If I could give a zero star, I would. We entered into a Remodeling Agreement on June 8, 2026, which…read morewas signed at our property. We never visited the company's store location, as the Jamie, the owner, agreed to travel to our property to discuss the project and execute the agreement. After deciding to cancel the project, we submitted our cancellation request 21 days later, and the company acknowledged receipt of our cancellation dated June 25, 2026. Since that time, we have repeatedly requested updates regarding our refund and the status of our cancellation. Despite our continued efforts to communicate, we have not received a clear timeline or meaningful updates. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating and have caused unnecessary emotional stress. Jaime still has still to date not provided any documentation showing that a door or any other materials were purchased on our behalf, despite our many requests. We are deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication, failure to complete any work, and poor customer service. I would steer clear from anyone wanting to do business with Jaime and his, so called business. Lastly, he will dispute that there is a policy in his agreement and indeed there is none. Here is how the agreement outlines: No provision stating that refunds take 60-90 days. In particular: Page 1 covers: Scope of Work Time/Substantial Completion Payments Change Orders Delays Punch List Warranty There is no refund timeline in these sections. Page 2 covers: Warranty details Dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration) Risk of Loss Assignment Page 3 is the Washington State contractor disclosure statement. It discusses: Contractor registration Bond information Liens Lien releases It also does not mention any refund policy or refund processing timeframe. One thing to check

One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

Dave ensured his crew was there when he said they would be. They cleaned up every day, and did a final through cleaning at the end of the project. Thank you Creekside Construction. Morris Clark came in around the middle price-wise of the bids. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of work turned out to be well worth it. We went with Cascade windows, Hardie Board siding, and Iko Dynasty roofing. Originally, we had planned on going with another contractor for the roofing due to cost, but they were able to lower their roof bid to closer match what the other roofer had offered. Since the work quality was proving to be worth it, we went with their bid for the roof as well. The timeline for the project went longer than anticipated causing some frustration, but the quality of the work and finish was well worth it. There was an issue with delivery of the color of the roof that we had chosen, and Jordan was very apologetic on behalf of Morris Clark, even though it wasn't their issue. They negotiated a discount on our behalf for the inconvenience or to redo the entire roof at no extra cost from the original quote. In the end, we have had an excellent experience, even with hiccups along the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
