Working with Louise at Love Letter Weddings and the LLW team was truly one of the greatest blessings of our entire wedding experience. From day one, her organization and unmatched attention to detail put us completely at ease. Louise is the perfect blend of professional, intentional, warm, and reassuring--everything you could ever hope for in a wedding planner. Louise not only guided us through a smooth, stress-free planning process with easy, consistent communication, but she also created the most incredible florals and overall wedding design. Our floral arrangements were absolutely breathtaking--regal, romantic, and so magical that it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. She did an exceptional job using her creativity to showcase our personal style in every detail, and her design recommendations fit our personalities, and our vision so perfectly. She brought everything together so cohesively that the entire day felt beautifully curated and deeply personal. When we had to unexpectedly change venues just a couple of months before the wedding, Louise handled the transition with such calm confidence, and care that we weren't even worried. From the start we already knew we were in the best hands, and Louise proved it once again by making the transition to a new venue totally seamless and helping us secure new vendors who were a perfect fit for our new space. What could have been a stressful setback ended up creating an even better outcome than we ever could have imagined. And on the wedding day itself? If there were any hiccups, we had no idea--because Louise and the LLW team had planned, executed, and managed everything so flawlessly behind the scenes. All we felt was pure joy and excitement. Louise really brought our dream wedding to life more beautifully than we ever could have envisioned. We are forever grateful to Louise and wholeheartedly recommend Love Letter Weddings to anyone wanting a seamless, stunning, and heartfelt planning experience. Louise is truly the BEST of the best. My husband and I recently had the most breathtaking, joy-filled dream wedding at Paliku Gardens--made possible entirely by Louise and her phenomenal team at LLW. We chose the "maid of honor for hire" package, and let me tell you: WORTH EVERY PENNY! We booked LLW in January 2024 for our June 2025 wedding, and from day one, Louise led the way. Our initial meeting was incredibly thorough, with a planning timeline and actionable next steps. From there, we met over Zoom throughout the year and collaborated asynchronously in between. What truly surprised us was how personally involved Louise remained. As LLW's owner, we assumed Louise might eventually pass things off--but nope. She joined every Zoom meeting, answered every email, and showed up in ways we didn't expect but fully appreciated. The "maid of honor for hire" package places design decisions in the couple's hands which can feel daunting, but we never felt alone. Our vision shifted dozens of times. We started with white and green florals, a neutral palette, and no wedding party. But thanks to LLW's encouragement and calm expertise, we embraced a totally different vibe: multicolored pastel florals, 20 mix-and-match-clad wedding party members, and a deeply personal celebration. I honestly never imagined arriving at the wedding we had--and I'm so glad we did. We also hired LLW for our florals, which were beyond anything we could've dreamed. Pinterest didn't quite capture our taste, so we pieced together inspiration boards--and Louise and her team translated it flawlessly. They gave us mockups for every arrangement, which eased our nerves, and the final result was pure magic. We were anxious about leaning into color, but LLW reassured us every step of the way. The florals felt like art. Through every change in mood board, guest list, and timeline, LLW never made us feel like we were "too much." Instead, they embraced our uncertainty, helped us find clarity, and always made space for our evolving vision. Let's be real though--the hardest part about planning a wedding isn't actually the planning. It's the rough emotional terrain and managing insecurities. It's wanting everything to be perfect while trying to make space for everyone's needs. What we appreciated most was Louise's unwavering support through it all. Over the 1.5 years of working together, she helped us navigate countless decisions with empathy, clarity, and kindness. She even weighed in on outfit choices multiple times--and always with patience. No matter how scattered we felt, we left every meeting feeling calmer, grounded, and reassured. And on the big day? LLW was everywhere and everything. Louise arrived at our hotel early to drop off flowers for detail shots, took extra items to the venue, and checked in with our contacts to keep everything humming. When we saw rain in Waikiki and texted her in a panic, she replied immediately: "Don't worry, it's perfect at Paliku Gardens." And it was. At the venue, Louise welcomed us with warmth. Kayla helped me into my dress, styled my veil, bustled my dress with care, and adjusted every detail throughout the day for photos. Louise even styled florals into my hair when our stylist forgot--and she nailed it. Even with 10 bridesmaids, I never had to ask anyone for help because LLW handled it all. The flow of the event felt effortless. Even though we made many of the design decisions in the wedding, LLW elevated everything with thoughtful styling touches, extra florals beyond our contract, and meaningful details--like busting out our flower girl's bubble gun for our first dance to make it look extra magical. At the end of the night, Louise had our family member's car packed with everything we needed. She handed out vendor tips. A team member passed out spam musubis and waters to guests boarding the shuttle. It was seamless. We went straight to our karaoke afterparty without a single concern in mind. So if you want a wedding that feels authentically yours, LLW is the team. They don't replicate Pinterest trends--they listen and build a celebration that reflects you. We had so many friends tell us it was the most beautiful and breathtaking wedding they'd ever attended--that it felt like *us* in every detail, and that it was an unforgettable experience for everyone we love. Louise, Kayla, and the entire LLW team--thank you for everything. We know we weren't the chillest clients, but you helped us learn about ourselves, grow closer, and close one life chapter with the party of a lifetime. We'll carry your kindness and talent with us forever. Honestly, we're dying to see Louise's own wedding one day--we bet it'll be the most extraordinary one yet! read more

This review is long overdue, but with a year later we are still thinking about our wedding day and continue to tell every single person that our wedding day was perfect all thanks to Louise and her team. The number one thing I tell all my friends getting married is to invest in a planner and I am so glad I made room in my budget for her team. The service she provides is unmatched. From planning up to our wedding day to the actual day, she never missed a single detail. On the day of, my husband and I had our own assistant attached to our hip with any requests we had. We felt like they were the secret service. Thats how attentive they were to every little thing. If something went wrong during the wedding day, we wouldn't know nor do we know till this day. If you're thinking about hiring Louise and her team, do it! You will not regret it. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our experience with Louise and her Love Letters Wedding (LLW) team was nothing short of phenomenal. From the initial consultation to the last dance at our reception, every moment was orchestrated with precision, care, and sheer brilliance. Louise took the time to get to know us as a couple, understanding our personalities, preferences, and quirks. This personal touch made all the difference as her and her team curated a wedding experience that felt uniquely "us" in every way. With an 8 month timeline and wedding planning from California, a full service wedding planner that would handle the day to day vendor coordination, budgeting, timeline, and design was a non-negotiable for us. We never felt out of loop in the planning process, and the Love Letter Team was always quick to respond. When I say Louise runs a tight shift, I mean it! Love Letters Wedding seamlessly coordinated every aspect of our wedding, from sourcing the perfect vendors who aligned with our vision and budget to meticulously planning out every detail of the timeline. The planning process was broken down into phases that made it seem less daunting and an amazing perk was the included AislePlanner wedding planning tool giving us access to an online planning platform to keep us organized and on track. On the day of the wedding, Louise was our rock. Amidst the whirlwind of excitement and emotions, she remained cool, calm, and collected, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes. I cannot believe it took me this long to write this review. I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to Louise and the Love Letter Weddings team! I should caveat that I am from Chicago, and am a self aware very detail-oriented, design obsessed person who was psyched to have a wedding in Hawaii but had zero idea of where to start. I also knew that I wanted to have a stylish wedding that incorporated my Chinese culture and still represented me and my now husband's taste being a little more modern -- but that I didn't want a Hawaii-themed wedding. Louise and LLW delivered. I'd highly recommend Louise and do the full service start-to-finish planning option she offers -- despite my pickiness we were able to confirm venue, catering, floral, makeup and hotel vendors on ONE site trip. The biggest value is that Louise has incredible relationships with vendors on the island and she could steer us to narrowed down top choices for our style and budget right away -- immediately saving us hours. Not to mention, there are a million things you can't tell about a vendor from their website or IG profile -- namely how professional, on time, consistent, or adaptable they are if things go wrong -- and Louise and team knew all of those nuances on top of having very close relationships with any vendor you'd consider on the island. You just don't want to have to worry about those things when you have the fun big decisions to make. Louise was endlessly patient even when I had so many questions and calls, and never made me feel silly for wanting to try something different. She and her team (shout out Edna!) were collaborative and fun, and when some things needed pivots or attention on the day of -- her team was there. I cannot recommend Louise enough; honestly if you're not sure about who to go to for a planner - please PM me and I'd be happy to tell you about our experience. read more

We absolutely loved working with Louise and her team for our wedding! From our very first conversation, they understood our vision and brought it to life even more beautifully than we imagined. Every bouquet, arrangement, and detail was stunning -- fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and perfectly matched to the vibe of our day. They were also incredibly organized, communicative, and kind throughout the entire planning process, which helped take so much stress off our plates. On the day of the wedding, everything arrived right on time and looked amazing in person and in photos. We got so many compliments on the flowers, and I still can't get over how gorgeous my bouquet was! Truly couldn't have asked for a better florist. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I just recently married at Aulani in Hawai'i with Love Letter as our floral vendor. The process was fairly straightforward and easy. After we selected Love Letter as our vendor, we were immediately connected with Makana. We were asked to fill out a questionnaire that would give Love Letter an idea of what our price range was and what we were looking for. After we submitted the form, Makana and the team provided us with a very helpful visual guide proposal with multiple price options so we had a general idea of what we wanted, colors, and types of flowers. We then had a zoom call with Makana and they walked us through more of the proposal and to answer any questions we had. We ended up going with local, tropical florals with a lot of greenery: Lei's for ourselves and our wedding party, flower crowns for the flower girls, a beautiful floral arrangement for the alter, petals in the aisle way with the mickey mouse design, bud vases for the cocktail hour, a lovely flower arrangement for our memorial table, and the most amazing floral arrangements for our ballroom. Makana provided their expertise as well of staggering tall and short arrangements on the various tables to give it dimension vs. everything looking really flat. They also offered us some additional cost savings by repurposing the floral on the alter to be used for various other decorations, including our sweethearts table. Many of our guests were awestruck with how amazing all the floral arrangements turned out and they looked amazing in our photos. We also loved the additional Disney magic of including some hidden mickeys into the floral arrangements. Day of the wedding, we were able to catch Makana and their team setting up the floral arrangements as we checked in the morning. Makana also coordinated directly with our Disney wedding lead and delivered our beautiful leis so we could wear them for our family photos. We love all the hard work and detail that Makana and the Love Letter team did for our wedding and it really put the extra aloha look and feel to our big day. Mahalo to Makana and the Love Letter team! Highly recommend 100%! read more

When we first decided on a destination wedding in Hawaii, Louise was the first wedding planner we interviewed. As soon as we met on zoom, we were very drawn to her calm, collected, and detail oriented personality. Once we got started with the planning process, she never failed to disappoint. She always had the quickest response times, helped us select wonderful vendors, and most importantly brought our wedding design and vision to life! No matter what obstacles or changes we encountered, Louise always had a solution for everything. She even helped repair one of our pillow cushions for our welcome party which was an event she wasn't even planning for us! She truly cares deeply for her clients and you can see the strong passion she has for planning weddings. Thank you Louise + the LLW team for making our dream wedding come true! :) read more

One year later and we are still so thankful we got to work with Love Letter Weddings--truly five stars isn't enough to capture how incredible they are! We wanted to highlight a few things that stood out to us about their services, and why we recommend LLW to future couples. We had a rough start to our wedding planning journey, but from the moment we connected with Louise and the Love Letter Weddings team, everything changed. Louise connected us with our head coordinator, Jordan, who took the time to understand our vision, personalities, and interests, and transformed our ideas into a flawless, personalized celebration! Planning from the mainland posed challenges, but Jordan guided us every step, from vendor selection and budget planning to timeline management and execution. Communication was never an issue, Jordan was always available via email, phone, or Zoom. She also coordinated with vendors on our behalf all in an effort to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. Thank you, Jordan and the LLW team, for turning our rough start into the most unforgettable journey read more

From a type A, detailed oriented, perfectionist.... There is absolutely no one better on this island to plan a wedding than Louise and her team. From the very first meeting to waking up the morning after, it was seamless. She truly is perfection. She listens, directs, takes care of you. She becomes a friend. Her organization is next level and that says a lot coming from me. Everything leading up to the big day was put at ease due to the entire team. The day is something out of a fairytale. We truly felt like we were celebrities that day. We were catered to in a way that I never thought was possible. Blotting papers on hand, sand wiped off our feet, cocktails and food delivered to us constantly, photos, videos, hair fixes... you name it. Flowers in our bouquet replaced and fixed. All while smiling, hyping us up and telling us how beautiful we look. If you are looking for a wedding planner, please don't look any further. I miss talking to Louise, that's how special she is. The entire team is outstanding and we without a doubt had our dream wedding solely because of them. Thank you again, we love you all! read more

Hold up. Let me tell you about the most amazing wedding planner there ever was. We were looking for a wedding planner that could help us plan an Indian wedding in Hawaii (From NYC) that could really take what was important to us and bring it to life. When we talked to Louise (on Skype) we both knew 10 minutes in that we had just found our planner (easiest/best decision). She has this vibe that's hard to describe...but it's zen, it's genuine, it's warm, it's professional, it's tactful, it's all the best things. We booked LLW all in services and couldn't have been more pleased. Every wedding is different but here's the thing that really stands out to me. Louise did a wonderful job of taking what was important to each of us and manged that as the priority. It was definitely daunting to try to plan an Indian wedding in Hawaii where vendors are limited and family expectations are high. However, I always felt like she was in our corner...no matter what detail we were planning/decision we were making. The team was always willing to come up with some creative solutions too. LLW is professional and stick to everything they say. The whole process was ridiculously seamless and took out all the concern of trying to plan a wedding from the other side of the country. LLW kept us on time with decisions, prioritizing what decisions needed to be made in blocks so we didn't get overwhelmed. Louise helped us manage our budget (something that was incredibly important to me to stick to) and she created a backdrop that was just what we were looking for. Side note: Highly recommend looking into Love Letter Weddings florals. I honestly felt so close to her in such a short amount of time, I trusted her and looked forward to our interactions. Everyone on the team was so sweet, incredibly professional and all the best vibes! To have a team like this on the day of the wedding was a blessing. LLW is grace x 1000. We have nothing but the best wedding memories and couldn't recommend them more if you're looking for the best wedding planning/day! read more

Love Letter Weddings - Wedding Planning Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I 100% recommend Love Letter Weddings to anyone getting married on Oahu - we absolutely love Louise and her wonderful team. To anyone starting the wedding planning process - passing along this key advice: a fabulous coordinator/planner is KEY & absolutely worth the investment. I could write a novel describing all the ways they ensured we had our dream wedding and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND so many times. I'll keep it to just 5 reasons we were so happy with LLW (I could write 100). 1. Why we picked LLW: It was an extensive process - I received a list from a friend who is involved in the Oahu wedding scene of the coordinators/planners he felt were best/had 0 red flags. I researched them all and chatted with ~5 who were all excellent. I was down to LLW and another planner, so let my husband choose between the two and he knew immediately after meeting via Zoom that LLW was for us based on Louise's vibe, availability throughout the process, and tech-savvy-ness. I grew up in Hawaii, but we planned our wedding from the east coast and felt Louise and LLW bridged the destination and local wedding chasm effortlessly. Also, Louise is NOT PUSHY AT ALL in terms of trying to upsell you on packages or anything. She portrays a sincere desire to give you what you need/want in terms of help - something I greatly appreciated. :) 2. Truly professional and prompt: Louise responds promptly to emails and if she is going to take a while due to weddings or vacations, she lets you know so you are never left hanging. This was a huge deal to us! My husband (tech) and me (medicine) wish we had the email etiquette Louise and her team have in our own work they are so good. 3. Maid of Honor for Hire Package: I chose this package because I was genuinely excited to plan our wedding and in discussion with Louise felt this was the right one for me. Compared to other "partial planning/coordination" packages, I felt that Louise's offered the most flexibility and availability to ask questions and consult about various parts of the planning process. It was perfect for me and could not recommend it more! 4. Above and Beyond: A couple of snafus happened during the process that Louise handled and helped us through like a champ. First, while visiting the office early on, my car got towed - and LOUISE DROVE MY MOM AND ME TO THE TOW YARD. Second, when my welcome wedding sign did not arrive from Etsy on time, LLW made us a gorgeous one for our wedding (see photos). Third, I folded 1000 cranes and wanted them behind us - they were a tangled mess, but they made it look amazing. Lastly, my mom was eager to help and be involved, which was great but sometimes stressful - Louise also was so kind to my mom who asked a million questions and even helped me suggest ways to help reduce the stress around my mom trying to take over the wedding planning. :) My family called Louise was an angel for this wedding planner superpower! 5. Our Perfect/Dream Wedding: The most important thing! Our wedding was truly perfect! We were so happy. Everything came out the way we wanted and the day was so fun and stress-free. Louise and her team made our vision come true and our guests had an amazing time - some said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to - which I attribute to Louise and the LLW team. Clearly based on the length of this review, we were absolutely thrilled with LLW. Trust your wedding to Louise and the LLW team - you will be so glad you did. Thank you, Louise and the LLW team for the best day ever - we can't thank you enough! read more

Love Letter Weddings is hands down the best money spent and best vendor decision we made for our big day. We could not recommend Louise, her exceptional service and team more. My now husband and I are based in Los Angeles, but picked Hawaii as our destination given I'm from New Zealand and he's from New York. We were initially flying pretty blind, and our venue of choice required an approved planner to coordinate on our behalf. After some extensive social media and internet research, we thought Louise might be a fit right away and it turns out she was indeed a perfect match just minutes into our first consultation. We opted for the Maid of Honor package, which meant LLW provided a list of recommended vendors for us to choose from, a full online planning service (Aisle Planner) with a budget Louise's team put together. Louise was also fully contactable to us throughout for any and all questions. She gave amazing advice, provided key milestones and deadlines to keep us on track, then one month out from the wedding, we had an extensive handover meeting and LLW took it over from there. To say our minds were blown at LLW's expertise, professionalism and attention to detail is an understatement. We literally could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Louise and her team. Leading into the wedding, they were amazing at ticking off the things we hadn't thought of, picking up our master timeline, locking in call times and all details with vendors and pulling together those final touches. They made it all feel so simple, when we knew that wasn't the case. The day of the wedding, our guests were in awe at the team around us. When a LLW team member walked my father and I to the top of the aisle, they even offered us breath mints, and me Vaseline for my ring finger. They didn't miss a beat - they set up our decor, tent, table settings, flowers and ceremony just as we envisioned and made it all perfect down to the last detail. They were always in the right spot to cue the key beats of the night; ensure speakers had champagne for toasts; brought my husband and I food/cocktails during our photos; set up favors and dessert and had everything run flawlessly and according to plan. At the end of the night, Louise even had our leftover alcohol, gifts, bouquets and signs packed away on the bus before we even got on board. She was also able to hook up my dress train in about 10 seconds after several minutes of the bridesmaids struggling! We feel so fortunate to have met and shared our experience with Louise and quite honestly - we miss our regular Zooms with her! This is one of the most hard-working, organized, personable and dream teams you could ever met. So many of our guests have told us this is one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We of course had our vision in mind, but there's no way it would've been half the success it was without Louise and her team. Thank you so much Love Letter Weddings and truly - look no further than them if you are planning a destination wedding. read more

For those of you planning on having a wedding on Oahu, I 100% Love Letter Weddings. We did a destination wedding there(we are located in california) and Louise helped us navigate through all the details, kept us on track even though we can be very delayed, and gave us the wedding we could only dream of. Her pricing is more than fair and so worth it. Weddings are extremely stressful(understated) and her talent and organize allows for a smooth process. She keeps everything organized with a separate program that allows us to track guests, moodboards, budgets, events, timelines, as well as regular zoom meetings. This is great because my wife and I are both visual and auditory learners and having both really makes the process easy. Louise knows all the great vendors out there and with hawaiian time being a real thing, she is able to connect with them and make sure things happen on time. This to me, was one of the greatest benefits. Not living there or knowing who does what and having that all taken care of really brought our stress levels down. Her team is extremely talented and nice and they all make you feel so special :). I, as the groom, am not so plan-oriented compared to my wife and I know that drove her crazy but Louise was able to balance everything and keep me in check. She responded quickly to all emails, questions, concerns, and really took the time to get to know us to make the process easier. The actual event: It was beyond great and she gave us and the guests such a wonderful experience. Her and her team transformed our already beautiful paliku venue into everything we spoke about and drew out. Her timeline was flawless and her attention to detail really showed. I know i already mentioned this but her connections and friends/vendors were all so great and accomodating and we really felt the hawaiian love. If you have gotten this far, I feel like you might really be considering Louise and a wedding in hawaii. She is truly so talented and will make your wedding better than you could of imagined in your head. Thank you Louise and team for making our day so special and something we will always remember and be so grateful for. read more

From day one, Louise and Jen proved their dedication and passion for making our big day stress-free, beautiful and overall just perfect. I could write a 2000 page list of all the amazing things they did throughout the process, but here is one that defines their dedication. The day of our wedding finally arrives along with rain and clouds. An outdoor weddings worst nightmare. Louise monitored the weather all morning, held an umbrella over us as we took pictures, and had her amazing team dry every chair at the ceremony and every inch of the dance floor! We're so glad we decided to work with Louise! She was crucial in making our special day a success and we're so grateful for all of her help. She was incredible at giving us guidance, simplifying decisions for us, and making us feel assured when we were stressed. Just as another reviewer mentioned, so many of our guests called our wedding the best wedding they've been to and that was all thanks to Louise. She's literally great at EVERYTHING- organization, design, having great connections to the best vendors on the island, communicating with clients, and thinking of all the little details. We also loved working with her LLW team, who were the absolute sweetest before the wedding and the day of. This was a destination wedding for us which added another layer of stress, but literally each time we communicated with Louise we'd leave our meetings feeling so much more relaxed and even excited for everything to come. I would absolutely recommend Louise for your wedding planning services. Our only regret was not hiring Louise for the Full Shebang! read more

Would have loved more empathy and compassion in communication for our situation instead of the 'awe, bummer I'm sorry etc...' type of vibe we felt you gave off, where it comes off more corporate than being understanding of us being human and how life happens sometimes. This situation happened just after we had to cancel everything out of the blue a few months back for personal reasons, but it is what it is and regardless of how it went, we'll still kindly give you four stars anyway, because even if our experience wasn't the greatest in the end with you, we care enough to still support your business. All the best to you and I only hope that one day you understand how it feels. read more

We hired Love Letter Weddings to do the flowers for our wedding on Oahu and they were exactly what I dreamt of. I had a vision for a very tropical design and had already seen on their website and Instagram that they'd executed flowers just like what I was looking for. I had a call with the owner, Louise, and she was incredibly patient with me given all my questions and concerns about pricing and design. It took me months to make up my mind about specific design aspects, but she was super patient with me for months until we decided exactly what we wanted. In the end, we ordered a bride's bouquet, groom's boutonniere, 7 table arrangements, bride and groom chair florals, and some ceremony aisle flowers. We went back and forth on the Style Boards a few times until we were able to decide on the final design. I highly recommend creating a detailed Pinterest board to show Louise what you're looking for. The day of our wedding, Louise dropped off all our flowers on time and the final result was absolutely breathtaking. My bouquet in particular was pretty spectacular. Our guests absolutely loved the flowers and I was so happy I was even able to travel with my bouquet back to California (I'm currently drying the flowers out to display). I highly recommend Louise and her team! They're free to meet in person too in Honolulu, which we were really happy to do months before our wedding. Wedding rentals (e.g. flower vases) can be returned the next day after your event. We were able to easily drop them off the day after our wedding no problem. Just let Louise know when you're planning to stop by! read more

In a word, the Love Letter Weddings team is phenomenal. When we first were looking for a wedding planner to plan our wedding remotely, we did some quick googling and called up a few planners. We spoke to Louise, and instantly felt like she would be such a fun & productive partner. We feel very lucky that Louise was able to guide us through the rollercoaster of wedding logistics, through vendor management, family expectations, and scheduling support. Most importantly, Louise was able to see our vision and able to convert that dream into reality - without requiring us to explicitly lay out what we wanted. We were so pleased with the overall design aesthetic of the wedding - obviously, we had never done this before AND we were doing this remotely, so we leaned heavily on her to source the right materials, equipment, and vendors that would gel together into a cohesive event. And it turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations a hundred times over. In addition, the day-of logistical support from the entire LLW team (including interns!) was impeccable and made us feel like the team was not cutting any corners anywhere. They treated us seriously, and at times it felt like we were their only clients just because of the attention they paid to us, and their overall responsiveness to our questions / needs. By far, the best investment we made for our wedding was Love Letter Weddings! read more

LOUISE IS THE BEST! We could go on and on about why to hire Louise as your planner (we did consulting and month of package, and boy was it worth it). She and her team are skilled, passionate, organized, and have an artistic flare. More specifically: 1) Louise helps you focus on your priorities. She pushes you to think about what you care about most for your wedding, and then helps you figure out the budgeting and logistics and vendors to make it happen. She does not push you to overspend or overextend yourself, and she was always willing to guide us with her expertise when we felt stuck or simply didn't have strong opinions (her expertise was always right). 2) Louise is calm, organized, and detail oriented. When we did our "month of" transition call with Louise and Jen, we hung up the phone and basically said "hiring Louise was the best money we've ever spent." Weddings involve a lot of details that most of us ordinarily have no reason to think about and, after the wedding, will (hopefully) never need to think about again: how to structure the flow of guests during different phases of the wedding, cost-effective but atmospheric tent lighting, how to order rentals, etc. Instead of investing tons of time and energy in learning all of these things, we read some of Louise's blog posts, told them a few things we knew we wanted, and then basically followed their expert advice on everything else (again, the theme is you can't go wrong listening to their advice). 3) She gives great guidance about vendors. Every single recommendation she made-- from venue, to caterer, to DJ, to make-up artist to photographer-- was not only excellent, it was an exceptional fit for us. We loved working with all of our vendors-- they were talented, personable, and professional--and every single vendor we contacted was genuinely excited when we told them we were working with Louise. She clearly has great taste and a stellar reputation, which goes a long way. In fact, the only minor problem we had was when a vendor added on some extra charges, and Louise and Jen basically made the problem disappear through a combination of magic and their good relationship with the vendor. 4) Flower design! We gave Louise a shoe-string flower budget and a plea to help us make it feel like our wedding wasn't flower deficient. Somehow she pulled off flower arrangements that were so vibrant, unique, and beautiful that they were getting compliments all night. 5) Overall stress reduction. We have heard stories from our friends whose wedding planners added to or failed to alleviate the stress of wedding planning. At times we felt guilty discussing our experience with Louise with these friends, because it felt like bragging. The week before our wedding was honestly one of the most relaxing weeks of my life (we arrived in Hawaii early). Yes, we had some errands to do, but even those were either fun or basically painless (Louise even came with us to Costco to give guidance as we purchased our alcohol). Everyone kept commenting on how relaxed we were, and Louise was the reason. 6) Louise is prepared for everything. Example: One of our best friends split open his pants busting a move to a Mr. Brightside mashup. Apparently Louise just sewed up the inseam of his pants and sent him back to the dance floor. What a pro. This is already long, so if you have more questions or any doubt please feel free to ask Louise for our contact info so we can keep singing her praises. Or just do it, you will have no regrets. read more

I decided to hire a wedding coordinator during the middle of our wedding planning. My now husband and I live in California, and it was very stressful. I was able to get the vendors and beautiful venues booked but needed someone to handle the last month and day of the wedding. One of my bridesmaids found Louise on Yelp. She has great reviews. So we decided to give her a call. ** she wasn't the only one we called. But she was the only one that made me feel like she wasn't selling us her service. She was genuinely sincere with her work. Louise, we love you! We can't thank you enough for everything you've done to make the wedding of our dreams a reality. You have put up with all of our requests and made them happen like it was no trouble at all. You were always patience when I was being indecisive. You have calmed me down when I've stressed, been there to answer our questions and then worked your magic. We could've have asked for more. You are an amazing and talented person. You made all of us feel so at ease with your presence. Thank you again! Our wedding was perfect . read more

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Louise with Love Letter Weddings!! Of everything I invested in for this wedding the most important and best decision I could have made was to hire Louise! She made every step through this whole process so easy for me, especially since I don't live in Hawaii anymore, so this was really a destination wedding for me. Louise was so extremely thoughtful, organized, and above all patient with me. She helped me to figure out my budget and priorities for how I wanted my wedding to look and feel. Her wealth of knowledge and access to vendors was without a doubt one of the most important advantages of hiring a wedding planner at all. She also did the florals for my wedding which made it that much easier and one less vendor I had to rely on. Another extremely important factor was her responsiveness! If you are in the midst of planning a wedding you know how stressful the whole process can be, and Louise was readily available at all times. She was quick to respond and always had the right answer. I couldn't have asked for more and my wedding was everything I had hoped it would be and more! If you are looking for an amazing wedding planner who will go above and beyond, look no further than Love Letter Weddings! I can't wait to have a vow renewal so that I can hire Love Letter Weddings again to plan that event! read more

Louise and her team were the best investment we made for our semi-destination wedding! My family is mostly from Oahu, but my (now) husband's family flew in from the east coast and we invited friends and family from all over the US. It was important to me to have a coordinator based on Oahu since I wouldn't be onsite for most of the planning, and she came highly recommended by my friend. We hired her for the Whole Shebang and Florals. I love how upfront and clear Louise was from the very beginning. You know exactly what you are getting, how much you will be paying, and she delivers above and beyond! She was so organized and kept us on track without any worries at all. She made every step of the planning so easy, with checklists and the wedding software to keep everything together. Her team was equally as incredible and helpful during the planning and on the day of the wedding! Louise and her team really care about making every detail special and perfect for you, no matter what level of service you choose. I would gladly get married again, just to plan another amazing event with Louise! read more

We are so glad we decided to work with Louise and Love Letter Weddings! We got engaged in July 2017 and decided that we would get married in December, which was a pretty quick turnaround time. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to pull off a wedding in five short months, but Louise made the process stress-free and fun. Louise came highly recommended by a couple of my classmates whose weddings/surprise engagements she planned, so we knew we were in good hands from the start. This was confirmed when we visited venues and all the coordinators told us how lucky we were to be working with her! Louise responded to my initial phone call right away and found time for us to meet just a couple of days later. Her responsiveness continued throughout the planning process, which was really important since we were planning the wedding from LA. I had never really thought about what I wanted my wedding to look like, so I didn't have a Pinterest board or much of anything for Louise to work with initially, and she was so patient as we worked through vision boards, florals, the bar - every last detail, and all over the phone or on Skype. She was super straightforward about vendors, kept us within our budget (largely by being really creative and making a bunch of our decorations herself!), and was calm, cool, and collected on wedding day, which helped everyone else feel at ease. In the end, Louise designed a wedding that was a perfect reflection of our cultures and personalities, and everything on the day of was seamless. We honestly didn't stress about the wedding at all, and we have Louise to thank for that! Our guests are still talking about what a beautiful experience it was and how "us" it felt, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you again, Louise! read more

I found Love Letter Weddings on Yelp searching for a florist who would deliver to a more remote part and what can I say?! Louise - despite the Covid pandemic went above and beyond! She was so responsive from the get go - trying to find a double stemmed orchid plant as a birthday gift for my boss's friend. Louise was so sweet and gracious and kept me informed every step of the way and did a beautiful job of finding a beautiful orchid plant and delivering it, including a personalized decorative card message with the plant. The recipient loved it! Thank you, thank you Louise - you made me look good in front of my boss!! Next time we need a florist in Hawaii - I know who to call!! read more

Our experience with Love Letter Wedding Floral was nothing short of AMAZING!! What immediately caught our attention was just how responsive Louise and Jayna were. With all the pressures and stress of wedding planning, responsiveness was key. Both Louise and Jayna were extremely professional and really understood our vision. They were real with us (when we had lofty floral design dreams) and collaborated with us on what turned out to be a beautiful design that still worked within our budget. We couldn't be happier with how our florals came out. It was their friendliness and beautiful work that truly helped to ease the anxiety of our COVID wedding. We happily support them and look forward to working with them for more special occasions to come! read more

In the words of my now-husband, "Some people believe in God, we believe in Louise Moriarty." TRUTH! As some people do with a higher power, we put our faith, trust, passion and belief in Love Letter Weddings.... and were rewarded with Heaven! We began working with Louise over a year ago for our destination wedding in Hawaii. We of course had no idea what we were doing, and the clouds parted and gave us Louise! She made the whole process super easy... I trusted her to tell me what to do and when to do it, when she said jump I jumped! I am an anxious person who gets easily overwhelmed, my husband is almost too laid-back, and my parents are pretty difficult to deal with... and Louise coordinated all of us as perfectly as a Backstreet Boys video all from 2000 miles away. Like I said, I have no idea what I'm doing, and Louise took all my random half-baked ideas over the past year or so and made them into a wedding I never could've dreamed of on my own! We got married last Friday right before the hurricane, and seriously if anything went wrong or even slightly awry no one even knew about it. The whole day was seamless! For example, one of my friends even asked about her, saying that at one point she (my friend) was over by the photobooth, picked up a camera, looked at it quizzically and opened her mouth to remark on how the film ran out when BAM! There's Louise already brandishing a new roll, not one word uttered. She marveled at her mind-reading skills! (Seriously this woman is trippy.) Really though, people are hard to deal with, even at their best. Louise was like my shrink, maid of honor, accountant, fortune teller, and friend through this whole process. At one point she eased one of my random bridal "moments" so beautifully I started calling her Miss Xanax. Louise is organized, passionate, surprising (in a good way!), makes you feel prioritized as though you are her only client; she is creative, excited, and best of all genuinely cares about us and our families, including everything from the skeletons in our closet to our future hopes and dreams. Without Louise, our 100+ guest destination wedding never would have happened so perfectly, with so many amazing details, or probably even at all. After working with her for so long, showing up at our wedding with everything put together so awesomely was like walking into a huge surprise party just for us with all our best friends and family from all over the world. I could write pages about how awesome Louise is as a wedding planner and a person, but I will stop so people don't skip over my review :) SOOOOOO long story short, Louise is the bomb, she made everything go better than I could've hoped, everyone was super happy, but especially me! Love Letter Weddings for the win!!! read more

Louise was our wedding guardian angel. When I contacted her to help with day-of coordination, roughly four months before our wedding date, we had no idea what our wedding could look like under the applicable Covid-related restrictions and orders. Even with this great amount of uncertainty, Louise jumped at the chance to help. From the moment we met, I felt like we were meant to work together. I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Louise's planning skills and attention to detail impressed me to no end. Louise and her team were so knowledgeable, organized, and flexible that they could seamlessly work around any issues and iron out any and all details, even during the most stressful weeks leading up to the wedding when we had to react to the constantly evolving Covid rules. Louise has checklists for every part of the planning process, which meant that every single detail had been considered and planned in advance. She also contacted all of my vendors to share timelines, finalize invoices, and discuss specific and novel issues relating to the applicable pandemic safety measures. Louise also arranged (virtual) meetings with us and our emcee and officiant prior to the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page about the wedding and reception programs, and had great ideas for how the emcee and officiant could encourage guests to enjoy themselves but remain respectful of the pandemic. On the day of our wedding, her calmness and composure were infectious, and my fiance and I felt completely relaxed and at peace throughout the whole day. On the few occasions where I checked on the status of something, Louise was already two steps ahead of me and had it all taken care of! The day after our wedding, we decided that everything had gone perfectly from our perspective, which just goes to show what an excellent job Louise and her team did. What could have easily been a very stressful day due to the pandemic turned out to be the best day of our lives! Finally, we also hired Love Letter Weddings as our florist for our ceremony and reception, and were so happy we did! Louise took special care to make sure we had the flowers we wanted, and even went above and beyond to make the arrangements extra special for us. Her prices were very competitive compared to other florists in town. In sum, I will be recommending Love Letter Weddings, as a planner, coordinator, and florist, to friends and family! read more

Louise and her team helped us plan our wedding and create our florals last year. We hired Love Letter Weddings for the full service and it was worth every penny - they are amazing. We talked to many wedding planners prior to selecting Louise and here's why we decided Love Letter Weddings was right for us: - Louise is a warm, articulate, organized, and thoughtful wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true - She has a ton of expertise in planning and executing all the details for a Hawaiian outdoor wedding. If you're planning to do your wedding in a hotel, Louise will be great but if you're planning to do a full outdoor wedding with no built-in set up or package structure, Louise is necessary. She will help you scope the layout, hire rentals, set up your entire ceremony, do all of the dirty details necessary to make your wedding a success. - We live in California now and Louise was always super response and available when we needed to talk or email. She's willing to video chat, text, call, email and basically communicate in any way that makes you most comfortable. - Louise goes above and beyond the normal wedding planner. When I was looking for a makeup artist, she not only gave me suggestions but would also come along to any makeup trials for moral support and provide her opinion. When we did our engagement shoot, she also came along and even made me a beautiful bouquet so I had some props for the shoot. - Louise is also extremely calm under pressure. She told us that her best ideas often come when there is a challenge. Wedding planning is very stressful and couples will often feel the stress during the process. Louise provides a very supportive and calm stability amidst the chaos which is super important when you need to get things done. I recall that a week prior to our wedding, there was a hurricane in Hawaii and Louise had a wedding to support. Since the original venue for that couple would not hold up in a hurricane, Louise actually had a backup plan to host the couple's wedding in her building if it came down to it (the couple had no other opportunities to move the wedding). Luckily, the hurricane passed through and the wedding was as originally planned but Louise will help you figure even the worst of situations. - Lastly, Louise also designs and create wedding florals that are reasonably priced and beautiful. If you want the full package, go for this. :) Love Letter Weddings and Louise did an amazing job with our wedding planning and we are so grateful for the team's support. Our wedding was unforgettable and we had a blast. read more

Louise is an angel sent from heaven! We booked her to coordinate our wedding - month of services - a year before our planned wedding timing. Her vision was exactly what we were looking for and we all got along so well right away! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to push the wedding a year out during the planning process. Louise took it all in stride and was so helpful with managing it all, and the benefit of waiting was that we then booked her for her full services + planning package PLUS LLW flowers. I cannot say how happy I am that we made this change!!!! Louise was absolutely crucial throughout our two year planning. She and her team kept everything laid-back and still organized, checking in periodically and ramping it up as we got closer to the date. As a type A person, it was daunting to hand over such an important event to someone else, but honestly it was easy with Louise and her team. Jen in particular - I've never seen a quicker response time (and always so kind when I inevitably did some math wrong)! The LLW team, to quote my bridesmaid, "made [my] Pinterest board come to life!" Everything looked as we dreamed up AND Louise is great about helping keep things on budget. She knows when to push to get something a little above and where to save money and get a deal - a VERY important quality. She's great at handling all the politics of family and vendors and everyone on the island clearly loves working with her. Even when something went wrong, which it does inevitably at some point in the planning process, Louise kept so calm it made ME calm and she had solutions ready to go - never a moment to waste! Guests were surprised at how laid-back I seemed on our wedding day, all thanks to Louise! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more because of Love Letter Weddings. Her taste is impeccable, her talent is boundless - hire LLW for your wedding, you won't regret a single moment! read more

Short story: Louise was made to be a planner. Long story: My now husband and I wanted to have a destination wedding in Oahu last year, and I knew I needed someone on the ground to help! Even though Hawaii is such a huge wedding destination, it was surprisingly hard to find a planner that would appease my type-A personality within my budget. I must have telephoned a dozen planners and e-mailed with even more. Finally, a very established wedding planner recommended Louise to me. After 10 minutes on the phone, I knew she was perfect for us. We spent a year planning a whole wedding weekend, and she kept in touch with me with whole way through, making sure that I hit all of the important milestones. I visited Oahu once for 2 days to check out the venues and meet some vendors. Before our visit, Louise arranged our whole itinerary so efficiently and handled any delays or bumps with such ease. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and if she was stressed out or something didn't go our way, I had no idea. A sign of a great wedding planner. I'm a little OCD (as I mentioned!) so that's why I wanted to meet the main vendors and venues, but now that I know Louise and her personality, I could have left all of those decisions to her. She has really great taste and has a knack of understanding what you want! Finally the wedding weekend came, and it all fell into place like clockwork. It honestly couldn't have gone any better! Our schedule was Day 1: Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Cocktail Party. Day 2: Wedding Ceremony, Reception (including all transportation for guests). Day 3: A catered beach picnic. Louise did a lot of work for the weekend including all of my wedding flowers, a lot of the little decorative elements, and really making the vision come true. I knew she was incredibly busy and had a lot on her plate, but I couldn't sense it. Every time I talked to her, she was so calm and collected and made sure I had drinks, food, and everything I needed. I could go on and on about how great of a job Louise did, but I don't want to bore you! If you have any specific questions, please feel free to message me. I can't tell you how helpful personal references were for my planner search. But honestly, you can't go wrong with Louise. Planning is in her blood! read more

My husband and I wanted a small, intimate garden wedding at his parents' home. I really wanted a Style-Me-Pretty type wedding, but I am far too easily overwhelmed to take on anything with that level of detail. First off, let me just mention that a home wedding involves a lot of work... tables, chairs, food, servers, lighting... I could go on and on. Louise was an incredible asset in this respect. She knew exactly what we would need and how to find it. Louise would often send my husband and I examples of several options, and then once we made a decision, take care of making it all happen. She was also really creative when it came to helping us stay within our budget. For instance, we saved money on flowers by having her arrange all the table centerpieces and bouquets. And they were beautiful, I couldn't have asked for better. Finally, I have to admit, we were super picky about food. This is mainly because we had a lot of friends coming with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, no chocolate). Louise did a great job making sure there was plenty of food for everyone, and proposed a great idea for our cake. We had a small wedding cake that my husband and I could use for the cake cutting, atop a tower of several different types of cupcakes (including gluten free and non-chocolate options!). It was beautiful, delicious, and there was something for everyone. Highly recommended! read more

Where do I start..... We will forever love and appreciate Louise of Love Letter Weddings for bringing our wedding vision to life! My wife and I are main landers (SoCal) that have traveled to Maui and Kauai in the past. We hoped a destination wedding would be an awesome alternative to a local, one night extravaganza. So, site unseen, we leased two 10 bedroom/1 acre homes across the street from eachother to house the majority of our guests and to serve as a venue for the reception. The homes are located in Hau'la, close to the North Shore of Oahu (about 45 minutes from Honolulu). We had 95 guests including children. My wife started interviewing wedding planners on Oahu about 6-7 months before our wedding date. Many were friendly and eager, but my wife instantly felt a connection with Louise and knew she was the one immediately after speaking with her. I am so grateful they found eachother! We opted for Louise's full service package. Not only did she provide all of the services she agreed to, but she went above and beyond our agreement in EVERY ASPECT. She started by driving to the venue to survey it for our event. We set a budget and Louise was incredibly mindful of it throughout the process. She is incredibly creative and crafty which helped a ton with overall costs. Most importanly, our wedding and reception were both absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned- plus more! Having a full reception at a home is a much different venture than at a hall or restaurant. Basically you're starting from scratch, and creating the venue from the ground up. Louise accepted the challenge without hesitation and delivered a magical experience. She is incredibly detailed oriented!!! Louise provided many vendors to choose from and negotiated our costs/contracts with all of ones we selected. We were extremely pleased with all of the vendors (photo, video, catering, DJ, supplies, etc.), and would reccomend all of them for their specialized services. Our day came together flawlessly! I can't imagine the work she put in, but Louise and her crew made it happen. It's truly amazing how kind and patient she is. I emailed and called her TOO MANY times, and she enthusiastically replied each time, and calmed my nerves when I needed it. She has a very magnetic energy about her, and it's obvious in watching her deal with her staff and the vendors. She is very knowledgeable and her suggestions are cool- as we really liked her style and ideas. ie- She arranged a school bus to take our guests from the homes to the church and back- So Cool! She also created a separate games and crafts area for our "younger guests" that was a complete hit with kids and parents alike. I would recommend Louise and Love Letter Weddings to anyone planning a wedding on Oahu, or anywhere she's willing to travel : ) Additionally, I'd be happy to speak to anyone about details- as a reference to her great talent. (She provided references to us during the interview process as well). We LOVE Louise and Love Letter Weddings and wish her continued success! read more

My wife and I both live in California and decided we needed a wedding planner for our destination wedding in Oahu. We interviewed many wedding planners and felt most comfortable with Louise. Since we have never been to Hawaii, we really leaned on Louise's expertise in helping us find an affordable and beautiful venue. She took the time to visit several locations and emailed us video clips of each site. That helped narrow down the perfect venue! Honestly, the whole wedding process requires a lot of trust in your wedding planner but WOW, we were completely blown away by the amount of skills and passion that Louise has for executing a flawless wedding! I know many little things can go wrong when you're planning such a big party, but nothing went wrong that day and my wife and I were able to enjoy a beautiful day with our friends and family. Louise was very conscious of our budget and did everything she could to help us stay within budget. She even took time to design our rustic themed wedding by making centerpieces, the welcome table decorations, lawn games, and baking our party favors. During the planning process, we appreciated that Louise is open to correspondence through calls, texts, and emails. For us being pretty busy, we liked how we communicated primarily through emails and Louise was very prompt with her responses, suggestions, and updates. We highly recommend Louise and could not have imagined not having her there on our special day. read more

I never thought all my images and dreams I had envisioned in my mind would become a reality, but they did and even exceeded thanks to Louise and her amazing team. We hired Louise for her Maid of Honor package and Floral Design, hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. We were planning from Southern California, so it was important to us to find someone we could trust and count on who lives on the island. When we were researching venues, we mentioned Louise, and venue coordinators raved about her. Throughout the whole process, Louise was quick to respond with questions and provide recommendations and suggestions. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and will keep you on track. All my friends commented, you don't seem stressed at all, and I would say I have no reason to be stressed, I have Louise. She really made the planning process enjoyable and fun. Jenn was her assistant and she was just as amazing, so sweet and knowledgeable as well. Louise even went to Costco with us when we arrived to purchase our alcohol and guided us on how much to buy, additionally she transported it all to the venue for us so we didn't have to worry about it, how amazing is that? All her vendor recommendations were spot on superb. At the rehearsal and day of wedding her calm and optimistic demeanor was so appreciated and comforting. I seriously can't say enough amazing things about Louise and her staff, our wedding was seriously a dream and our guests can't stop raving about it, it would not have been possible without Love Letter Weddings. I would strongly recommend hiring them for your wedding coordinators in addition to floral design. I cried when I saw my flowers, they were so exquisite. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Louise and Team. Xoxo, Bree read more

Okay I can seriously write a book on how INCREDIBLE Louise is. Get ready for a long post!!!! When we decided we wanted to have a destination wedding we knew we needed a wedding planner to make things run smoothly. I had spoke to about 4 other wedding coordinating companies until I found the one and only Love Letter Weddings. Let me start by saying, JUST HIRE HER NOW LOL!!! When calling other companies it took days to hear back from them or I would speak to 3 different people and the conversations didn't get super personal. Right when I left Louise a voicemail she called back within minutes!! We spoke for a few hours the first time and I explained my visions, expectations, budget etc. Which was great to be able to FINALLY talk about what I wanted. She has this calmness about her that just makes you feel like you have found the One ! She made the process SOOOOO EASY!!! Her organization and professionalism is truly one of a kind. Louise is extremely good at what she does. From the beginning we had a checklist of things we had to get done, payments, timeline etc. She is soooo great about staying within the budget and is honest about what things we should keep or do without. I had a zillion ideas of what i wanted but had no clue how to put it together...BUT Louise knows! She knows everything! Things i mentioned one time (that i forgot) on the initial visit she remembers a year later! All the vendors she recommended were Unbelievable and just as professional as she is. She is so creative and really listens to what you want and don't want. Whenever I had friends ask "How's wedding planning? are you super stressed?" my answer was always "Nope not stressed at all, I have Louise!!" We went out to Hawaii in September 2015 (wedding was Feb 2016) to do a food tasting, cake tasting, and other wedding details. She drove us around the island and was there every step of the way. I would text her all the time at random hours ( sometimes 1am lol) and she always wrote back! Thanks Louise :) . She never makes you feel like your requests are outrageous. She does anything and everything she can to make your day absolutely perfect. I can honestly say my wedding was the most perfect day of my life. The day of, I was not stressed a single bit and got to enjoy getting ready with my girls and family knowing that Louise is doing an awesome job. Even in moments of panic she was there to calm my nerves. Like pulling up to the venue to get married i forgot the marriage license in the hotel room but obviously didn't have time to go get it since i was about to walk down the aisle. One of her amazing assistants went and got it and by the end of the ceremony the certificate was there ready to be signed. These things I'm mentioning are only a small description of how great of a wedding planner and person Louise is. I feel like I have found an amazing friend in her :) EVERY SINGLE GUEST was like "Oh my gosh, your wedding coordinator is amazinnnngggg". She always prepares for any situation. During wedding photos i fell in the ocean (woops hehe) and Louise was there with towels to clean me up! And drinks when i needed a refill :). I'm so happy to be married but sad I won't have Louise there to help me with just life stuff lol!! We miss you already Louise. Moral of story is, HIRE LOVE LETTER WEDDINGS if you want to have the most amazing, unforgettable time of your life. And your guests will be blown away too! We love Louise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #alohagoldens read more

Louise came to us with high recommendations and exceeded all of our expectations. We hired her for service and though we were doing much of our planning from Canada, we enjoyed lots of the excuses we made to come more often for tastings, venue visits and opportunities to work with her responsive team. In the end, every recommendation was so spot on that we ended up pulling out all stops with our ceremony in Loulu Palms, but we added a rehearsal dinner at Waimea Falls, an activity at Kualoa Ranch and breakfast following at the Turtle Bay Resort. Louise works with fantastic vendors who enjoy working and collaborating with her to move our looks and feels to a story board and into a dreamlike wedding. It's taken almost a month to shake the cobwebs off of our dream wedding. Our February 2020 wedding was blessed with rain all morning until 5 minutes before the reception, and then magically stopped. Even if it didn't stop, Louise and team were moving things out and in of tents, everything was wrapped and taped down and every contingency was contemplated with solutions ready to go. We were always in great hands which leaves the bride, groom, family and friends in a place where they can enjoy the destination, love and aloha. Our guests are passing the hat so that we can come back next year and every year following so that we can restate our vows and have Louise plan us events every year. read more

Where do I even begin? How about simply Louise is AMAZING. From the very first Skype call with her, I knew I was in good hands. Her calm demeanor and ability to think through every little detail is such a blessing during what can be a stressful time. Even when our linens didn't arrive from Seattle, she was able to keep me stress free and have new ones delivered in no time. Not only did Louise coordinate every detail flawlessly (seriously, every one of my guests said it was the most seamless wedding they have ever been to), she was able to execute my vision perfectly. She both coordinated AND designed all the flower arrangements- which were so beautiful, they brought tears to my eyes. I mean, this girl spent hours hand stitching the draped greenery for the centerpieces that I desperately wanted without complaint and still showed up with a smile on her face the next day. Louise- we are so honored to have had you with us on our wedding day, and without a doubt, you are a blessing to brides and grooms all over Oahu! Thank you, thank you. read more
