I wanted a mani pedicure so they started with my fingers clipped my nails I said that was good but he ended up clipping them so close to my skin there was no nails . At that point I just wanted a color change on my toes they filed them never cleaned it with an alcohol pad left them dusty . I was not thrilled for the price it ended up to 61. Her studio is clean and relaxing. And her personality was the cherry on top. She is understanding of what you want and talks through the entire process- what she's doing, how and why she is doing it a certain way, etc. Her table is clean and not cluttered and she has two uv lamps so you aren't constantly having to move the lamp all around the table to cure your nails. My toe nails I had painted and they are already showing signs of the polish getting ready to peel off. Also I was charged $5 for regular nail polish, not gel or dip or anything fancy. I guess that's new, I find it very cheap on their part. This place used to be solid but is slipping. For the price overall not bad. I will go back one more time and if I have issues, I am finished.
