It was definitely busy, but the team still made a real effort to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    When I first dealt with this enterprise I was offered a vehicle that "was just in a minor accident"…read moreor wait for another vehicle. We chose to wait for another vehicle. When that vehicle showed up, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting and we had no choice but to take it because we were in a hurry. Upon returning that Sunday night, there was NO parking on their property to drop off the vehicle. We were told to park on the street and buy a parking pass in which we did so. Luckily that was the end of things. However our second visit wasn't so lucky. My second experience, again, I had to park my vehicle on Main Street on Sunday night because their lot was full of vehicles. I purchased a parking pass as well. A few days later I was informed that the vehicle was ticketed because you are not allowed to park on Main Street overnight. In addiction, I was charged a $25 fee. So in total.... I paid $100 ($5 parking pass + $25 fee from enterprise + $70 citation) for parking on Main Street overnight because ENTERPRISE does not have enough parking to accommodate vehicle drop offs. This is wrong that customers should have to foot the bill because ENTERPRISE does not know how to properly move around its vehicle fleet to accommodate vehicle drop offs. If we don't park on Main Street, there is literally no parking in the surrounding neighborhood either because those people living there also park their vehicles on the street. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. I am very disappointed that the solution set forth by Enterprise is to buy a parking pass if there is no parking on their lot. This is not okay and they know it. Please save your generic copy and paste response. YOU need to talk to your branch directly and solve this issue internally. I am done reaching out.

    I had a frustrating experience renting from this Budget location. The employee required a $600…read moredeposit on a valid credit card, which felt excessive compared to other rental locations. In addition to that, the base rate was $39.95 per day, but there was also a 150-mile limit per rental, which was not clearly explained beforehand. What made the experience uncomfortable was the number of personal questions asked. I was repeatedly questioned about where I was going, how far I planned to drive, and other details, which felt more like an interrogation than a normal rental process. The staff member also came across as very cold and emotionless during the interaction, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand that rental companies have policies, but the way everything was handled felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming. Overall, the process felt stressful rather than customer-friendly.

But he doesn't even want to acknowledge the fact it is point at the full and there is a perception issues here. I was so upset because I was about to ask him for another big truck rental. THANKYOU JESUS and all mighty God he showed his angry face and start saying he doesn't understand what we are saying. Cause if we don't know we will continue out of convenience to keep paying our hard earn money for business try to nickel and dime customers out of the rules that they actually didn't even abided by....thankful everyday for people who are not like Joe who value customer that will treat each person with respect. Budget has to learn to be better, cause this is unacceptable

    First time rent the car with this company and choose this location just because closer to my place…read more I came to the office to pick up my car at 9.10 already late 10mnt, the owner was nice, helpful but..the process away longer than other rent car I ever used. We're done for the paperwork around 9.35am and they don't have the car ready for me for some reasons, then I have to go to pick up at another location, not they brought the car. I went to another place they mention, another waiting and finally I got the car around almost 10am..it does really wasting time, not convenience. I lost almost an hour only for picking up the car :( Returning the car. They said they open at 9am, I came exactly at 9am but no one there. In front of the door mention to call the number. I called and I think that was the owner, he said they guy will come about 5 minute. The car. The condition was good but the inside was dirty..they don't clean the car to prepare for new guest. Overall the car was ok, but the only service wasn't that great or "convenience"if u have to be on time or rush.

    This Avis car rental at LAX location are the WORST that I have ever done business with…read more 1) Wrong vehicle was parked at the location where they tell you the parking spot. With all the luggage, you have to go back and forth to the rental office and then they assigned the right parking spot. Wasted 15 mins 2) Then you get in the vehicle and you cannot find the keys. Another lady walked to me and told me she has the same problem. They put th keys under the floor mats in her car. I found my keys in a indented corner of the front dash board that nobody can ever guest where they are. I tooks us 10 to 15 minutes to find out keys Why would any body do this to the rental car customers is beyond imagination 3) Then there is this strange useless and unhelpful employee on the 1st floor walking around. When you ask for help, he just took photos and does not do anything to help customers. Unbelievable customer service personnel. Guys on the 5th floor are professional. 1st floor where you pick up your vehicle is a total DISGRACE ! I would say who ever manage this Avis car pickup on the 1st floor has done a very poor job. I will write to Avis office
