I ordered from this place through Uber Eats. First time trying it out . I like that it comes in a sealed plastic bag so if it was tampered with the customer will know. I ordered the grilled shrimp and catfish and the shrimp and pasta bowl. Everything was so fresh! People can look at food and see the effort put into it. Great presentation! The good is good. In my opinion the grilled catfish and shrimp could have used a little bit more seasoning. But the added onions and green pepper are prefect for added flavor. The shrimp and pasta was good but same thing about the seasoning. Given that the food was good. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. read more

Disappointing! The pieces of whiting were PAPER-THIN and when fried, they were dried out. Fries were OK but I did not come here for fries. The hushpuppies were "hushed," nothing to say about the brown marbles that I received. Please skip this place. You can do much better buying Gorton's or Mrs.Paul's. read more

We were craving some Cajun food and our kids recommended us this place. We stopped at the drive through and ordered the nr. 5. Catfish and shrimp combo that includes fries, cole slaw and hush puppies. It was totally worthed the long wait. Clean taste and freshly fried. The shrimps were huge with a great crunch. Love this place! I just started work nearby and probably eat there 1-2 times per week. I absolutely love their fried shrimp lunch special. The shrimp are huge and well seasoned. Their seafood pasta bowl is my absolute favorite. The picture below shows it with added sausage and I actually crave this dish. I once brought home the crawfish boil for my husband and he said it was amazing. My parents are in town and I am planning to bring some home for dinner. I have eaten here about 3 times and they were all within the same week. I like the fried fish, shrimp, and oyster plate. I don't really like coleslaw so when I call in my order I ask for more fries. The first time I ate here I was given crinkle fries that were very good, but the second time I was given something more like battered shoestring fries and they were a little hard.. But you have to eat those type of fries when they are very fresh. The fries have a cajun seasoning on them and the seafood is also seasoned pretty well. Sorry that I ate the food so fast that I don't have any pictures lol. The third time I ate here I tried the seafood boil box. It is comparable to a juicy crab boil but juicy crab has the better sauce /seasoning. I ordered it spicy but didn't feel much heat. One thing this place has over JC is they include an egg and broccoli (and corn) with all boxes. Also you can add sausage for about $2 here and JC charges like $6. However the sausage at juicy crab has much better flavor. Ultimately, I'll be a regular at this place since it's closer to my home and the fried seafood plate is good. OH, and they have smaller lunch specials for around 7.99 but I didn't know about them until the first time I picked up my ($14) plate from the regular menu. read more

Wow, this place is amazing! I ordered a combo with snow crab, broccoli, potatoes, shrimp and an egg. I was trying to soak up every last bit of the delicious sauce. However, I would NEVER order the fried fish again from here. Paid $4 for 2 pieces that were the length of my index finger like a frozen fish stick. We were like no way! I showed and asked the owner about it and he said that was the normal size. Not at other locations and not from what I see in the pictures on yelp. The balls to charge people $4 for 2 small fish sticks and claim that's the normal size is a total rip off. Just lost 2 customers buddy as we wont go back there again due to the fish scam. Go to JJ's Fish & chicken if ever near the several metro locations as the food is great and they dont scam on the seafood sizes and always consistent quality. read more

I called the Duluth store to complaint and the person who answer the phones store refused to acknowledge me and stated that there food was good. The food I receive was unable the shrimp was old dried out, chicken old and the fish was too. I threw all of it in the trash over $60 worth of old food when I asked what they where going to do the person on the phone refuse to answer I just waited and waited until he disconnected my call.. Hook, Line and Dippers!!! WoW! Is the sentiment that came to mind when we got the food back home. Things to know: 1) online order, while easy, isn't the best. Read the menu carefully. When you go to actually place the order, it doesn't fully describe what you're ordering and you cannot substitute ANY items. 2) make sure to call in to make sure they add "curbside" if needed, it's not an option you can select. 3) the addition of some items is a little misleading. (Note: the $1 corn show a FULL ear of corn, but in actuality is an INCH of corn) we were not pleased, but that corn was soooo tasty All was forgiven when we plated and had dinner. We had grilled and fried items. The grilled fish was amazing. It had grilled veg and rice that was fluffy and plentiful. The fried fish, shrimp and oysters were perfectly breaded and cooked. Not oily at all. The hush puppies were a perfect bite size and had a sweet corn taste. I ordered a side of sausage, while again to small a portion for what was advertised, the sauce and flavor of the meat was intense and robust! And the sauce it came packed in was so good we used it as a dipping sauce for the fried and steamed fish. They give you a perfect amount of coleslaw, which normally I'm not a fan of, but I liked there's. I'm a fan! The price was pretty fair for 2.5 people. Came to about $12 per, and worth every penny! Have ordered from here few times through uber. I will say the seafood sauce is just ok on the boils. But the pasta is delicious!!! Also there wings are tasty, they have a light batter on them.
