There aren't a lot of restaurants in The Fort, or Manila for that matter, that serves Ilonggo food. Although I can't claim to be an expert on this particular cuisine, it's nice to have this option amidst all the fast food, ramen, and coffee joints in Bonfacio Global City because sometimes you just crave for traditional Filipino cuisine.
Their sisig, liempo, and grilled squid are nothing out of the ordinary, but the servings are quite generous. One of the best-sellers is the chicken inasal, which I think is one of the best items you can order from their menu. For P155 you get a simple, straightforward, and tasty meal that hits the spot. Their kinilaw na tanigue is also a must try and goes very well with a bottle of beer.
