    I'm going to give you three stars because you transported me all over Durango. However...You…read moreforced me to write this review. It might not even matter. Your drivers have been so nice to me. We did not have a nice conversation today on the phone. You hung up on me after I apologized about my credit card situation. Which I worked out in less than five minutes. It was a $70 ride and you were going to call the police on me? Seriously? I'm some weirdo tourist. And my mother did not raise me to screw you over. Since I've been here I have shelled out HUNDREDS to your company. HUNDREDS. This is how you treat your customers? Hanging up on them and saying you won't transport me anymore when I have payment right away? I thought people in Durango were different than this. You're shady and I don't get it. Who hangs up on people? Are you 14 years old? My review...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They're just straight up NOT NICE PEOPLE when you call. The women answering the phone is not nice.     What happened is I haven't seen a cab here for over two tears. They certainly aren't to be seen at…read morethe airport when planes land -- on or off schedule. And I used to see them running about town, now zero for the last few years. Now, I have never taken this cab. It might have been a good experience. I don't know. But I don't think they exist anymore.     My brother operates a food trailer business from home. EVERY DELIVERY is smashed, left by trash…read morecans, thrown around. These packages contain perishable food items; we are fed-up with FedEx. Garbage service! Horrible! They are costing my brother's business money. He is successful at his business and this behavior is thoroughly unacceptable. This behavior is intentional and must be corrected by FedEx.

If UPS can why can't they?…read more I ordered a new phone from Verizon with an over night shipping. two days later I called Fed Ex and inquired filed a claim and waited. After 4 days I called again and was told that could not locate my package and were not sure where it was. I could have called Verizon and ordered another but I wanted to see how far this would go. Six days later I called again and spoke to a corporate official, I was told they were very sorry but they could not locate my item and it would be best to order another one from Verizon. That after noon i went to the hub to pick up another item I had ordered and got to talking to the lady at the counter I told her my story and she was not surprised at all. A Driver overheard my conversation and asked where it was coming from. I told him and let me know that the central part of the country had been hit with a huge snow storm and the distribution center was locked down and mass confusion was happening there because packages were piling up. I thanked him for his forthcoming information and we both agreed that FedEx Corp's were clueless. Why didn't the people I spoke to just tell me what I had to learn from a driver? Why did Fed Ex chose not to admit they were having issues with deliveries because of inclement weather? Why did I have to learn this from a Driver? Once again the working stiff is the one who knows more than the pencil pushers. Very sad! One week after we received the replacement phone, we got a call from a lady in Texas asking if we were missing a package. After we verified our address with her I asked here what it was so she opened it. It was a phone. She lived in Central Texas, we live in Southern Colorado our addresses are nothing alike. I repeat, NEVER USE FED EX if you can help it!
