As I waited, I noticed another room at the back for other activities. And one of the owners was helping a customer organize an event. When you go to Hallmark, you expect to pay more because you're getting stuff, you can't get anywhere else, but this place was not that place. No selection of boxes, no selection of bags, no selections of tissue paper. And the store store was questionable.

One star is too much…read more I'm very dissatisfied with my experience here I purchased a set of balloons here as a present. It was way overpriced. I was given one price but the employee. While I waited for the order to be completed, the owners came in and gave me a different (higher) price saying that the employee wasn't aware. The wait time for my order (just a few balloons) was 20 min and then another 10 minutes to figure out how to accept my credit card payment. They messed up my order by giving a different design on the base (than what was originally discussed) and some of the balloons looked old and peeling (decoration). The owners were rude. The only reason why i even took the order is because I was in a rush. Otherwise, I would never have taken or paid for the order I received. Never again will I come back here nor recommend it.
