He's warm and gracious, and his intentions are always first and foremost the care and safety of the child. We can literally talk story and he's always open to sharing tidbits of concern to you as well as relating it to your child in a way that relates to them, and not just another lecture on how helicopter mommy wants them to change some lifestyle choices (me! lol). Highly recommend, though I am not sure if he's taking in new patients. Staff is friendly and welcoming as well! Finding a last minute urgent care for late nights when you have a sick newborn is almost…read moreimpossible. I am so glad I found this place and they were able to take me in. What's crazy is I didn't know they were located in the same area as Ka Makana Alii! This is so convenient considering afterwards, if you're still up for it, you could do grocery shopping at Foodland, or if you've been waiting for a while and you got discharged you could go eat! Or just do what I did and have your spouse drop you off while they go take care of dinner for everyone. The wait was manageable considering I drove westbound in rush hour traffic and was able to get in the queue ahead of time. I also really needed my son to be seen so I knew I had to wait. I also appreciate that everyone who saw my son and me were able to help this new-mom out and ease my worries. From the receptionist, to the nurse who took our vitals, to the doctor who helped diagnose us, I am appreciative of all of them.

Since it was a pre-op clearance, Mely performed an EKG with a portable device she could wheel into the examination room. Next Kylie, PA actually looked into my ears, mouth and felt my stomach which my doctor has never done. She went over my blood pressure, temperature and EKG readings and told me which meds to stop taking one week prior. She sent me down to the lab for blood and urine tests after. I was happy and impressed that both ladies were both kind, thorough and very pretty plus easy to talk to. I was told if I don't get a call, that's good news and I'm cleared for surgery.

Okay I'm one of those people have have been seeing his pediatrician for years and have not realized the time to move up to a big people doctor haha. Anyway, I ended up here some years ago after realizing I needed a Gen. Med doctor. My initial impression of the doctor was positive. I have to say he is really nice and supportive. He can also be a bit tough at times. He will give a light lecture to you if needed. I have received it a few times when it came to me taking my medicine. I do like him though. He tries to prescribe or suggest what he thinks is just right. No need for extra services or attention if not needed. So go and check him out if you need a family doctor or a Gen. Med. for yourself.

Been with this doctor for about 10 years... I had my 2 daughters and my youngest son see him. This…read morereview is looong over due. Thankfully like some of the other reviews I had no issues with any other workers/receptionist. This is strictly for Doctor Ninomiya. Never in my entire life I have felt belittled, unheard & talked down to by a professional like himself. My son just turned 10 months and basically started getting sick more often when he turned 6 months. At yesterday's visit, it was like he practiced what he was going to say and how forcefully he was going to say it to me. He basically yelled at me, saying that it was our fault as parents that my son was getting sick. See, I would have believed him had I not visited "urgent care" before this visit because I really did not want to call doctor Ninomiya & hear that we caused our son to get sick again when we followed everything he told us to do. The Urgent Care doctor previously came from being a pediatrician and told me... "Not once did I blame the parents of why kids get sick." He said before 2, they will get sick a lot. "As doctors, we just need to help them get better and figure out what's wrong. I would never tell you to alter the way you live or your daily lives, because we just can't. There's no blaming game here. We all try to do our best!" & that stuck with me that there are other doctors that care & have the same values as my family. It's unfortunate that I had to leave this review here, but I do want everyone especially new, that this doctor is not for everyone. Yes, pediatricians are hard to find on the west side, but trust me... Go make a drive if you can't tolerate professionals like him. With that being said, yes I found another doctor in Kapolei whom shows compassion & care for my kids. Find a doctor that works for you and your family!

Which was true... I just had a hard time leaving him because he was the most amazing doctor ever! If he could still be my doctor I would let him... anyways, I now have a newborn son, & I take him to Dr Cha as well. He is super thorough and lets you know exactly what is happening. He is super patient and answers all "first time mommy" questions. The wait is super short- I would say less than 15 min wait & I notice that if a baby is fussy he will make sure to have you in and out. The staff is also AMAZING! I've known them basically my entire life and they're like aunties to me. Anyways... I recommend his services to every mommy out there just & if I could I would even give his 6 stars!

She is the main reason why I stay with the clinic. I do agree with the previous review, there has been times when the wait has been an hour, however these were only times when I got "squeezed" into her schedule. She always answered all my questions and has worked through the ridiculous paperwork my job requires when I need to take off. I've recently had some billing issues with the clinic, but even with that, I can't justify looking for another pediatrician for my 2 daughters. If Dr. Santhany was ever to leave for another location, I will have to follow her lol. Thank you, Dr. Santhany!

She told me to pretty much give him motrin to keep the fever down and hope he gets better. I never want to see her again she was no help and did not seem concerned at all. She attended to us poorly. Makes you feel clusterphobic. * Overprescribed antibiotics. * Lost records. Pros: * Free parking * Friendly front office staff * Walk ins welcomed and prioritized She was my first pediatrician way back and I had no one else to compare her too until later when I transferred to Kaiser-which was an upgrade. I didn't understand why I would be scheduled at 8 or 830am and she would come in at 9a or much later. Her waiting room would already be at full capacity and patients would still be outside the door and she has yet to arrive. I wouldn't get seen until lunch or later. Everytime I saw her for a cold or flu, she would always prescribe antibiotics. I had an ongoing condition under which most providers would refer to a specialist, but she did not. She would only refer to a radiologist for xrays and diagnostic lab for lab work needed. The radiology office is another can of worms-especially the older receptionist when questioning the paperwork or billing. She is not someone I would ever come back to nor bring my kids for patient care. My problems got taken cared of at Kaiser and later in private practice for adult care.

The nurse is unorganized. And the pediatrician looks lazy. Idk how she's still a doctor. She pokes the needles into the bed that the children lie on instead of throw it into the hazard waste basket right away. Like idk how many needles have been poked into that bed. And they don't even keep files in an appropriate space. I went to her before I left the island to grab my childrens immunization records and the nurse said she had to go find it. Find it? I'm already off the island and trying to register the kids for school and I've been calling her at least once a week and she hasn't found the time to just email them to me?!? Like how hard is it? If you want a pediatrician, she isn't it. Good luck if you do.

If you are looking for a dermatology team that is proactive, thorough, and truly life-saving, I…read morecannot recommend Complete Dermatology highly enough. I have received care in multiple medical systems over the years--including military healthcare in Rhode Island, North Carolina, and Hawaiʻi--and this team stands out above all of them. Their level of attentiveness, professionalism, and responsiveness to even the smallest skin changes is exceptional. Because of their vigilance, five separate areas of skin cancer have been identified and treated. With a family history of malignant melanoma, that kind of proactive care is not just appreciated--it is life-changing. I genuinely feel that the team at Complete Dermatology is saving lives every single day. What sets them apart is not just their expertise, but their approach. They don't wait--they act. They listen, they investigate, and they follow through. Whether it's surgical removal, blue light therapy, chemical peels for actinic keratosis, cryotherapy, or carefully guided topical treatments, they tailor care to the individual and stay ahead of potential problems. Every provider I have encountered has been knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to doing what is best for the patient. I have complete confidence in their care, and I am deeply grateful to have them on my team. If you want a dermatology practice that is not only highly skilled but also genuinely invested in your health and long-term well-being, this is the place to go. Dr. Donna Fisher

They needed a sample of something to send to the lab, and the first 2 times the samples were not accepted. I understand things happen, but it's hard to find time in the day to bring my child back 3 times in just 2 weeks. Also, the medication they sent in wasn't covered by insurance. The pharmacy told me the copay would be an upwards of $300. So we had to make some runarounds to get a replacement medication. I understand things happen, but a little frustrating on my end. I will say though, the staff is very kind and accommodating. The office is very accessible. Located in the James Campbell building right across the street from Zippys and 7-11 Kapolei, parking is found underground for free.
