Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.

As soon as we met with her, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is super professional, down-to-earth and offered really helpful advice when we needed it. We hired Erganic for their "day of" services, which actually began two months before the wedding. Sojourner and her team put together a great day of schedule for us, contacted all of our vendors and maintained contact with them up and thru the wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our day, which was fabulous! One of her team members, Andrea, was assigned to me on the wedding day as my attendant. I can't say enough great things about her. She attended to my every need, yet gave me the space I needed to enjoy the day. She even helped work out a mishap with my makeup artist. Her other assistant, Michelle, was on the ball as well, sending us emails to make sure they had every detail in place for the day. I received due dates for checklist items, a timeline, preferred vendor list, Vanessa and I met a few times to discuss my vision and she helped with my decision making. I didn't have to chase each vendor throughout the process or on my big day, she made sure they got everything they needed. My biggest fear was being late but vanessa created a time line that I tried my best to stick to. The day of, she arrived at my house and assisted the videographer and photographers with anything they needed. I almost forgot my husbands gift but she remembered! The minute we arrived at the venue I got a huge surprise from Sojourner! I was feeling so confident everything will move according to plan but it never does because it's a wedding! A few people saw me before the ceremony because the venue did not have a place for guests to wait so vanessa and Sojourner helped take care of that. They were on the hunt for the ring bearer and flower girls but most of all when my in laws were running late, somehow the ceremony went on and we still managed to end the reception on time. I was late in the game to find a dress and she came with me so I didn't have to go alone. We were in the heart of Brooklyn running around in the rain and we found my dream dress.
