Everyday, your child does something wrong and your made to feel like their the problem. Samantha the director is also really arrogant. Instead of trying to make things right she simply said " okay he doesn't go here anymore! Bye! " So. Save your money. They're ignorant beyond belief!!! they also will do anything and everything they can to cover their asses! we had picked our son up on three separate occasions where we were told our son physically hurt somebody. but there was NO incident reports. but if your child pinches somebody, best believe they make up lies saying your child bruised somebody!! They're just a professional babysitter nothing more. Pre K teachers are perfect at their job too. No comments on them. At all. Do better. District owner Karen, she is just as ignorant. Will call to say " oh we're so sorry your leaving but be respectful tomorrow. cause you were ignorant today. " oh. I'm sorry karen. you must have not known I was on the phone with a friend who heard the whole conversation. Samantha does not know how to properly hold a civilized conversation like a grown woman. All she does is run to her boss to call you and bitch you out. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We took our child to this facility for about 3 months. During that time we experienced nothing but…read moreincompetence. They couldnt even answer my questions about what was going on with my child during the day. Questions like "how did she get a cut on her face?" The last straw was unsanitary bathroom habits. They're not wiping her properly or having her wash her hands. The director doesn't care what's going on. I told her the level of care didn't meet our expectations through an email when I terminated our service with growing adventures. I didn't even get an apology or a question about what the issue was in her response to me. It's pretty clear she doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.
