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend her services. To the lady below sorry about your loss, but don't think it's fair you gave the Cleaning Service 1 star because you had to pay extra for no electricity. As my family prepared to move into a previously owned house, we sought out a company that would be thorough in sanitizing and cleaning everything so that we could feel secure in making this our own home. The staff allegedly spent four hours trying to clean and make it ready for us; however, upon doing a walk-through and examining what had supposedly been done, it was quite apparent that the microwave, stove, bathrooms, tubs, showers, & cabinets had not been thoroughly cleaned. There are literally places in this house that I could easily take a Clorox wipe and clean and it would look better than the service that was provided through this company. There is dirt, dust, debris and hair in places that should have been addressed . There's also remnants of food and pet hair near the stove and microwave as the previous residents were pet owners. I have no problem with cleaning or maintaining my home as I am very meticulous and detailed; however with so many other moving pieces & other things to take care of within a short period of time , this was supposed to be a convenience of having someone else to do it correctly so that we would not have to worry about it. The service is not at all inexpensive, but we were willing to pay whatever was needed to make sure that this was done prior to us moving our other belongings in. At this point, I'm at a loss because though Karen herself told my husband to do a walk-through and then call her if we had concerns, when he actually did that, she had no method of rectifying or addressing the concerns mentioned, so now we are out of the money, and I still have to play Cinderella in order to clean the house as it should be in order for us to live here comfortably. read more

We recently hired Karen to clean our post-flood-repair home and to also clean our rental post-move out. We contacted Karen a bit last minute (our move date was in flux due to repairs on the house not being completed on time), and Karen was totally gracious and immediately responded and scheduled a walkthrough and cleaning. Her pricing is incredibly fair and she is very upfront about it. She cleaned our repaired house under less than ideal conditions (the workers who repaired it had been less than tidy, and there was still work going on when she and her team came to clean) yet she made the place beautiful and spotless again. Our rental was also left perfect (and we have pets, so there was a lot to clean). Karen is just a nice person, too. Honest, friendly, understanding, and patient.
