They have shown me pictures on their phones of the red marks she left on his upper arm. Regardless of him running, she shouldn't have laid a hand on my son. They all said she can be really mean at times and overly aggressive. I was really upset and was going to file a complaint, but my son didn't want any unwanted attention. He will be going to Seabury Hall next year with his friends. He said it wasn't a big deal, but I think it is.

Our daughter tells everyone that the reason math is her best subject and that she loves it is because "Mrs. Anderson my third grade teacher taught it to me in a way I understood it". Due to her love for math, she now she wants to be an Aerospace Engineer. Academics are highly valued at DTCA and our daughter is well prepared both spiritually and academically. Tiffany is wonderful with her children and loves them like her own. The education and structure she provides is above and beyond what I could have hoped for. They have several different programs and we enrolled in their Parent Participation Program (PPP) which meets twice a week from 9:00AM to 11:30AM. The PPP is a great program and since it's called 'Parent Participation Program' you need to be there as well. Parents (Makua) can be either the mother or father or grandparents. Basically the PPP gets the keiki and the make ready for school so a lot of the kids are very small ranging from 1 years old to 4 years old. Hawaiian values such as Aloha (love), Mālama (Care), Kuleana (Responsibility) and Laulima (Many Hands) are some of the daily values practiced in class. Kids will sing mele, they do art, and play outside. Keiki O Ka Aina also has other programs such as HIPPY where they send a teacher to your home for an hour a day once a week and that program is useful for kids who cannot get to the Boys & Girls Club in Kahului where classes are located. The kumus in Kahului are Auntie Sherrie and Aunty Kanoe and they are exceptional!

When you walk in the staff and the fun learning environment is so warm and inviting. I felt a warm heartfelt Aloha, considering how busy the staff were. I love the whole staff that work there and service the community in different capacities. Imua has a wonderful inclusion program second to none. The teachers and staff are their to service my littles, and other students and clients, with Aloha, compassion, kindness, and love. My child is always looking forward to go to school. My wife is very happy, this was her first choice for preschool. It is something that we absolutely agree that Imua preschool is the best on the island and it is not your ordinary preschool, and is a perfect fit for our child.

We found ArtLab in some summer camp guides and thought it'd be fun to try their 4 day 'Little Art Camp'. The space is located right next door to Aloha Crossfit in the business area above Piilani Highway off of Ohukai Road. From the first moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and excited. Kids were already spray painting on a large sheet canvas and the teacher and her assistant were happily guiding them. The interior is large enough for a good dozen or more kids with tables and other areas to create art in. The kids make different art each day and I was more than impressed and amazed at their creations. The place has such a good atmosphere, good vibes, that we're already enrolling in the next Little Art Camp next month. Fantastic place!

From the moment she walked in, she created such a calm, warm, and playful environment that made me feel completely at ease during several wedding events in Maui that she babysat for. She came to the hotel and made it very easy and comfortable for us Not only did my daughter absolutely adore her, but Sally also managed to get her to sleep -- which any toddler parent knows is no small feat! She was patient, kind, and incredibly intuitive with my baby's needs. I had Lorinda from Island Angels look after my daughter one evening and one full day at my hotel…read more She was awesome! When she was leaving my daughter wouldn't let go of her arm. I was worried Lorinda was thinking I beat my kid the way she didn't want Lorinda to go! Lorinda showed up with all sorts of activities and books for the evening session. For the day she came all ready to play on the beach and in the pool. I have had too many babysitters who won't get wet...well Lorinda is a lifeguard (as well as a high school teacher). So just hire her and get on with your vacation!

Not setting students up for failure or discouraging them. Do better King K! and as for you Miss Alison, i hope you use this as a wake up call and change your very poor behavior, or honestly just leave this job. You should have never been a Vice Principal never the less be anywhere near a school with how you treat others.
