Small locally owned costume and gift shop what also does custom orders.
Parking is street only, but there is a also a surface lot right next door. It's also tucked away in an off street walkway that contains several other businesses. If you see a window with native american stuff that's the walkway to duck in. It'll be down past the old west murals on the right side.
Karel has made a small specialty of being a one stop shop for the Red Hat Society, but she also has a good collection of party stuff-hats for all occasions, flashy things to wear for st. patty's day, fourth of july, and especially mardi gras. Because this is old town there's also a pretty sizable display of gift stuff including small crystal glass collectibles, costume jewlery, jokey/novelty items, California mugs, magnets, and t-shirts along with a variety of, well, stuff. Karel tells me she can do custom hats and costumes-pricing as per request-but she needs lead time. This means if you have a super cool idea of what you want and come in on a Wednesday needing it on that Friday...........nope. I recommend a month or so lead in.
