My daughter has been enrolled since June 1 and since has come home everyday with new and great learning experiences. The teachers Miss Sarah and Miss Linda know my child well. She gets in school and immediately sits on the teachers lap. The other teachers in other rooms also seem to know my daughter as well, including the owner Miss Jill and the director, Miss Sandy, even parents of other children in her room generally know my child and greet her. The place is very clean, very new, with great activity areas for kids including a large indoor gym. They are both very approachable, and from my experience, we can walk in at any time to discuss any thing about my child. The facility is extremely clean, I notice the teachers and staff picking up toys that the children may have mouthed, they wipe down tables, and changing stations constantly. They even have buckets in each room for toys that need to be cleaned, toys that were cleaned, and toys that are drying! The toddler room mini bathroom stalls aside from being cute are exceptionally clean as well. ALL of the staff/teachers are very friendly and knowledgable. They greet everyone coming in which gives the center a positive vibe. The security in the building is amazing. From iPads to check your child in/out, to a special entry security system...we leave feeling that our child is in safe and secure hands. My son loves to play there and in the few months that he has attended, we have noticed that he is learning so much. When we had a broken leg (cast to the hip) and needed extra help some stepped up and went the "extra mile" so to speak, to help out with getting her in and in her wheelchair or help with getting them out to the car when it was time to go home as well. It's hard to get a small baby and a 3 yr old in the car at the same time when the 3 yr old can't walk and the 4yr old can't carry either of them. They also patiently worked with me when it come down to me just needing a little time while I got financial assistance. I do recommend Cura Bella and the staff because they'll take the time to be there for your child and keep the parent(s) updated as well.

It's worth supporting. 1. You may make a food donation, if you have something in quantity that is of good quality that you're ready to donate. 2. The second way to help is to give your time. They need help making up boxes (about 30 lbs per box of fresh food) that are distributed to needy persons up and down the east coast of the US and out into the middle of the country. 3. Give em some cash. They have to pay for all their utilities and their building and they have paid staff as well as volunteers. This food bank makes up food boxes that get distributed not just all over Lancaster County, but all over the eastern half of the country. They really help a LOT of people. You can make a difference helping them help others. Lancaster County is a special place. Blessings of Hope is part of what makes it special.

I did not find the center to be clean. It often smells of feces or if that's too high level for you as it may be for their employees, poop: it smells like poop. Many times when I would pick up my daughter, she would be soiled and need to be changed. In their care, she was frequently unclean. I was told of incidents that happened that I was not given any proof or video footage of. No other caretakers had one single issue with my girl yet these folks seemed to get 'sick of' my girl and the longer she was there, the worse things got, the more serious their claims became, and the more ridiculous the whole situation progressed to. I felt like I was dealing with 10 year olds (the employees) and truth be told, no one is/was very highly educated in early childhood development. I was jubilant when I heard word of a GED. When I asked to see everyone's/anyone's credentials, I was told that was a HIPAA violation. Ok that term applies to healthcare, not daycare/childcare. The employees always smelled like cigarette smoke or the devils lettuce. They usually looked and smelled like a nice quick shower, a bath or heck, any form of soap and water would do them wonders.
