My wife's car broke down 3pm on Labor Day Saturday. The tow guy said my friend owns a shop and they're open. Yep, on a Saturday at 4pm - they were close to closing by the time we got there, but pulled the car into the bay and it was locked up until Tuesday and not just sitting out. Most repair shops in our area close at 5pm and are not open on weekends so it's hard to get your car in & pick it up. This place is open on Saturdays. They repaired the car, 2 mechanics talked to us about the repair when we went to pick it up (they were nice and informative) and before we even asked for it, they had the old part in hand.

Despite no appointment and his busy schedule he got us going for a fair price! He even made room for the trailer so it would be safe . Kim communicated every step of the way! She let me and the dogs wait in the office and made sure everything was flowing smoothly!! For hours !! and made me feel welcome.
