They wanted my elderly husband with a broken wrist and myself to try to take the blind down and drive 1.5 hours to a repair place Tom offered to send out his blind repair man to fix it for us We would Highly recommend this company for all your design and blind needs Bob and Lynne Dewar

But my contractor was doing very poor quality of work in building a subfloor. (I get into that later.) Once I realized that Wallflower does great work, and my guy sucks, I stopped my guy and waited the two weeks for Wallflower's staff to take over framing and fixing the poorly installed subfloor. Ron and Al are amazing and really know what they are doing. Now that they have completed the floor, I am totally happy with the results. In the future, they will do all my flooring, no need to hire anybody else. Wallflower also built my shower which was just measured for glass. River City Glass was impressed with it being straight, level, and sloped in all the correct places and angles. Beautiful work. To give everyone there at Wallflowers their kudo's, Tom is the owner and is amazing at customer service. Tracey is our designer and she is awesome, but I hear Liz, who is the other designer, is awesome as well. The quality of tile and products they use are top notch. They use the Schluter system for water sealing. I think that's how it's spelled. That system also has a floor heater that uses a large rubber mat that also acts as a sound barrier for those living downstairs under the tiled floor. The tile is all premium porcelain. Here is the biggest reason I trust this company. They know how to install the products correctly and they don't take shortcuts. My original contractor was trying to do "cost saving" shortcut and did so on the subfloor. Wallflower fixed Bill's shortcuts, cost me an extra $1000, then did the remaining job correctly. If you ever have a thought to hire Morin Construction, owned by Bill Morin, I would just move on to someone else more knowledgeable. Subfloors have tongue and groove. When you don't use the TNG, it leaves deflection problems in the floor that you just can't tile over without adding addition proper reinforcing support. Well you can, but the floor won't last very long. The other problem Bill did not know how to solve was the joists were not level. Instead of adding shims or planning a joist, hundreds of pounds of leveling concrete is his go to. I have done enough remodels in my life to recognize when someone does not know what they are doing, thank God we had Wallflowers to get the job fixed correctly.

After I called to check on it Sept 3, they said they would deliver it the next day, which happened to be my birthday, and we had plans to go out of town. It was then or wait another week. Why they didn't call us when it came in, I don't know. We had it for less than a week when we realized something was wrong with the loveseat. We called and it took nearly two weeks before someone came out and validated that the wooden structure was broken. They said "Stickley is really good. They won't just repair it; they will REPLACE it!" They indicated someone would be out to pick it up. When asked, we agreed to a loaner. Dan, the manager, followed up and called us to say we could call him if there were any problems. So far, okay. I called about Dan on Oct 10 to find out when it would be picked up. He was out of town for the week but we left a message he would get on Monday, Oct 14. In my message I let him know we would be gone from Oct 13-15. However, Warren from the warehouse called us 7 times on Oct 15 telling us they had to pick it up that day. Evidently no one got the message to Warren we were out of town and they gave us no advance warning they had to pick it up on the day we were gone. We called back at 3 p.m. after we got home on the 15, and left a message for Warren. NO ONE called us back all week. We went into the store on Monday, 10/21 and spoke with Dan and told him what happened. Warren called the next day to say they would pick it up on Friday. Dan also told us that Stickley doesn't "replace" the love seat. They "replace" the broken pieces within the loveseat; in other words, they REPAIR it! Dan also informed us that Stickley only delivers/picks up in Spokane every 3 months. That means we won't see this furniture before February 2025, if we're lucky. That's not all! When they came to pick up the loveseat on Friday, Oct 25, they brought a loaner. However, the loaner was an old full-size couch with no reclining and it was too large for our living room. The loaner was useless. The next day, Saturday, Oct 26, we found a dead mouse that had been left behind. This is outrageous that we pay $6500 for a loveseat that is supposed to be top of the line and we still don't have a recliner to sit on 6 months after ordering and won't see it for at least another 3 months or more. All we have so far is a dead mouse.
