    When we decided on having our wedding in Hawai'i at Turtle Bay, I initially tried to do the planning myself. I knew that I could plan because I'm a project manager at work, but I quickly realized that while the principals were the same, I didn't have the subject expertise. I started looking for a local planner for at least for day-of coordination found ABC. What I liked the most about ABC was they specialized in weddings, they had a robust website that showcased vendors they worked with and examples of weddings they had done. Some of those had been at Turtle Bay, and I looked deeper. What sold me on contacting them was their transparent pricing and service structure. I found quickly that if I had to have a meeting to understand scope of services and cost then I knew I would be digging for information during the entire process. I ended up booking Elite full-service planning. I work full time and I am in school full time and don't have the depth of experience or the ability to see things locally as this is a destination wedding for us. I'm glad I went with this option as I feel I got more value out of the planning than I thought I would, 100% worth every penny spent and more. From the start with design I knew I had contacted the right people, because I am not one of those people that have a vision for their day or colors or themes. We were able to talk very broadly about what we liked and what we wanted and ABC's planners were able to turn that lack of information from us into a vision that really connected with us. Systems wise I at first didn't understand why I had two people on our calls, but I came to understand that Jamie did planning and Mackenzie did design. I felt bad at multiple points because I had no idea others thought about some of the details in such specific ways. Jamie was able to get what was important to us out and had multiple suggestions for what we could do and how we could see the day. With ABC I was able to find vendors that I didn't know existed, such as the Vintage Aloha Photobus and the ALOHA marquee sign, they both added so much to the reception and I'm really glad we went with them. All of the vendors that were suggested to us were able to make small changes that really showed they cared with how they discussed executing the day. One thing I realized that in handing over tasks to professionals is that when you get out of their way and let them do their thing, you get amazing results. We saw that in the food, the setup, the flowers, the decor, anything that was suggested came back to us at such a high level that when we arrived in Hawai'i it was just taking care of small details and then going to the rehearsal and the big day. The rehearsal was great, and having it led by a pro like Jamie really helped to get everyone on the same page. It was nice to wrap up and then celebrate with our family and friends after. It felt great not having to worry about corralling everyone together and just showing up. Jamie gave out copies of the VIP schedule to the Best Man, Maid of Honor, and both sets of parents. It felt great to not have to worry about telling everyone what to do and when. The day of the wedding was also relaxing, even though it was very busy. There was an in depth timeline that went over where to be and when, and with who. It was nice to get ready and not be worried about where other people are and what they were doing. When it came time to the photos and the ceremony Jamie had it all handled, and when I had questions she had already thought of them and had answers. Between Jamie, Sammy, Pono, Tristyn, Kristin, Kahu Brutus, and others I had no concerns that the entire day was going to be flawless - and it was. I would 100% do this again next week if I didn't have to pay for it! Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the day was, how good the food was, and how much fun they had. I recommend ABC to anyone looking to start planning for their special day and hope they have the same flawless experience that we had.

    We're truly thankful we had ABC by our side - hiring them was easily one of the best choices we made for our big day! I was looking for a planning team that could offer support while still letting me stay hands-on with the design and choosing vendors for my wedding. ABC's Signature Hybrid package fit perfectly - it was within my budget, offered budget breakdown support, and their team would help step in three months prior - which gave me peace of mind that any final logistics and overlooked details would be taken care of. ABC's systems were one of the many highlights in working with the team. It included email communication, a shared Google Spreadsheet with organized tabs, and a dedicated drive to upload important documents. This made the planning process feel much more organized and a central space to track everything from budgeting, vendor contracts, receipts and inspiration photos. Jamie, our lead coordinator, was truly incredible to work with! She was supportive, responsive, and someone I could lean on for any questions throughout the process. Her industry experience and calm, approachable presence made me feel confident and guided every step of the way. Jamie went the extra mile and took the time to help me re-run vendor contract numbers and also took the lead at collecting COIs from our vendors and sending them directly to our venue - which saved me a lot of stress and time. Our wedding day was seamless with the amazing team of Jamie, Natashalynn, and Ariana. My husband and I were truly able to be present and enjoy celebrating with our loved ones because we felt prepared and didn't worry about any details or logistics. Jamie's calming presence made us feel like we were never rushed or behind schedule. She kept us on track the entire day and was always nearby if we needed anything at all. We had a smaller wedding party made up of just our parents and siblings, and Jamie made sure they were well taken care of--guiding them on where to go, when to be there, and keeping everything running smoothly. Natashalynn and Ariana were also awesome to work with and such a big help behind the scenes with guests, set-up, and breakdown. Most of all, our guests absolutely loved the ABC team!

    A Dream Wedding, Thanks to Natalie and Aloha Bridal Connections We just had our dream outdoor wedding at Palikū Garden at Kualoa Ranch one week ago, and we truly could not have done it without Natalie @ Aloha Bridal Connections. From our very first meeting to the final moments of our big day, she was everything we could have hoped for--organized, attentive, calm under pressure, and kind. We planned our wedding remotely over 16 months, and throughout that time, Natalie was our steady guide--offering expert advice, coordinating countless details, and always making us feel heard and supported. I genuinely looked forward to our biweekly check-ins and already miss talking to her! She made the entire process not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. Natalie was also an incredible advocate for us throughout the planning process. Her presence gave us such peace of mind. One moment we'll never forget: when the photographer declined to take a family photo on my MIL's phone, Natalie immediately stepped in to take it herself. That small but meaningful gesture really touched our family--especially my husband's brothers--and it perfectly captures the kind of person Natalie is. Our guests had nothing but praise for how smooth and beautiful everything was, and many even asked for her info for their own future events. That says it all. If you're looking for someone who truly cares, fiercely supports her couples, and will go above and beyond to make your day as special as it deserves to be--Natalie is the one.     As a project manager and a financially savvy, hyper-organized, type A bride, I wondered whether or not I would be able to take on planning a destination wedding on my own from San Diego. I already had our venue and most vendors selected, and my own spreadsheets to track our budget, payments, quotes, and anything and everything that had to do with planning a wedding. But ultimately, I decided that even with a strong planning and budgeting skillset, hiring a planning team was necessary for the Oahu wedding industry knowledge that I had no experience with, and I'm so glad I did. After reviewing all of the Oahu planning/coordination recommendations that I received from different sources, ABC was consistently highlighted as a top recommendation. I felt that their pricing was reasonable for the value they offered, and decided to partner with them at our 12 month planning mark for hybrid planning and coordination. From start to finish, ABC filled every knowledge and skillset gap I had during the planning process, which allowed me to put my time and energy towards the things that I actually wanted to focus on. They had advice to share about every aspect of wedding planning, from insight on nearly every Oahu wedding vendor, to all of the small wedding day logistics. There was never a question I had that went unanswered. I spent the first ~9 months working with Mackenzie, and can't thank her enough for how kind and helpful she was. She helped us navigate a really difficult and unexpected situation with our venue, where we considered withdrawing from our venue contract. I felt that she went above and beyond to help us navigate how to proceed, inform me by providing as much insight as she could gather on the situation, and she also quickly put together an alternate housing and venue plan for us in case we decided to withdraw. While it was a really difficult situation, having ABCs support was invaluable to me during our planning process. At the 3 month mark, we were assigned Sammy as our lead coordinator, and I felt like I was never stressed during the final weeks leading up to the wedding because she was so on top of everything. She handled all of the vendor communication, answered all of my questions, optimized the layout and timeline for us, and set up a call with me every 1-2 weeks that I always looked forward to! I was able to focus on all of the fun aspects of wedding planning (DIYs, design, etc) knowing she had a handle on all of the administrative logistics. When it came time for our actual rehearsal and wedding day, I was able to truly enjoy every moment without thinking about timing or logistics because Sammy was on top of every detail. The entire day felt like it flowed through the timeline seamlessly. I ended our wedding day feeling like nothing went wrong, and I know it had everything to do with ABC. Ultimately, what I had hoped for was to be able to enjoy the wedding planning process and our wedding day with minimal stress, and thats exactly what happened with ABC on our team. I can't recommend them enough for anyone planning a Hawaii wedding, including the most type A, organized, and capable brides who are on the fence about whether they need a planning team or not.

    Jamie was such a godsend throughout the wedding planning process. We live in NYC, so far from the action, but Jamie made us feel very comfortable that coordination of the many vendors and venue was in good hands. From the first time we met her, we immediately hoped that she would be our wedding coordinator--she radiated competence but remained approachable and open to hearing our issues small and large. We felt extremely comfortable texting her with small questions and calling her with big ones. But it was the day of the wedding that Jamie really shined. It rained the morning of, and she could see our anxiety since the entire wedding was outdoors. She managed our stress and panic, made us feel good about our alternative options, and in the end, the sun came out just before the ceremony. We also had a couple of bespoke items--a photo wall and custom welcome table--that Jamie and her team set up beautifully without bothering us at all. We highly recommend Jamie and the ABC team for all of your wedding planning needs. They made a very stressful process feel smooth, and we always looked forward to our meetings. Thank you Jamie!

    Jamie and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day went flawlessly. Planning a destination wedding can be extremely stressful - especially with a "type A" bride at the helm (lol). So of course, I was a little unnerved bringing another group in 30 days out as I felt like they wouldn't understand my vision in such a short time. What utter nonsense! I couldn't have asked for a better team to execute all the planning that had been done over the last year. She and her team kept everyone on track and made sure everything was well timed from beginning to end. She partnered so well with our venue team that it was almost as if she was there all along!     Choosing ABC as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made during our planning journey! We came to ABC in a time of need--three weeks out from our wedding and without a coordinator, after realizing our previous arrangement wasn't the right fit. After some stressful couple days of feeling lost, we were referred to ABC by one of our vendors. From our very first interaction, we felt like we were in capable, caring hands. Not even an hour after our initial email, we were on a call with Natalie. She asked all the right questions, listened attentively, and helped us feel grounded after a whirlwind of stress and uncertainty. Natalie immediately took all of our scattered planning documents and transformed them into one beautifully organized format, giving us a sense of clarity. She was understanding, efficient, and made us feel supported from the very start. Once Natalie helped us onboard, Jamie stepped in as our lead coordinator. Her calm confidence, attention to detail, and expertise made us feel like everything was under control. She seemed to know our needs before we even voiced them and handled everything with reassuring ease. Even though she wasn't involved in the process of hiring our vendors, she had a strong grasp of who they were and how to work with them. This is just a testament to ABC's great reputation and relationships with vendors throughout the island! Jamie also did an excellent job coordinating our rehearsal. She kept everything organized and on track, making sure everyone knew where to be and what to do. Our family really respected her guidance and followed her lead, which made the whole process run smoothly and stress-free. As a couple with a very clear vision of our wedding day, we appreciated how intentional and thoughtful the ABC team was in supporting our plans and bringing them to life. They matched our energy and made sure that no detail went overlooked. Jamie especially helped us navigate last-minute decisions with reassurance, always ready to talk things through and make sure we felt confident. She was even willing to respond to an email from a family member on the day of our wedding, which truly speaks to the magnitude of her professionalism and care in her work! One of the things we appreciated most were Jamie's gentle reminders to pause, be present, and truly savor each moment of our special day. The team's attentiveness to what mattered most to us meant that our timeline flowed smoothly, and we truly got to enjoy the entire day without stress. Every member of the ABC team played a meaningful role. Jamie and Natalie were our anchors throughout the day. Brittany was a calming presence in the getting-ready room, reassuring us when we got nervous about details at the venue. She kept us perfectly on schedule and even had drinks waiting for us right after the ceremony, a small and appreciated gesture! Though we didn't work with Sammy and Jessica directly, they were behind the scenes making everything beautiful. From setting up table decor to assisting guests and coordinating vendors, they made sure all the small details came together seamlessly. We are beyond grateful to the ABC team, especially Jamie, Natalie, Brittany, Sammy, and Jessica, for giving us the gift of a stress-free and joy-filled wedding day!     We originally found ABC through a list provided by our venue. We reached out to a few other coordinating companies, however no one felt like they were the perfect fit for James and I. We reached out to ABC and during our call with Julie, we immediately knew this was the company we wanted to work with. She gave us so much useful information and went over all the package options and was very upfront with us about costs. I, being a little bit of a control freak, wanted to do as much as possible on my own so I booked the Basic Package. With that, ABC began taking everything over around 30 days before our wedding. Sammy was our lead coordinator and she was so easy and fun to work with! It was nice during the time I was booking vendors that I always felt like I could reach out to ABC and they provided me with so many useful resources to help make the planning process so easy! In the 30 days leading up to the wedding, Sammy was super on top of everything and she had great communication with James and I. We were able to text her questions and she kept me on track to finish tasks I didn't even know had to be done. Everything went super smooth because of her! The rehearsal was also smooth and we flew a ton of stuff to Hawaii from CA for our wedding. We didn't organize it very well but we gave it to Sammy and she got it all set up perfectly for the wedding. I had a vision in my head and it was executed perfectly. I can't imagine a single thing being different. Every detail I ever mentioned to Sammy was taken note of and every table looked freaking perfect. Working with Sammy and her assistant Jessica on the wedding day was so fun and we cannot be more grateful for all the guidance they provided us! I often told all my vendors to do whatever they thought was best because they do this all the time and letting everyone take control felt like it was the best option. Sammy had great ideas and great reasoning for doing things certain ways and I didn't have to stress about a single thing in the week leading up to the wedding. Because of Sammy and Jessica we were able to soak up every moment of the day and we could not ask for more from ABC! We feel like we truly hit the jackpot with all our vendors and I'd recommend ABC over and over to anyone planning a wedding!

    We were lucky to have ABC take over as our day of planners and Keyah was just the best. After Covid postponed our reception and other things went wrong, Keyah was kind, understanding, and so easy to work with. The day came and Keyah and staff were all so lovely. They set up the space perfectly and had the vendors set up and ready to go as well. Keyah stayed with us for photos to make sure we captured all the moments and stayed on time. Then she got us ready for our entrance and program. If anything went wrong we sure didn't know because the entire ABC staff was cool, calm, and collected. Even the guests raved about how in top of everything ABC was. If you want to be stress free during your day, hire ABC.

    When I first started my search for a destination wedding coordinator, I was drawn to ABC due to their high ratings! I had my first phone call with Lauren and she was the one that helped me choose my dream venue-Kualoa Ranch! I ended up selecting the Signature Package because I do enjoy planning events but appreciated their guidance on selecting vendors! They provide you with so many resources, tools, and a budget planner as well! At the 3 month mark after I chose all of my vendors, Jamie stepped in as my lead coordinator! And she was always on top of her game and so very helpful! She helped me with wedding details I would have never even thought of and even caught discrepancies on a vendor invoice and got me some money back! She also helped everything run smoothly at the rehearsal! Jamie and my other day of coordinator, Sammy, made my wedding day even more amazing. They helped set everything up and made sure my day was how I imagined. They keep everyone on schedule and they took so much stress off of me. We chose the "maid of honor for hire" package, and let me tell you: WORTH EVERY PENNY! We booked LLW in January 2024 for our June 2025 wedding, and from day one, Louise led the way. Our initial meeting was incredibly thorough, with a planning timeline and actionable next steps. From there, we met over Zoom throughout the year and collaborated asynchronously in between. What truly surprised us was how personally involved Louise remained. As LLW's owner, we assumed Louise might eventually pass things off--but nope. She joined every Zoom meeting, answered every email, and showed up in ways we didn't expect but fully appreciated. The "maid of honor for hire" package places design decisions in the couple's hands which can feel daunting, but we never felt alone. Our vision shifted dozens of times. We started with white and green florals, a neutral palette, and no wedding party. But thanks to LLW's encouragement and calm expertise, we embraced a totally different vibe: multicolored pastel florals, 20 mix-and-match-clad wedding party members, and a deeply personal celebration. I honestly never imagined arriving at the wedding we had--and I'm so glad we did. We also hired LLW for our florals, which were beyond anything we could've dreamed. Pinterest didn't quite capture our taste, so we pieced together inspiration boards--and Louise and her team translated it flawlessly. They gave us mockups for every arrangement, which eased our nerves, and the final result was pure magic. We were anxious about leaning into color, but LLW reassured us every step of the way. The florals felt like art. Through every change in mood board, guest list, and timeline, LLW never made us feel like we were "too much." Instead, they embraced our uncertainty, helped us find clarity, and always made space for our evolving vision. Let's be real though--the hardest part about planning a wedding isn't actually the planning. It's the rough emotional terrain and managing insecurities. It's wanting everything to be perfect while trying to make space for everyone's needs. What we appreciated most was Louise's unwavering support through it all. Over the 1.5 years of working together, she helped us navigate countless decisions with empathy, clarity, and kindness. She even weighed in on outfit choices multiple times--and always with patience. No matter how scattered we felt, we left every meeting feeling calmer, grounded, and reassured. And on the big day? LLW was everywhere and everything. Front start to finish, it was the most amazing experience. The coordination was flawless and the service was top notch. We didn't get to meet our officiant Ellsworth until the day. The photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable! The flowers were fresh and made beautifully. The hula dancer was gorgeous and the musician was wonderful. My hair and make up artist understood the assignment and they both made me look flawless! Our photographer Carson took over 200 photos and made us feel so special! She immediately began checking in with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Since we were planning from Canada (not sure why our profile says SF) and had never seen our venue, we did a walkthrough with Leah and Monique once we arrived. By the time we hit the rehearsal the day before, they knew our plans well and were identifying small details we hadn't even thought of. The real "kicker" happened the morning of the wedding: the island and our venue flash flooded, and we were forced to call off the day after hair and makeup were just wrapping up at 8AM. In what would have been a breaking point for most couples, Leah, Monique, and Jayvee were our rocks. They helped calm us down and worked tirelessly with our vendors to reschedule everything. We let them know our venue preferences (no ballrooms or conference rooms, we're in Hawaii!) and they assured us that we would be able to plan something for the next day. In less than 24 hours, they helped us plan an entirely new wedding despite unknowns about the weather. Within hours, they secured a brand-new venue, negotiated the rental of a tent left over from a previous event, coordinated with all vendors to rearrange arrival times and logistics, adjusted floor plans, and rental counts due to a shift in guest attendance, and so much more that we probably don't even know. While the total change in venue and timeline led to some unavoidable delays, we saw Leah and Monique working incredibly hard to pivot and make the day beautiful. They "married" our original vision with these new, emergency arrangements as perfectly as possible. It was also the nicest day we had experienced on the island since landing several days before, a huge blessing. Once we finally made it down the aisle, they kept us on schedule and completely stress-free. Because of them, we were able to actually soak in and enjoy our wedding day, even though everything felt brand new. The day itself was difficult as it was really downpouring right up until the ceremony began but seeing the staff and Cindy and Jessica work so hard for all things to come together was really wonderful and you can tell they really worked hard to make everything come together. Planning a destination is not easy at all and as much of a difficulty it is making decisions, having this team really made it so much easier and you can feel like you can leave it up to them to get everything completed. There were a few hiccups with some items of course that you can expect with all weddings for sure but it was still such an amazing and easy experience that you don't even care about the things that didn't go fully right and just remember the amazing time and the whole wedding that it didn't feel there were any regrets at all. Cindy especially was so good at responses and answering all the nitty gritty that they are such a great team and Jessica really tries to take on the stresses for you so that you're not stressed as the bride.
