Love this Center…read more The staff is wonderful. Mrs. D the infant room teacher is amazing. My son has been in her room since he was 4 months old and enjoys the room. She is very personable and honest and great with all the children in her room. Ms. N the director is amazing. She is involved in the development of every child in the center and is very hands on. It is worth every penny to send my child there. He is very sociable and is developing extremely well for a child his age. He is well adjusted and loves going to Tot Time. They take extremely good care of him, and meet his every need. If they are concerned about anything they will let my husband or myself know and they are not afraid to pick up the phone and bring up any concerns with my child right away. They are everything that I expected in a daycare provider and more.

I have waited a long time to write this as I have taken some time to cool off…read more I do not recommend this child care center. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I did not find the center to be clean. It often smells of feces or if that's too high level for you as it may be for their employees, poop: it smells like poop. Many times when I would pick up my daughter, she would be soiled and need to be changed. In their care, she was frequently unclean. I was told of incidents that happened that I was not given any proof or video footage of. No other caretakers had one single issue with my girl yet these folks seemed to get 'sick of' my girl and the longer she was there, the worse things got, the more serious their claims became, and the more ridiculous the whole situation progressed to. I felt like I was dealing with 10 year olds (the employees) and truth be told, no one is/was very highly educated in early childhood development. I was jubilant when I heard word of a GED. When I asked to see everyone's/anyone's credentials, I was told that was a HIPAA violation. Ok that term applies to healthcare, not daycare/childcare. The employees always smelled like cigarette smoke or the devils lettuce. They usually looked and smelled like a nice quick shower, a bath or heck, any form of soap and water would do them wonders. If you love your kids or even like them. Don't send them here.
