Specialties
Kaimea Estates is a private, family-owned wedding venue in Honolulu designed for intimate, boutique-style celebrations (typically 10–60 guests).
What makes us different is that we offer a simple, turn-key experience where most of the key elements are already included—so couples aren’t juggling multiple vendors, rentals, and moving parts.
Everything is thoughtfully designed to feel smooth, elevated, and easy—from ceremony setup to reception flow—allowing couples to be fully present and actually enjoy their day.
Our space is best described as a relaxed, “ohana-style” estate experience with beautiful ocean views, warm lighting, and a natural flow from ceremony to reception.
History
Established in 2013.
Kaimea Estates is a family-owned and operated private estate on Oʻahu, created by Justin and Mirasol Panoke alongside our ʻohana.
What began as our family home—a place to gather, celebrate, share meals, and spend time with ʻohana and friends—naturally grew into something we felt blessed to share with others.
Over the years, we’ve welcomed couples, families, and friends through our gates for intimate weddings, celebrations, community gatherings, and special events.
Our hope is to share the true spirit of aloha and mālama, offering something different from a traditional hotel or large venue—a private, relaxed setting where people can slow down, connect, and feel at home.
Today, our ʻohana remains personally involved in every event at Kaimea Estates. From ceremonies beneath our 80-year-old plumeria tree to each small detail, we want everyone who enters our home to feel welcomed with aloha and leave feeling like ʻohana.

Meet the Business Owner: Mirasol P.
Mirasol & Justin Panoke are the husband-and-wife team and co-founders of Kaimea Estates on Oʻahu.
As a family, they created Kaimea Estates from their private home—a place rooted in gathering, celebration, and time spent with ʻohana and close friends. What began as their personal residence has grown into a welcoming estate where they now host intimate weddings, private events, and meaningful gatherings.
Justin and Mirasol remain deeply involved in the day-to-day care and hosting of the property, ensuring every event reflects the values they built the estate on: aloha, mālama, and genuine hospitality.
Their goal is simple—to share a space where guests feel at home, cared for, and connected, just as they do within their own ʻohana.
